• Luja (6/5): The location was great, but a lot of things need to be replaced in order to be worth the price - Very good location! very old and very hard mattress in the main sleeping room, the canapé-lit nearly seems to be very very old, and the bedlinen didn't look very trustworthy, it was very noisy from the surroundings because of the old windows, the kettler should be replaced because it was broken and thus very dangerous to use (you could definitely burn your skin by using it!).

No hay consignas para dejar el equipaje me ofrecieron 2 consignas para 4 pasajeros y el check out a las 10am en todo el resto de Italia era alsa 11 o 12am. • Guest (10/5): Absolutely excellent stay for an amazing price. Center of San Marcos! - The property was absolutely amazing! We paid less than the cost of one room in a hotel and received an entire apartment, with two separate rooms that could have slept 3+ people comfortably. The location is literally 5 minutes walk from San Marco Square. The only issue is that there wasn't an elevator, but we didn't mind the steps! Also the host sent us great recommendations for what to do and was very responsive when I couldn't get my key to work. Can't recommend this place enough! If I'm back in Venice I will book it again. The only downside is that there was no elevator and wouldn't be good for people with physical limitations.

• Dorita (8/5): A spacious and cozy apartment in a perfect location, with great hosts—just be prepared to troubleshoot minor issues your - I really liked the location—everything worth visiting was nearby. The apartment had plenty of space, the hosts were communicative, and the atmosphere was very cozy. At first, it was quite chilly because the heating boiler was stuck. The hosts sent a YouTube link with instructions on how to restart it. If I had been traveling without my husband, it would have been quite difficult to do on my own.
• Jonathan (9/5): Great place to stay near all the action in Venice. - Excellent location to the Basilica and the square. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Very nice place to stay. I cannot say there was anything we did not like about the property. Please know this apartment is in the 4th story. Pack lightly!

Had all the amenities we needed. The few things we didn’t enjoy were already identified in other reviews- so that’s on us. The stairs up to the apartment were a challenge for my aging (but generally fit) sisters. And the top floor bedroom is a head banger if you are not diligent to avoid the ceiling beams. But the view of the San Marco Campanile and The Moors Bell Ringers from that bedroom window is fabulous!

• Morrongiello (9/5): Amazing stay! - The property was very cute and had all the necessary appliances. It felt quite open and there were enough beds for our family. The location was phenomenal because we were in the middle of major sites. We had issues with another booking and we had to book with Attico San Marco that same day and within 15 minutes we checked into this location. The promptness was amazing and we were grateful for their quick responsiveness. Elena was the person who checked us in and she was amazing! She told us where to eat local food, what sites to see, and which water taxis we needed to catch to get to our destinations. I will always recommend this location to friends/family going to Venice and we would stay there again! Minor issue, while getting in and leaving, was the number of stairs we had to haul our suitcases up/downbut it was well worth it.

Shown around the apartment to make sure we knew where everything was. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Well equipped kitchen. Air con was lovely! Nothing - would definitely recommend and return if we were coming back to Venice.

Owners/managers were very easy to communicate and very helpful. Met us on time and guided us to the property as arranged. The steep steps to the apartment were not that easy with luggage

Lots of stairs, a little challenging with suitcases. Definitely worth the climb, the apartment is charming and well equipped.
• Cassandra (8/5): Fantastic location, great sized apartment - Fantastic location so close to Piazza San Marco, with easy access to many restaurants and cafes. The apartment was a great size for our family of 5, furnished well and beautifully presented with plenty of supplies like dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, shampoo and toilet paper. Cristina was a wealth of knowledge about the area and gave great suggestions for things to do and where to eat. The top room was difficult to access, even for our kids aged 12 and 13. It would definitely suit younger children better. The climb up to the top floor to access the apartment was somewhat difficult but made easier with only having backpacks, it would be awkward with large suitcases.

• Eve (10/5): Altogether a very pleasant apartment in a great location! - The location was wonderful; 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The space was bright and clean, and very comfortable. We loved the bedroom views of the campanile and of the local bell tower. It was a lot of stairs up. (We knew this, and chose it anyway because of the layout and the great location.) It's only a problem for people with limited mobility or big, heavy luggage. (We had one big suitcase that our daughter needed for her semester in Italy.)

Ac was wonderful during the heat. All the nice ameneties of a vrbo. Would happily stay again. Only one pillow per head, extra pillows and a blanket would have been appreciated. Linens were bare bones.

• Amanda (9/5): Great stay! - Location is absolutely perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to San Marco Basilica. Great restaurants at your front door. View of the church bell from the apartment. Gorgeous wood beam ceiling in the apartment. Stairs are steep and narrow to get to the apartment but we did not mind. But you must be able to climb several flights of stairs easily to stay here. Lock to the apartment is tricky. Took a few tries to open each time. The beds are comfortable enough but the sofa bed mattress is thin and a little uncomfortable. I think its fine for kids but not comfortable enough for 2 adults.

Excellent restaurants nearby. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was powerful and a relief for the very hot June days. Friendly hosts with excellent communication.
• Claudia (7/5): Very good location with a nice cozy feel - Really good location and the apartment was cozy with really good A/C if it gets too hot Be warned if you are elderly, disabled or over 6ft2 as the stairs to the apartment are narrow and steep, there are also some tight spaces in the apartment that may make it difficult to access if you have a mobility impairment.

• Zeke (9/5): Fantastic Vacation Rental - The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and great dining options. The only downside to my stay was that the property was located on the third floor, which made carrying my luggage up a bit of a workout. However, this minor inconvenience was quickly forgotten once I settled in and began enjoying all that the rental had to offer. Despite this one small issue, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation rental. The host was friendly and accommodating, and the rental itself exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
