lorena (10/5): Bello lugar ! - Está cerca a la estación Santa Lucía fueron 20 minutos caminando y está cerca a la estación del baporeto para ir a las islas y para ir al eropueto en el alilaguna . Cerca a supermercados a 5 minutos caminando . Es un sector muy silencioso , Muy amable la Sra Teresa. Importante q los servicios y el impuesto local se pagan en efectivo El colchón es un poco duro pero es un tema de percepción

Carrie (10/5): Clean apartment with beautiful canal view - Absolutely loved how clean everything was and the location- situated right on a beautiful canal. Maria Teresa gave us detailed directions on how to gain access and responded quickly to any questions we had. Everything was ready for us, including all the essentials. Would definitely stay there again!

Scott (10/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Great location for the Alilaguna ferry and the Fondamenta dei Ormesini bars and restaurants. No complaints. But I don't think booking.com has the correct location on the map.
Michael (8/5): Great location, clean, and comfortable - I don’t need more than this. - The location is excellent. Close to vaparetto stop. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. Also the owner was always very quick to answer any questions or issues. Access was frustrating. The lock to the gate to gain access was difficult to open.

Lisa (8/5): Fantastic location and wonderful host - The location was fantastic, a little off the beaten track so quieter and away from the crowds. It was very hot so we were very thankful for the air conditioning. Maria Teresa, the host, was very helpful at all stages of the booking even letting us know of the fireworks happening for the Festa del Redentore. The beds were a little uncomfortable and when using the extra beds in the living room the small window didn’t have blinds or shutters so lots of light in the morning. But really these were very small issues and didn’t ruin our stay.
