• SERGIO (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - Me encantó el espacio, el apartamento está muy cómodo con un host que fue muy amable en cuanto que esperar y la información necesaria sobre el hospedaje. El lugar puede sentirse que está algo retirado pero si está muy céntrico de todo.

This was a perfect place for a family with three teenagers. The communication with the owner was top notch. The AIR CONDITIONER was amazing!!! Nothing
• Robert (10/5): A perfect family stay in a quiet, but central location - Venezia Vista Canale was the perfect stay for my family of 5 - 2 tweens, Grandma, husband and wife. Everything was clean, spacious and the view and location was amazing. I did some research before choosing this stay and no one was disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend this stay to all of our friends and family. There was nothing lacking.

• Byron (3/5): Not for a good night’s sleep. - Location was great, beautiful apartment. The worst part was that although the place has AC, according to the owner YOU CAN’T USE IT it until late May and you have to open a window. We did and it was fine, UNTIL THE MOSQUITOS came in. My friends and I are now covered in bites, I’m a pretty easy sleeper, NOT IN THIS PLACE. In trying to turn the AC on, I might have switched the water heater off, my mistake, but got no response when I reached out. Apparently I gave them an arrival time between 6pm and 7pm, we arrived at 5pm and the apartment was a mess. All beds had clearly been used and sheets not replaced, the bathroom shower was covered in mold.
• Viktoriya (9/5): Very nice stay! - The property is located in a nice calm area, but within a walking distance to all the places of interest. It’s nice and comfortable, but I think it’s important to know that it looks now different from the pictures as it was renovated. There is a bunk bed in one of the rooms.

• Dale (8/5): I would stay again - it was nice to be close to things but not in the middle. got to slow down pace with location. the host was very helpful and responded right away! everything new and fresh! the clothes machine was broken. the water heater went out but they fixed it that day.

• Jacinta (6/5): Overall a good stay but needs some things addressed - A great location to explore Venice. Lionella was excellent with the check in process. Spacious and a lovely balcony. Well equipped with facilities such as washing machine and iron. Special touches like a bottle of Prosecco and snacks to enjoy. Extensive black mold in the bathroom. Some unsanitary items in the bathroom such as a used bar of soap. Feels a little cluttered in places but some items bring a nice touch such as the decorative pieces of Murano glass.

• Leiliang (8/5): Perfect place to stay for a week in venice - This is a spacious 2-bedroom apt with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a single living rooms, good and comfortable for a family with children. The location is great, particularly close to the Alilaguna orange line to San marco airport and the train station, bus terminal are 5-10pm walk. Lionella is super helpful too and provided a lot of insightful information. Thank you! Nothing really. If I have to pick one, maybe the quilts and towels could be better, but it’s just a personal opinion.
• Jennifer (8/5): A fabulous hidden gem in beautiful Venice - The apartment was in a fantastic location. Very central and close to a main waterbus stop, but far enough away from the main tourist areas to be perfectly peaceful. It was very convenient for all methods of transport to and from the airport and the different parts of Venice. The apartment felt very Venetian in style, it was classically decorated with ornate wooden furniture etc. The three balconies were fantastic, especially the main balcony overlooking 'del Batello' canal. We spent mornings having breakfast here and evenings having drinks before/after going out for dinner. It was so peaceful and beautiful, we really felt we were 'in' Venice, as opposed to just any other modern hotel. Lionella, out point of contact during our stay, was a fantastic host. She was helpful, responsive, and friendly. She took time to share advice and show us where to find things, eg supermarkets, key points of interest, transport links etc. She also showed us around the apartment and explained all of the facilities to us. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything you could need and more. They had thought of everything and even included some basic supplies: milk, water, toast, jams, biscuits, and a bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge - perfect for an arrival toast on the balcony, as we arrived late at night after the shops were closed. We we very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation to others. There were a few minor negatives, but nothing that would prevent us from returning. The coffee machine wasn't working well, but there were alternative options for making coffee, and we did get it working long enough for a small cup! The shower was a little leaky, but this wasn't a huge problem either.
• Israel (10/5): Highly recommended best accommodation in Venice recommend it - Amazing location, outstanding stuff clean very well stocked. The host even left us with a nice cold bottle of Prosecco which I thought was such a nice touch honestly highly recommend  Everything was perfect 
• Lauran (7/5): It was a calm relaxing place to stay. - The apartment was lovely spacious and beautifully furnished. Location was fabulous. Unfortunately the towels were old and very hard. The bedding was also well used . The shower leaked a lot . For the price I would expect fluffy towels and crisp bed linen.
• Kevin (9/5): Hows the Serenity - I really liked the area. It is a quiet backstreet ( canal ) not too far from the train station, but far enough away from the hoards of tourists that invade everyday, yet close enough to all the main sights either by foot of Vaporetto. We have stayed in Venice a few times usually near St Marks, but that tends to get noisy and busy. I would recommend this accommodation and the area if you want a more relaxed experience in Venice. The Vaporetto stop is only a short distance away on one of the larger canals, so getting around is quite easy, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Like most places in Venice, getting your luggage to any accommodation can be a pain. This isn't too much of an issue if you are coming from the train station (about 10 minutes and 2 bridges), or the Vaporetto stop (5 minutes and 1 bridge). Other than this issue that plagues all accommodation in Venice, our stay was extremely pleasant.
• Anonymous (10/5): Excellent apartment, would highly recommend. - Excellent location and absolutely spotless, don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a cleaner property! Excellent tips and advice from Lionella who checked us in. 2nd bedroom- very tight with two beds in it. Would have loved an additional armchair in living room so we’d all have a comfortable seat to relax in after a lot of walking (family of two adults & 2 teens).
• Janet (10/5): The apartment was amazing: quiet, clean, well-stocked, and charming. - The location was amazing. Quiet canal, within walking distance to restaurants and water bus. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had a dishwasher, washing machine, and staples such as butter, milk, oil, and coffee. The furnishings in the spacious apartment included antiques, patio furniture and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Although I emailed that we would arrive earlier than expected (1:00 p.m.), there was no response. The person who was supposed to meet us did not show up at even the previously agreed upon time (2:00) and said she had another appointment and would not be able to come until later. We sat on the street for almost 2 hours with all of our bags.
