• Wanda (9/5): We enjoyed our time in the apartment and in beautiful Venice! - Excellent location and we liked that the ACs worked very well! Also detailed instructions were very helpful. The water taxi dropped us off very close and there was no need to cross any bridges with the luggage! Nothing we liked everything. Minor comments: Bathroom door couldn’t be closed completely I didn’t see the blow dryer
• Monica (4/5): - Visito Venezia da tanti anni e quindi conosco le difficolta delle strutture ma sinceramente, per il costo dell'appartamento non mi è mai capitato di avere tali mancanze. il bagno aveva un cattivo odore, non c'era la tendina alla finestra e pertanto facendo la doccia la camera che, affacciava nel cortile era in bella vista, nessun appoggio per asciugamani o porta saponi, comunque in generale non era pulitissimo nessuna capsula per il caffè o zucchero e vi assicuro che in qualsiasi appartamento sono stata ospite c'erano. mi hanno chiesto di buttare la spazzatura e anche questo non mi era MAI capitato. ribadisco, rispetto tutto e adoro Venezia , dove ritornerò sicuramente, ma l'appartamento sconsigliatissimo!!! soprattutto dato il notevole costo!!!
• Maire (9/5): Hidden gem. - The location was perfect! I loved being able to walk around the city all day, then get home easily to Ca'Rezzonico, or passegiata to nearby San Barnaba and Campo Margherita in the evenings. The view from the rooftop patio is unbelievable. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-stocked, and the bathroom was perfectly adequate and clean. The bathroom sink didn't drain quickly, but overall the place was spotless.

• Alberto (10/5): Grandisima localizacion en uno de los barrios con mas encanto de Venecia - La ubicación y la atención fueron excepcionales. La casa esta muy bien equipada. No nos dio tiempo a visitar la terraza, pero aun asi estabamos encantados con el piso. Que una calefaccion estaba rota y no habia manera de bajarla manualmente. Pero al dia siguiente escribi y conseguimos que no volviera a par.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - Good location, easy to find, smooth check-in process - all worked well. It was quiet in the apartment. The photos are misleading as the terrace is not a part of the apartment. We were not sure if one of the beds actually had fresh bedsheets.

• Mom (7/5): Nice apartment... - The location was good. It was about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The apartment was located in a quiet area away from tourists. The accommodation was spacious for a family of 5. There were cold A/Cs in all of the rooms, which helped cool off from the midday heat. There were small soaps for the bathroom and a wash set for the kitchen and a hairdryer in the drawer. The booking process was confusing because I made the reservation on Booking, and they have another website that hosts the apartments called Wonderful Italy. So I received double emails, and I had to input our passports 2 times and pay a city tax 2 times. I didn't receive the key code until well after the allowed check-in time on the day of our arrival. I had to make a bunch of phone calls to find the proper number to get the key code because the number in the welcome pack didn't respond. Upon entering the apartment there was a strong smell of smoke, the bed linens in the bedroom to the left of the kitchen had a lot of debris on the sheets (including the sheet under the comforter). The walls are thin, and we could hear a lot of walking and chairs sliding in the apartment above.

• Crosby (10/5): The perfect apartment in a quieter area of Venice. - We loved the location. It’s a part of Venice we didn’t know and more Venetian which we loved. The property was perfect. There was nothing not to like. But I would point out in the details that it’s quite a climb to the roof terrace.
• Stefanie (9/5): Would stay again - Great location, easy to reach by vaporetto system, clear directions for walking after that. Good instructional/informational packet, and easy to communicate with the hosts for questions. Beds were hard.

• Erin (9/5): Lovely stay and would return again. - Great size for our group of 4. We spent most of our time out and about so didn’t use the kitchen, but it was a good size and had everything needed. The living room was small. One couch and a table with 4 chairs so not a lot of room to enjoy, but like I said we were out exploring most of the time. The rooftop terrace was lovely in the mornings as the view was very quaint. Small living room and no counter space in the bathroom. A little table or shelf would work great.

• David (6/5): Comfortable apartment in good location, but bathroom needed updating and too small for occupancy. - Location was good and quiet. Easy to walk to most locations and some local shops and restaurants, nice also with a canal view and rooftop area. Bathroom was poor and in need of an update, far too small for number of bed occupancy. No storage or shelf facilities either to place products. The beds were not the comfiest and needed mattress protectors. We also visited in February and the heating needed to be warmer and on longer, the back bedroom was far too cold with only 1 small radiator. Communal area also to small to sit in.

• Levee (10/5): Family friendly apartment in a great location - This apartment was in a perfect spot for families. It was easy to walk to everything and yet it was quiet at night and did not feel touristy. The apartment was clean, well stocked and easy to access. Our host was very responsive and helpful to answer any question we had. I generally like a printed welcome booklet to read reccomendations and browse things to do... the host was so easy to message I was able to ask any questions I had...

• Andrea (10/5): Perfect - The suite was really neat and spacious. The location is convenient for reaching the main monuments of Venice. The panoramic terrace is an unexpected plus. All perfect.

• Laura (9/5): we had a wonderful stay. if you like nice quiet nights after a long day of sight seeing, this was perfect for us - good quiet location, lots of nearby choices for meals. the apartment set up with the bedrooms being quite separate was great. nice to have the Nespresso machine. the lovely view of the small canal was quite beautiful the beds are a bit too firm, possibly replace the shower head so it stays up for taller people.

• Lisa (7/5): Overall a really lovely stay in a quiet and beautiful area. - We stayed during the winter so if the thermostat could have been set to be warm when we arrived and when we got up in the mornings it would have been more comfortable. Failing that, a couple of fleece blankets would be easy to provide so guests don't have to sit around in your coats until the apartment warms up. Another couple of pillows for the beds would have been nice.

• Hannah (10/5): Perfect stay! - The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed. The beds were comfy with extra pillows and duvets in the wardrobes. The kitchen was well equipt and all the small details were really thought through.There was only 2 of us but there would have been plenty of room for more people. The communication with Faville Tours was amazing and the directions and instructions were really clear and very helpful. We also booked water taxi transfers with Faville which made things really easy. I'm bring picky here as there really wasn't much to criticise but I think matress protectors would be a nice addition. Everything else was great!
