Nicely furnished. No microwave but minor issue as we only used the kitchen once and the oven was fine for our needs.

• Claire (10/5): Great apartment in a great location. - Location was great in a quiet less touristy area. Close to bars & restaurants. 3 mins walk from the Vaparetto stop on the Grand Canal & 15 mins walk to Rialto bridge. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. We didn’t end up using the kitchen as we ate out but if we’d have stayed longer we would have. The kitchen was well equipped. Nothing, all was great.

• Lisa (9/5): Fabulous stay during a quieter time of year. - Quiet location away from more touristy areas but still so convenient! No microwave
• Nektaria (10/5): - It is a fantastic place catering to all traveler's needs. Conveniently located in the quieter neighborhood of Cannaregio and with an easy access to the city's main sights. It felt like home. There was nothing I didn't like.

La cuisine était plus ou moins fonctionnelle et le frigo avait quelques odeurs nauséabondes parfois. De même pour la douche, drain sale et plein de cheveux et quelquefois odeurs d’égouts.

• Marley (10/5): Absolutely amazing - we will be back! - This place is such a hidden gem! Location is absolutely perfect - nice, quiet area within walking distance of the madness. Beautiful bars and restaurants in close proximity. House is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

• Madalina (9/5): Authentic place in Venice - We really enjoyed our stay in Cannaregio! It’s a quieter, more authentic side of Venice where locals actually live and hang out. There’s a relaxed, almost hipster vibe with cool little cafes, wine bars, and plenty of charm. It felt like a hidden gem compared to the busy tourist spots. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more laid-back and genuine Venetian experience. Awesome place, our host, Thomas was really helpful. There were quite a few little flies, especially in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant. Also, the AC was preset to turn on automatically at a certain hour and always at 20°C, which made the room colder than necessary—especially since it was already quite chilly.
• Philippe (10/5): Thomas was a great host, and the place felt like home. - This is the ideal place if you want to feel like what it's like to live in Venice not just visit it. Close to all amenities (such as supermarket, even a butcher's shop). Also it's quiet and located away from the street, across a large courtyard. Microwave in the oven.

• Faye (8/5): A great hideaway in central venice - The location was brilliant as it is a 15 mins walk from the airport bus stop and waterbus stop. You are 5 min from a grand canal waterbus stop, 1min stop from Rialto bridge. 3/4 incredible chichetti places close by. A great escape from the crowds whilst being central. Strong shower and Aircon. It would have been nice to have some shower gels etc. Bed was firm, personal preference really.
• Maritska (9/5): Superb - Good location, nice decorations, good airco. Well equipped kitchen. The outside is not usable. It is due south in a courtyard with no air moving so it gets soaring hot and the walls ooze the warmth the rest of the day and night. Some sort of parasol or green or whatever would be nice.
• Sarah (9/5): Good value stay in the heart of Cannereggio - Location - very quiet but close to nice local bars and cafes. Good hot shower. Airconditioning upstairs and downstairs. Courtyard at front of property was a little untidy which made it feel a bit unwelcoming. Bed was not super comfortable, very thin mattress.

They even waited for me at the door to wish me welcome and safe trip on my way back. The apartment by itself is simply amazing - close to every of top locations in Venice and stil surrounded only with private house which made it very quite and cozy. Real home-feeling. Every recommendation and I will for sure always be delighted to come back to Serenissima ❤️
• Maria (5/5): cleanliness issues, location was convenient, and Simon was responsive to requests - I was there from the Aug 27th to the 2nd. .As for the location, if you want to be in the Cannaregio area, the apartment has a very good location, close to the main streets and restaurants. It's quiet, and you don't hear the noise from the street activity. Simon is the person in charge of any requests you may have; he responds immediately to any questions you have. wifi runs without a problem and indications of how to reach keys and enter the property are easy to follow. I was there from the Aug 27th to September 2nd. The apartment was received with basic cleaning, It was easy to see accumulated dust under the furniture, and although the toilet was clean, it didn't have a good cleaning. The shower had a lot of mold. I tried to clean it to see if it would come off a bit and I was able to clean the spot I wanted. So I would say that the cleaning person's approach is more like surface dusting, with nothing deep or well done. One thing I didn't like was that the bed cover (definitely not clean from the previous guest) had a stain/moisture on it, which was not very inviting when I entered the room and I wanted to go to bed. The apartment tends to be dark even with the windows open. Although in Venice, one is outside all day, so if you only need the room for sleeping, this is not a problem. The toilet paper was given to me more than halfway used. I know that you have to buy the things you use, but I did expect a full roll when starting my rental
