• Marta María (10/5): ABSOLUTAMENTE PERFECTO - Es un piso perfecto. La ubicación excepcional, estaba impecable de limpio, con absolutamente todo lo necesario para la estancia, muchos detalles, con buena temperatura porque en la calle hacía mucho frío y daba gusto llegar a casa, las camas muy cómodas. La anfitriona una maravilla, atenta a todo, con muchas explicaciones para facilitarnos las cosas, muy amable, un encanto. Totalmente recomendable para unas vacaciones en Venecia.
• Stéphane (7/5): Bon endroit pour un court séjour à Venise - Pour un prix attractif, emplacement idéal à 10 min de la place St-Marc et à 2 min d'un embarcadère (Arsenal), même si l'étroitesse de la rue est surprenante quand on débarque à Venise. Hôte accueillant parlant anglais via messages Whatsapp, cela simplifie les échanges en permettant d'utiliser un traducteur. Appartement rénové et chaleureux. Chambres assez spacieuses. Cuisine étroite et mal conçue avec l'évier à 30 cm au-dessous de la chaudière, d'autant plus gênant qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle ni d'égouttoir et qu'il faut laver et sécher systématiquement. Manque de couteaux efficaces dans la cuisine. Aucun meuble pour mettre ses affaires dans la salle de bains. Pas de poubelles dans l'immeuble. Nous nous sommes débarrasses de certains déchets (couches, déchets organiques...) dans les poubelles publiques à 2 min à pied. Mais l'hôte nous a permis d'en laisser une partie (emballages etc.) dans l'appartement à notre départ.

• JMV (8/5): - La décoration, les chambres., l'emplacement , la surface. Même fenêtres fermées, on entend les passants parler.. La cuisine manque de couverts, donc le lave-vaisselle est utilisé après chaque repas..

• Lynn (10/5): Exceptional Apartment with Fabulous Host - This apartment was fabulous. There was everything you would need to feel like a home from home and it was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. Elena made the trip so much easier as we were kept well informed about check in, check out and everything in-between. The location was excellent and I would recommend this to anyone.

• karin (4/5): - Design over Funktion Leider hat mir die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht gefallen. Die Küche ist eine Katastrophe, die Anordnung des Spülbeckens unter dem Schrank mit dem Warmwasserbruler kaum zu benutzen. Die Einrichtung mit Geschirr unzureichend , 2 Espresso Tassen für 3 Personen, zusammengewürfelte Kaffeebecher mit Kindermotiven, Weingläser aus Plastik, 3 Kaffeelöffel, erst nach langer Suche den 3ten gefunden, verbogenes Besteck aus Blech, angeschlagene Teller, kein Gefäß, um Tee aufzugiessen, auf Anfrage nach Löffel, Teekanne und fehlender Schere kam eine ablehnende Antwort, mit der Begründung eine Schere bräuchte man nicht, alles andere sei da. Die Bettwäsche riecht stark nach Weichspüler, in den Schlafzimmer fehlen die Nachttishleuchten, das Licht kann am Bett nicht ausgemacht werden, so dass man sich im Dunkeln zurecht finden muss.... Die Sauberkeit mäßig und hat noch viel Luft nach oben Alles in allem auf den ersten Eindruck optisch auf gut getrimmt, einfachste elektrische Verschaltung, Strom fällt aus ,wenn 3 Dinge gleichzeitig benutzt werden Das kleine Wohnzimmer vollgestopft mit riesigen Sofa und zu eng um gemütlich mit ausreichend Platz am Esstisch zu sitzen, auch hier fehlt Licht , in der Küche totale Fehlplannung, weil mam den Küchenblock in die Mitte zu platziert hat , ist es nicht möglich auf den Stühlen dort zu sitzen. Usw.... Alles in allem gewinnt man den Eindruck , dass hier mit geringen Aufwand der Hauptaugenmerk auf den ersten optischen Eindruck gelegt wurde, um schnelles Geld zu verdienen, der Rest kommt wie oben beschrieben lieblos rüber. Für 200 Euro die Nacht erwarte ich es anders. Ich war schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen , und habe mich schon oft gefreut darüber, wenn man merkt, dass die Eigentümer gerne Gäste beherbergen und man sich willkommen fühlt. Hier ist das definitiv nicht der Fall und daher kann ich auch keine gute Bewertung abgeben.
• Natacha (10/5): Tellement bien placé : au calme et pourtant à 5 mn à pieds de la place St Marc et du Vaporetto - L'emplacement au calme et à 5mn à pieds de la place St Marc, du Vaporetto et des quais splendides; quartier agréable et authentique. Belles chambres, salon petit mais agréable. Cuisine moderne. Le climatiseur n'est que dans le salon et n'a fonctionné que la première nuit, étrange panne non résolue durant notre séjour mais comme il ne faisait pas chaud, ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. Très peu de vaisselle et de plats : le strict minimum, à améliorer.

È collocato in una zona strategica rispetto ai principali punti di attrazione. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi di alimentari e vari ristoranti. Particolare attenzione alla pulizia dei locali, degli accessori presenti e della biancheria. Attenta e disponibile la proprietaria Elena che ci ha fornito dettagliate informazioni per la gestione della casa. Al momento il miglior alloggio che abbiamo provato a Venezia. Nulla
• Jakub (10/5): Niezapomniane odwiedziny pięknej Wenecji - Wspaniała lokalizacja blisko przystanku tramwaju wodnego, sklepów i restauracji, łatwe zameldowanie, świetny kontakt z właścicielką, bezproblemowe wejście do apartamentu, czystość mieszkania, udogodnienia, wielkość mieszkania. W środku było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, w tym wiele ręczników, kawiarka i czajnik do ciepłych napojów, płyta indukcyjna, duża lodówka idealna dla czterech osób i wygodna łazienka. Naprawdę nic, chyba że dość specyficzne umiejscowienie zabudowy ogrzewacza do wody nad zlewem, przez co zmywanie naczyń nie jest wygodne - ale to szczegół!
• Mª Estela (8/5): Apartamento amplio bien situado. - El apartamento es espacioso y está bien situado a unos 10 minutos de la plaza San Marcos.. Nos dejó salir un rato más tarde de la hora de check out. Las camas son cómodas. Me Había demasiadas alfombras en el suelo y telas en las superficies de los muebles. No me gusta la sensación que da aunque eso es un gusto personal. Aparecieron dos cucarachas durante nuestra estancia aunque parecía que todo estaba bastante limpio. Eso nos inquietó. La dueña nos dijo que pondría trampas de manera inmediata para solucionarlo. No había ninguna sartén con fondo antiadherente..

The apartament is really clean, the bed is confortable and everything was easy to use. I'm already planning another trip and of course i'll stay there again!

• Deepika (8/5): Nice stay away from touristy crowds - The host is very good and very helpful. She was out of town, so arranged someone to give the keys. The rooms and bathroom is very spacious, location is also good, 5 mins walk from waterbus stop. Close to city center (10 mins walk) but far enough from touristy crowds. the kitchen is bit small.
