• Petra Lorbek (10/5): - Zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv lastnik Franisco, nam je podal dobre nasvete. Apartma je bil čist in zelo udoben. Nahaja se v neposrednem mestnem jedru, kjer so vse točke zelo hitro dosegljive peš.

Le logement est très grand pour 4 personnes et le garçon est très sympa et très réactif en cas de pb Manque d’équipement pour cuisiner, Pas vraiment de parking pour la voiture, il faut s’arranger avec les voisins mais ce n’est pas évident en centre ville

• STYLIANOS (9/5): - Very nice appartment just a few minutes walk from the town center. Has a good eqipped kichen, wifi, tv, washing machine. The appartment is quite old but has big space. The car park is a plus. The owner was very helpful, showed us where to park and took us to the appartment. No elevator and it was on 4th floor.

Daireye ulaşmak için 70 basamak çıkılması gerekiyor. Eşyalar (buzdolabı hariç) ve malzemeler epey eski. Herhangi bir ikram (su v.b.) yoktu.

Estaba súper sucio todo, el baño estaba terrible, a los azulejos no les cabía un mugre más,, la cocina algo igual, la ropa de cama vieja y oliendo a raro, hasta el palo de la fregona (porque a la bañera se le salía el agua y parecía una piscina) estaba tan viejo y oxidado que daba cosa cogerlo.

• Christian (9/5): Great location, we recommend it - Great location right near the tourist attraction. Apartment is nice, very spacious with open living area and kitchen, and two big rooms with balcony. All very clean and tidy. Host very very nice, offered parking spot right in front of the building, and helped out with the luggage's. A little cold because the AC in one bedroom was not working, and the one in the other bedroom was struggling to keep the temperature. Also, a smart tv would be nice in the future for Netflix use,

• Karol (8/5): Veľmi dobré mieste ako základ pre výlety do mesta a na večerný oddych. - Lokalita - blízko centra (10-15 min peši), blízkosť potravín, kaviarní, zmenárne. Veľkosť apartmánu, vybavenie. Možnosť parkovania, ústretovosť majiteľa. Ulica v ktorej je dom, je žiaľ veľmi úzka a slepá, takže okrem neskorých hodín je tam pravidelne problém prejsť, treba sa obrniť trpezlivosťou. Vybavenie bytu je viac ako dostatočné, žiaľ je na ňom vidieť už svoj vek, hlavne v kúpeľni. V budove nie je výťah (pre niekoho môže byť problém)

• diadia82 (6/5): - Great location, nice and friendly host. Parking next to the apartment. BUT! The bathroom was dirty, there was hair everywhere, one of the rooms was missing an air conditioning remote control, and there was also hair next to and under the beds. So if these things had been taken care of, I would give it a 10/10, but because it wasn't clean, I have to give it a 6/10.

• Peri (10/5): Tolle Lage, super sauber und sehr netter Gadtgeber. - Super Lage und geräumige Wohnung. Super sauber und mit Kindern perfekt. In 2 min. ist man im Zentrum, mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Kristiina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The host met us outside the house then we called within few minutes. The furniture was old style, not to my taste, but my daughter loved it. I think the place actually looks better than on the pictures maybe. It has a private parking option next to the house which was very important to us, as the parking in Tirana centre is nightmare. Location was great, all the sight were at easy walking distance and even one modern shopping centre. I read the comments before staying and I agree that the host should change the washing machine. Its just very old and looks stained and bad. I did not use it, but by the looks of it, I would not have wanted to either. I think the apartment reviews would be better if that would be replaced.

• Antonín (9/5): Pleasant stay - Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Very nice host! Great comminication. The apartment is located in the city center and it is just about 3 minutes to the Grand Mosque of Tirana and a shopping mall. The kitchen had almost no equipmnent. The shower curtain is pretty much useless and there was water all over the bathroom after showering. That made the floor very slippery (of of us slipped there)

• Grażyna (9/5): Apartment very close to the center, with private parking place - Apartment is very close to the center, in the quiet small street. The host was really great, very friendly and helpful - even with taking our luggage, as the apartment was on the fourth floor without the elevator. There is a private parking place just next to the entrance to the building, that was huge advantage of this place. Apartment in general is good, but has some disadvantages that for the longer stay (we were there only 2 nights) may be problematic (like kitchen equipment, dirty washing machine, air-condition is not working in both sleeping rooms, but only in living room - it was enough for our stay). It was not too clean in the toilet and the washing machine was really dirty (I felt rather not to use it). Kitchen equipment was very poor - no cups, no wine glasses, only one big pot and two pans, no dishwasher). The mattress in the double bedroom was not too comfortable - sleeping in two adults we were sinking into the middle.

A private parking place is provided, which was a big advantage for us. The host was very kind and polite and met us by the entrance of the building and showed the apartment. • Jose (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect and allows you to walk around the main attractions and the center. Having private parking is a huge plus. The house is big, the rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and we can move around very well. The host is very quick and helpful. Even though the person who received us didn't speak English we didn't have any issues communicating. The apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator, which to carry our stuff was a bit trying, but the house was worth it. A minor detail, after opening the water with full pressure the shower went up and wet a bit the bathroom (no big deal and fixed by reducing the water flow)
• Weronika (7/5): I can recommend - The apartment is big and cosy. Kitchen is well equipped. The owner is nice and helpful. Very good location of the building The AC in one room and light in other was not working. To be honest, we haven't asked the owner to fix it because it was only one night.

Owner helpful and friendly (lives in same block) and gave us his parking space. Excellent value for a smart centrally located apartment.

Fragrant sheets and towels. A bottle of cold water in the fridge to welcome usq (for which we especially thank you after the night journey). Stylish bedroom furniture. Comfortable, large bed. One small minus is the lack of shower liquid and a shower curtain (water spills out), but it is less important than the numerous pluses. Thank you for everything!
