El tema de la ducha, se moja mucho el piso del baño , faltan ganchos para colgar las toallas en el baño

• Juli.Ar (9/5): Muy recomendable - Todo muy bien. Los colchones muy cómodos, muy limpio, el baño perfecto. A mejorar sería una alfombrita para los pies al salir de la ducha, mejor papel higiénico, y por la cortina pasaba mucha luz, podrían poner un blackout. La ubicación es buena pero nos fue difícil encontrarla, ya que si pones la dirección en Google Maps te manda a otra calle.

The room was clean and had bright natural lighting. The room was almost perfect and exceeded my expectations but the only minor issue was that the sink had a hard time draining so water was often just sitting in it.

• Lucie (8/5): - The apartment is very clean and perfect located in the centre of the city. There is a parking place nearby, a supermarket and all other shops no need. Even if we have some issues while arriving the staff is super friendly and replied always in time. Thank you! The size of the room is not that big. If you have big luggage it could be tricky. Please be aware that the kitchen in apartment 108 is shared with others and in another room. This confused us a little bit but in general it's nice you have one.

• Safa (9/5): - Nous avons bien aimé la réactivité et la disponibilité de l’hôte qui est par ailleurs très gentille. Super séjour le logement est top. Très avantageux en terme de qualité prix. De plus celui-ci est très bien situé, il y a pas mal de choses à faire et à voir à côté. Je recommande fortement ! Merci à l’hôte ;)
• Attila (9/5): Nagyon jó, jó helyen és árban is kedvező volt - Nagyon jó helyen van az apartman, közel a város központhoz. Üzletek is könnyen eléhetőek. Bár minekünk nem kellett, de van légkondiciónáló, hűtőgép és a fürdőszoba bár elég kicsi, de ízléses. A konyhán három szoba osztozott, de ez nem okozott problémát nekünk. Az Internet jóminőségű volt, így a HBOMax előfizetésünket is tudtuk használni a TV-n. A konyhában lévő eszközök elég hiányosak voltak, pl. egy kisebb sajt reszelőt értékeltünk volna. :-) Nem tudom eldönteni, hogy hova írjam, a pozitív dolgokhoz vagy ide, de a közeli mecset müezzin-je reggelente gondoskodott az ébresztőnkről. Innen is köszönjük neki, igazán tetszett. az utolsó nap, még sikerült fel is venni. Sajnos ez egész Albániában problémának látom, hogy a szeméttel nem tudnak mit kezdeni és a szállás környéke sem volt kivétel, bár gyakran ürítették a közeli a szemét konténereket. A szembe lévő ház egy kicsit ijesztő volt, bár ez és az előtte lévő dolog sem a szállásadó kompetenciája.

I checked in later than it was written but the host was really polite and nice so my check in was quick and smooth. The room was clean A/C , TV, kettle was in the room. The shower is good and bathroom in general. What I like most is that treatment was very welcome. And the level of hospitality. For this price the location and treatment was like 10/10 . Totally recommend.
• Julita (6/5): - Good location, kitchen was supplied with enough things to use, good communication and nice staff. Air conditioning worked really good and there's TV with smart tv. Broken shower with very little strength, it was extra hard to wash my hair with so weak pressure. Also there's mold on the ceiling next to the windows 😔 and ants in the apartment. I thought this is separate private apartment but it's complex of bigger rooms and the neighbors were loud at night, slamming the door or screaming at the corridors.

Le logement est identique que sur les photos et très très bien entretenu la communication avec la propriétaire était optimal malgré des débuts très difficiles pour ma part je n'arrivais pas à rejoindre le logement mais elle a tout fait pour me guider au mieux et a même envoyé une personne me récupérer car j'étais perdue... J'y retourne avec plaisir fin septembre pour profiter de l'été indien et de leurs très belles plages RIEN À SIGNALER TOUT ÉTAIT PARFAIT MERCI ENCORE

• Günaydın (8/5): - The apartment was so closed to city center and all the attractions to the city so location is perfect. We walked everywhere by walking. It was clean. Beds were so comfy. The only thing that I didn't know that it is like a hotel room, not like whole apartment. It is my mistake. From the photos I didn't understand the kitchen is for shared uses. But kitchen has everything (plates, utilities, mugs, glasses...) if you don't mind sharing kitchen, the apartment is perfect. It is like a hotel room.

The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, cafes, and key attractions in the city, which made it very easy to explore the area on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it a great place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It really felt more like staying in a private apartment than a typical hotel. Overall, it is a great option for couples or families looking for comfortable accommodation in Tirana.

• Rolal (9/5): Tutto bene, stanza piccola ma accogliente e pulita, cucina condivisa, giusto per farsi un caffè. - Locali puliti, mobilio e arredamento nuovi, vicinanza ai luoghi di interesse, vicinanza di un supermercato. Tutto funzionante, come descritto. Stanza un po' troppo piccola, non adatta se si intende stare più di due giorni, anche il bagno piccolo. La cucina in comune va bene solo per un caffè o un tè.

• Ahmad (5/5): - الموقع - النظافة - الهدوء الأماكن التي تم ارشادي فيها من قبل المضيف الحمام صغير جدا علبتين شامبو صغار كل واحدة تكفي لاستحام واحد لشخص واحدا غير كافي أبدا . المكيف يعتمد على مبدا توفير كبير للطاقة ففي منتصف الليل لابد ان تستيقظ مره واحده على الاقل من الحر.

Tutto perfetto, piccole accortezze che si posano migliorare: far trovare due bottiglie d’acqua in frigo è sempre gradito, soprattutto dopo un viaggio; tappetino/asciugamano in bagno fuori dalla doccia; anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma non erano sufficienti. Tutto il resto ottimo.

• Sonia (10/5): Da ripetere. - Ci è piaciuto molto perché dall accoglienza alla partenza siamo stati ben seguiti. C' era grande disponibilità e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Avevamo un monolocale con cucina in cui non mancava nulla, ben arredato, nuovo e soprattutto pulitissimo e con biancheria di qualità. Ci sono negozi per ogni esigenza. Il punto centralissimo ci ha consentito di visitare gran parte della città a piedi e senza spendere soldi di taxi che comunque non sono cari. Torneremo sicuramente. Nonostante il punto centrale, lo stabile non è bello all esterno e con il resto dei palazzi intorno ma si entra nel cuore delle contraddizioni di città come Tirana in cui vecchio e moderno si incontrano e convivono... È una città fatta anche di contrasti e differenze come tante altre in tutto il mondo, Italia compresa. Passato il primo impatto, ci si rende conto che è la normalità, la quotidianità e le persone sono disponibil e nternamente, al piano è tutto nuovo e ben tenuto.
