The stay would have been much more comfortable if the pillows and beds were bett - The location is excellent, and the apartment is spacious and clean. One of the beds kept collapsing, and the pillows, duvet, and bedding were very uncomfortable. The apartment was not clearly marked, and it took us a while to find it because it’s located at the second entrance of the building.
• Phuong (8/5): Very good - overall good time spending at the place, a plus for having a internet TV 🙏 great location and the apartment was okay, fully equipped for basic needs. The checkin procedure will be sent like 2 hours before the checkin ( a little bit worry at first but everything still run smoothly )

There were no lights, it was extremely scary, there was no elevator. We didn’t know which set of stairs to take to go up to our room. Instructions were unclear. It was very dirty.

• Işıl (4/5): Hard communication, the address was not so clear (regarding which stairs we should take), good location - The location is really good. Close to the center, close the metro line. The communication with the property owner was almost impossible. She doesnt know english (which is ok, but one expects a reply when she asks sms text, and I got frustrated when she didnt reply) and when we called with a friend who speaks one of the languages the owner speaks, the owner was not so polite to her either. The pillows were not comfortable at all. There was a dirty pot in the dishwasher.
• Levin (2/5): Not recommended for families - It was close to Underground station The Apartment was a very old one and had unpleasant smell around. The very entrance of the apartment was shabby. The apartment was in 4th floor and had no elevator/lift available making highly difficult for elderly. The kettle was a filament type with rust. The door handles came out of the door when we tried opening the door of the second bed room. The second bed room has space only for a bed and no space even to access the bed. The power sockets were non functional at multiple places.

The dishes in the kitchen were dirty. We found dried old food between the plates. The cutlery was dirty. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart. There is no air conditioning. There was a ventilator in the room, but it didn't work. There was no cloth in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper in the toilet. Bed frame was broken so the bed wasn't stable. We didn't receive proper instructions on how to get to the room because there are two staircases in the building.

• פלדמן (8/5): All in all it was a pleasant stay and if the problems with shower are fixed it would make returning from touring the cit - It was in a very convenient location. It was very clean and we liked the room. Luckily, we are fairly slim people so we managed to fit into the shower. The holder for the shower head is broken and it was difficult to close the shower doors. We are also used to harder beds.

• Sergei (3/5): Poor - This apprtment is big and have good potential, but need to be renovated and cleaned and must be equipped with working household appliances. Hello everyone! This apartment left the worst memories of Vienna. Let's start with the fact that the host does not respond to messages on WhatsApp at all. There are two entrances in the building, and there is no light in the entrance at night. The instructions he wrote are not detailed, and it was very difficult to find the apartment. The entrances are dirty, old, and look scary. We barely found the apartment. Inside the apartment: horrible pillows and blankets, all the bed linen is cheap and synthetic. The towels are all smelly and of unclear colors, it’s scary to use them. There are two broken fans lying around in the apartment, the lamp on the bedside table is broken, the kettle doesn’t work, there aren't enough dishes, and what’s there is dirty. The dining chairs are wobbly, one is broken, and the coffee table is also broken. The apartment is not equipped with working household appliances. Another issue, which seems to be common in Austria, is the lack of dark, thick curtains on the windows. As a result, you'll wake up early from the daylight, which is not ideal for a vacation. And now in the summer, it can get very hot without air conditioning. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
• Dorin (1/5): Bad - Bad experience, not recomand - The apartment is very difficult to find. - we arrived at midnight and we haven’t in entire apartment at least one toilet paper, not even one. - we rent it for 3 people and i checked for two rooms.. the apartment is very small. with the sofa, bad and kitchen in the same room. the aofa is deffinetly not for sleeping. Very unconofortable

• Nina (4/5): I would not recommend- not possible to reach the owner at all, not good level of cleanliness - The only good thing was the location- very close to Metro and easy to go to the center. Difficult to find the appartment, as we found out after going around in the building that there are 2 separate coridors. We tried to reach the owner to help us by phone with no success. After going around wiht all laggages and kids we finnaly found the appartment and the key in a box. Very old furnitures and not good level of clean, also inside the building is very old, not well maintained, dirty and a bit scarry.

The flat has everything that is necessary for a short stay in Vienna. The building inside (corridors, staricases) are not at all nice, though quiet.

• Alison (6/5): Great location, simple apartment - Location is great. The apartment is simple. Sofa bed is not that comfy and there's only one fan. So might not be a good idea to stay in summer. Apartment was very basic but clean with simple amenities. Quiet and very central area. Train station just down the road. Hard to find apartments as numbers not clear. Inside it is drab and looks dodgy. Not ideal during heatwave as only one fan in apartment.

The location was really good, more than one Café were near by the apartment, 1 fountain with drinking water and most important the Underground station. The building outside looked lovely and new, inside instead was very old and a little bit creepy. The indications given weren't so clear... make sure you take the second bunch of stairs to find the apartment number 53 👍.

• Adam (2/5): Never again. - I wish I could tell anything I liked about it. Maybe the illegal iptv set top box with an assortment of classic Bulgarian and Turkish movies. It was baffling but at least a bit of a surprise. The actual apartments looked almost like the ones depicted in the photos, but were much more dilapidated, worn and dirty. The lights did not work is more that one rooms inculding the toilet of one apartment. The bathroom sink and bath was almost clogged, with the water taking around ten minutes to flow away after a handwash. Both apartments were really, really unclean with broken and severely used furniture.

Check-in is easy as well, and communication with the property owner is satisfactory.

Heater was not enough for such a big room, kitchen did not have enough utensils, no kitchen napkins, no bathroom toiletries, No lighter/only 1 match stick for stove.

• Borja (5/5): Nice location and good value for money if you do not care about cleanliness. - Apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There are a couple of grocery stores in the walking distance, as well as metro line and an affordable P+R garage. Based on the previous reviews, there seems to be some work done on the apartment (new floors?). The building is very nicely renovated from the outside, but once you enter through the main door you are greated by graffitti, dirty hallways and the smell of dampness. In addition, it appears as if half the building is abandoned, as multiple doors are simply boarded-up. The apartment is also very difficult to find due to the lack of markings. When we arrived (midnight), the apartment was boiling hot because the last guests (or maintance crew) left the stove open on max setting. This was not only an inconvenience for us, but also a potential fire hazard, as all the kitchen appliances in the apartment are dated. Although the apartment looked clean, we found a couple of roaches the next day, which is probably common for such an old building. What bothered us the most was lack of toiletries (only one toilet paper roll, no shampoo, no soap, no hand wash).

• Vincent-clark (5/5): Dark, poorly-maintained building, room was fine - Space was clean and as described The building is not great - the main door to the building is always unlocked, the intercom system is broken, debris in the hallways, the room was hard to find and I had to go through a deserted basement tunnel. The stairwells and hallways had no lights at night. I had to feel around with my phone flashlight. It was not a great place for a solo female traveler.

• Sebastian (1/5): Do not rent it! Horrible service! Dirty! No real kitchen to use! - The Location is perfect. The service is very poor: the hosts cannot speak English nor German. I had to call them to get the code to get in the apartment; they claim it’s a self-check-in but they do not give it to you till the last moment. I called the host, she yelled at me and hung up on me. Not so client-oriented. We did not have internet in the first 2 days, I had to call again and again she yelled at me and hung up on me. The apartment was dirty, the kitchen was not good to use: I mean, she rented it for five people and we didn’t have enough knives, forks or even pots with lids. The water cooker was extremely dirty and the fridge was disgusting. Again, she rented it for 5 people and we had 4 pillows! I slept a whole week without a pillow! And I knew I couldn’t call to ask for it. There is a very old washing machine but there is no place to dry your clothes. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone, and absolutely not for a whole family with 5 people like mine. Extra point: the neighbor is an alcoholic man who shouts the whole night and disturbs everyone in the building.

All public transport is nearby. the locality is excellent—a very safe place. The owner was excellent. I was unable to find an apartment then She came in 2 minutes and show me the apartment. She provided wifi password on call. The property has a smart TV with Netflix, amazon fire tv, etc. All are in working condition and new. All kitchen appliances are provided and in good condition and new. The owner is an Old lady do not know good English but always try to help in English. The building was very old and had no lift. The apartment was not so clean. Toilate was smelling bad. Very old towels but cleaned. Very poor bad covers. There are no dark curtains on the windows. It was sommer hence I slept in the light. The flooring was broken and too old. The direction was not well described in the email but good service on Phone call hence your cell phone should work to get into the property.

We entered and the insides of the property was like a dungeon and it took us a long time to find the exact apartments. I went up and down several times to figure out where the apartment was. There were fans inside the property but no legs to stand on and it was super hot.
• Bartosz (1/5): Not recommended - Ok, so, this cheap accomodation. If you care about price - that is something for you maybe. The location is not so far from the center either. So far for the positives. The place is nasty. The building is disgusting with homeless people (I presume) sleeping in the corridor overnight. Stinks of cigarette smoke. Noisy neighbours audible for long. The shower is small and inconvenient. The host did nor respond earlier mails, you just get an automated message about keys. Did not like it.
• Ashish (1/5): Bad - The apartment was very hard to find as there are no sign boards in the building and zero lights at the entrance. Moreover the apartment was on 4th floor and there was no lift and it wasnt mentioned in thier description. Plus the induction gas wasnt working, the bed in 2nd room was very uncomfortable and noisy. You hear the sound of trains every 15 mins during daytime and most importantly the flat wasnt clean and there was no vacumm cleaner.
