• Petra (8/5): - Apartman je u mirnom delu grada, a ipak dobro povezan javnim prevozom. Pešaka je potrebno oko 15 minuta do glavne železničke stanice. Stanica za tramvaj je na par minuta hoda. Apartman je u mirnoj zgradi, prostran je i čist, jako topao. Komunikacija sa vlasnicom i devojkom koja nas je smestila je protekla bez problema. Krevet u dnevnoj sobi nije isti kao na slici, već se radi o žičanom trosedu i dvosedu na razvlačenje. Kuhinja ima isključivo najosnovnije stvari u tačnom broju koliko je gostiju. Ne bi bilo loše dodati još neku krpu, činiju, držač peškira u toaletu, džezvu. Sapuna je bilo samo u kupatilu.

• Švecová (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo pekné, čisté, pohodlné. Dobra lokalita, v blízkosti potraviny aj drogéria, veľa zelene, blízko na električku D. Do centra mesta 15 minut. 2 zastávky od hlavnej železničnej stanice. Personál ústretový. Komunikácia dobrá. Ďakujeme za pobyt, bolo nám výborne. Trochu chaos s platbou, ale nevadí, všetko sa vysvetlilo, stáva sa. Ubytovanie fakt pekné. Možno by bolo vhodné doplniť čajové lyžičky. Kávu a čaj sme si miešali polievkovou lyžicou. Ale to sú drobnosti, inak spokojnosť.

• Carlairene (8/5): Consiglio questo appartamento - Appartamento spazioso e comodo. Pulito. Letti comodi. Posizione ottima, quartiere molto tranquillo, vicinissimo alla fermata D, in 15 minuti si arriva al centro. Aggiungerei una macchinetta del caffè all'italiana. I bagni separati e senza finestre sono un po' antipatici. Pochi asciugamani e piccoli.
• tasosger (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία καθώς η στάση του τραμ είναι 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια .Ήσυχη περιοχή με ένα τεράστιο πανέμορφο πάρκο και μεγάλο super market απέναντι από το κατάλυμα.Μειναμε 2 ενήλικες και 2 εφηβα παιδιά πάρα πολύ άνετα .Εξαιρετική και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη καθώς ζητήσαμε λίγο νωρίτερα check in και λιγο αργότερα check out και δεν μας αρνήθηκε .full recommended!

• GEORGIOS (7/5): - Άνετο διαμέρισμα Ίσως θα έπρεπε να έχει περισσότερο εξοπλισμό. Στην κουζίνα έλειπαν αρκετά πράγματα και στο WC δεν είχε ούτε μια κρεμάστρα για την πετσέτα.

• Gv (9/5): Peaceful stay in a calm residential locality - - Friendly host - Proximity to the Hauptbahnhof, tram station - Calm and peaceful locality - Well maintained and clean rooms - Proximity to supermarket Nothing major but some small nagging issues such as the TV remote not working. The induction stove wasn't working which was a bit annoying.
• Eng_usman (10/5): Nice place to stay with your family - The location is very good, it's a very good place to stay with your family. The place was clean and well equipped with all necessary items. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Easily accessible by public transport.

But no one came to open. fortunately a neighbour came and opened for us and went in the building.

The apartment was big, spacious, very clean, a lot of supermarkets like Interspar, Billa and Lidl at 3-5 minutes walking, the kitchen was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, the shower worked perfectly, the room is very warm, which is important in Vienna at the end of November. The tram "D" takes you directly to the center of the city in 15 minutes, but we like walking about Vienna and prefered moving on feet (half an hour to get to Kartner street and Graben). If we go to Vienna next year, we shall try to take this apartment again. The lock at the entrance door. To close it with the key, you should push it if you´re inside, or pull it if you´re outside. Actually, it´s nothing ,but I had to answer, what can be improved.)

• Aleksandar (8/5): Overall we liked appartment, despite the minor complaints, wouldn,t hesitate to rent it again. - Conection to the centre is great., tram D line goes on every 10 min. Supermarket is across the street, 50m away. Building is new and cleaen, same as apartment. Kitchen and bathroom should be better equipped: foil, bakin papir, table sheet, reserve garbage bags....soap in other toilet...It,s little things but still important.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Very nice place, everything went great, very well connected to the main attractions. We were expecting there to be 2 rooms due to the apartment description, but there was only one. However this wasn't a problem as the living room had several sofa beds.

It had everything you needed, even a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine AND dishwasher tablets). It was very clean and looked like brand new. The location was fine. 300 m walking distance from tram station. One supermarket (Interspar) accross the apartment and LIDL at 500 m walking distance. I would have preferred to have the keys in a locker rather than waking the lady up @2 am. Having said that, she never complained about it. I just felt bad waking her up.

It is located in a very good village which is clean and lovely to live. My family regrets that we booked only 2 days, it's really comfortable and the equipment is also very good. Nothing.

Was very close to tram stations as well and SPAR was just next door. House had all Possible amenities. It was also close to the park for kids. Non stick Utensils need replacement as they layer was coming out.

• Carla (9/5): Warm and cozy apartment near Vienna Centrale train station - The apartment was warm and cozy full of amenities... except there was no hand soap; body soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The location was good... about 5 minutes walk to the tram stop. We chose this apartment for its proximity to the central train station. It was decently close. Right opposite the apartment is a supermarket, which was convenient for making home-cooked meals and getting everything our baby needs. The balcony was also nice and spacious... good for morning coffee and evening beers. There was only one key that was used for both the main gate to the apartment building and the main door to the apartment unit. No soap and toilet paper provided. The doorknob was tricky to operate.

• Patricia (10/5): The ideal place for a stay in Vienna. - Everything was perfect! The house has all the necessities. The location is excellent (near super market, tram, metro e.t.c). And the guest was amazing.

We got late for check in and hosts were still there to welcome us at midnight. Very well equipped apartment and wonderful location, next to tram Station as well as 10 mins walk to train station. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. The pictures on here don't do justice to the apartment. Nothing to dislike.
• Kurt (8/5): Very good - nice size appartment, would be ideal if it had airco parking down the street costed me a ridiculous 115 euro for 3 nights with drive in/drive outs counted as well. 1 role of toilet paper for 3 nights, 3 people….
