• Evers (7/5): Verbessungspotenzial 👍 - Gute Infrastruktur und Transport! Schöne große Wohnung - ruhige Lage! Fahrstuhl. Kommunikation mit 'Vermietern'. Es wurde sofort reagiert! Ausflüsse haben stark gerochen, Wasserdruck in der Dusche extrem schlecht, keine Gewürze etc. vorhanden, Küchenausstattung insgesamt nicht so gut - keine Tee- oder Kaffeekannen, Messer schlechte Qualität. Nur Kaffeekapselautomat - ohne Kapseln... Wir hatten die Wohnung wegen der 2 Zimmer gewählt - es war aber kein zweites Laken vorhanden. Nach einem Anruf kam aber ein sehr netter Mensch vorbei und hat ein Bettlaken vorbeigebracht. Scheinbar war es unsere Schuld, da wir auf eine Mail nicht reagiert haben. Tipp: Laken und Handtücher als Ersatz in der Wohnung lagern! Fernsehprogramme funktionieren nur mit eigenen Zugängen (Netflix, Google).

• Gero (5/5): Wohnung ist ok, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell, aber unklar und nicht hilfreich. - Lage ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war umständlich. Einen Tag vor der Anreise rief man uns an, die Person sprach aber so schlecht englisch, das man nur verstand, dass man seine E-Mails dringend checken solle. Darin stand, dass die Heizung defekt sei und uns wurde eine Wohnung etwa 3km entfernt angeboten, die für uns aber nicht in Frage kam, da wir zwei Apartments für unsere Familie bewusst im gleichen Haus gebucht hatten. Da es nicht kalt war, konnten wir ohne Heizung ganz gut klarkommen. Am Anreisetag, kurz vor Bezug der Wohnung, schrieb man uns nun, dass das Warmwasser jetzt nicht funktioniere. Dieser Umstand wurde auch nicht mehr behoben. Man bezog sich darauf, dass bereits eine andere Wohnung angeboten wurde (diese aber zu einem ganz anderen Defekt, mit dem man hätte leben können, wie oben beschrieben). Das Fenster in der Toilette ließ sich nicht öffnen, das Fenster in der Küche nur sehr schwer wieder schließen. Der Herd war sehr alt, so dass man nicht mehr erkennen konnte, welcher Knopf für welche Platte und in welcher Einstellung zuständig war. Diese Umstände wurden vom Vermieter geleugnet. Die anfängliche, teils völlig übertriebene und redundante Freundlichkeit, wandelte sich ins Gegenteil, nachdem man Missstände aufzeigte. Antworten erweckten einen KI-generierten Eindruck.
• Arne (8/5): - Ruim appartement, comfortabel bed, vrij hard en wel wat dikke kussens. Locatie is fijn: dicht bij een tramhalte naar het centrum, maar ook meerdere eetgelegenheden binnen 10 minuten lopen van het appartement. Jammer dat er niet een paar zakjes thee en wat koffie ed. aanwezig waren. Ook geen peper en zout ed. Er is wel servies genoeg, maar als je zou willen koken moet je alles aanschaffen, wat niet handig is als je met de trein komt van ver. De douche was niet constant warm, na contact hierover iets beter maar niet geheel opgelost

• Girjell (8/5): בגדול, למרות דברים קטנים - נהנינו מהשהות בדירה זאת. - אהבתי 1. תקשורת מהירה, זריזה, יעילה וטובה עם המקום, תמיד היו עונים מהר. 2. החימום בדירה היה טוב מאוד 3. דירה גדולה מאוד, נוחה, ומעניינת. 1. זרם המים היה כל פעם משתנה - מחם לפושר ... לא כל כך יציב. 2. המיקום - טיפה רחוק מתחנת מטרו - קשה ללכת בקור עם מזוודות כ-15 דקות, אך לאחר יממה - מצאתי תחנת טרמוואי כ-3 דקות מהדירה - הרבה יותר נוח ומומלץ. 3. שילמנו על שירותי ניקיון - אך בפועל לא ניקו את דירה ... 4. המטבח לא היה מאובזר אפילו לא בקפה או תה .

• Kirstin (9/5): - Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Sie ist sehr hell und freundlich. Das Doppelbett ist gut. Das Sofa, das zum Doppelbett umgebaut werden kann, ist nicht gut brauchbar für eine oder zwei Personen. Im Wohnzimmer ist allerdings noch ein weiteres Sofa, das gut für eine Person geht.
• Полина (8/5): quiet, tidy and comfortable - I liked that the hotel was conveniently located. Everything was within walking distance. And the apartments were spacious. We had problems connecting to Wi-Fi, and I had to figure out how to connect myself because the staff took a long time to respond, so I looked it up online.
• Tiziana (8/5): Bell'appartamento, ma ospitalità essenziale. - Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, comunicazione con la proprietà buona. Ci aspettavamo di trovare un po' più di accoglienza, ossia piccole cose come una dotazione minima di capsule per la macchina del caffè, un rotolo di scottex, il lenzuolo "sotto" per il letto matrimoniale che invece aveva solo il coprimaterasso e il piumino (oltre naturalmente al materasso e al guanciale). Insomma, un bell'appartamento comodo come posizione, pulito, che con un po' più di attenzioni per gli ospiti sarebbe stato perfetto

• Scott (9/5): A home away from home - Stylishly decorated, warm and cosy. Very well equiped. Sofa bed in the second bedroom was disappointing.
• Λεοντακιανάκου (10/5): I would stay there again happily! - Great place for a visit in Vienna! Close to the center if you feel like walking but also close to tram stops (2 and 5). Supermarkets are near by. The apartment itself was clean, and cozy! And the even though all communication was done online people were very helpful and quick to reply! A small downside was that the WiFi was keep disconnecting.

• Emimarie6 (10/5): Exceptional - It was a good location close to a tram stop that takes you to the city center, the apartments was lovely, very beautiful and there was also a supermarket close by. The only thing that took us by surprise was that they didn't left any shower gel, so just be more cautious to take all your shower supplies with you.

• Nicola (9/5): nice apartment - good location, nice apartment, everything you need is there. not far from the center, there is some restaurants and park to go to, tram stop is just around the corner everything was ok, reasonable supply of the coffee tablets and more than one dishwasher tablets would be great
