• Fijma (10/5): - Schoon appartement met een groot bed en een fijne moderne badkamer. Keuken was prima. Auto stond op afgesloten binnenplaats Helaas geen zon op de patio. Maar dat was geen probleem. We hebben alsnog buiten gezeten.

Parkovanie na pozemku za brànou bolo veĺkým bonusom. Aj vďaka tomuto ubytovaniu sme zažili krásny predlżený víkend vo Viedni. Určite sa sem eßte vràtime.

Close to groceries, restaurants and a short walk to the historic sites of Vienna. The furniture for sitting and relaxing could be improved.
• Rachael (9/5): Weekend away - Mod cons, cleanliness, decor, space, outside tub! Great location. Karlskirch literally at end of the road! One of our party said rhe sofa bed she slept on was quite uncomfortable. The beds were really comfy.though.
• Andres (10/5): Apartamento perfecto en un sitio ideal - Calle señorial y tranquila a cinco minutos andando de la iglesia de San Carlos Borromeo y a siete de la entrada del metro de Karlplatz. Se llega fácilmente andando hasta Ópera, Kärtnerstrasse, Catedral y Grabenstrasse. Por lo tanto, situación ideal. El apartamento es magnífico, todo nuevo y muy limpio. El porche exterior es un plus; como hacía buen tiempo, una relajante copa en la mesita por la noche fue una delicia. La cama fantástica, pero las almohadas eran extra blandas y por lo menos yo no pude descansar bien. La cocina es mínima, no se puede cocinar, algo que ya sabíamos y que no nos importó, nos basta con el microondas. Las copas de vino, tazas, platos y cubiertos, todo nuevo. Cafetera Nespresso con suficientes cafés para toda la estancia. No tenía tostadora, por lo que habíamos comprado una en España para los desayunos, pero al no habernos llegado las maletas, nos quedamos sin ella. Vivian inmediatamente nos trajo una sandwichera para poder tostar el pan por la mañana. También tuvimos un problema la primera noche y Vivian se encargó de solucionarlo a la mañana siguiente. Cuando volvimos por la noche al apartamento, todo estaba en regla. Vivian ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Tienen persianas automáticas en el salón, ventana del pasillo y dormitorio, aunque esta última estaba rota. No nos causó ningún problema, porque con las cortinas echadas no entraba ninguna luz. Hay dos armarios, uno en el pasillo y otro en el dormitorio, con suficientes perchas buenas (no de las de alambre). El baño es grande, con dos senos y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento. La ducha muy bien, con una repisa para poner las cosas (algo que tampoco encuentras siempre). También bañera, pero no la usamos. El WC está en un aseo aparte (una buena idea), con papel higiénico de buena calidad (esto puede parecer un comentario tonto, pero no importa cuánto paguemos por un apartamento, siempre nos encontramos un desagradable papel higiénico de una sola capa) ¡¡¡Una estancia de diez!!! Las almohadas.

It is in a very good location, has a wonderful calm private garden and is very comfortable. Vivian is very helpful and deals promptly with any issues which may arise. If we come again to Vienna we want to stay again in this apartment.

There was a funny smell in the place when I arrived — kind of like cigarette smoke that had been covered up with lots of cleaning chemicals. Not sure exactly what the issue was but the smell lingered for several days even after opening all the windows
• Pritam (10/5): BEAUTIFUL apartment on a GORGEOUS street - What a fantastic place! Location: Amazing. It is not in inner stadt, but a nice 15 min walk or a Metro stop away. The metro station is just 3 min walk. The street this apartment is located on, is simply beautiful, one of the best in Vienna and fully bike friendly. It is residential but with sufficient number of lovely cafes and restaurants, and just 4-7 min walk to belvedere as well as karlskirsche. The main train station (wein hauptbahnhof) was about 15 min walk away as well. It was perfect, not crazy busy but not so quiet that you'd feel secluded. Apartment: one of the best we've stayed in. Super clean, very modern, spacious, huge master bed (can comfortably sleep 3), huge bathroom with laundry, separate toilet, and a kitchentte. The AC makes warm days comfortable. We didn't use but there is an outdoor bath in a cute little patio. The building is also tucked in from the main road so there's no sound in the apartment and is locked so felt very secure too. I saw parking lot behind so I'm assuming getting parking for your rental could be possible. Host: amazing. We communicated with the property manager and she was super friendly. We were allowed to checkin earlier, she personally came and checked us in, showed us around the apartment. And responded promptly to any questions we had. We requested for some extra detergent, she came and dropped it off. Overall great communication. This gets a solid 10/10, would definitely stay here again we are in Vienna. The only thing we thought could be upgraded was the sofa bed. It was not super comfortable giving back ache. And the kitchenette is small, worked for the three nights for us but for longer stay, if one intends to cook, there is no stove/cooktop. They have microwave, fridge, air fryer and all the relevant dishes. We knew about it upfront and so we were not disappointed. The pros far outweighed the two cons.

I believe it's ideal for exploring Vienna on foot, as you can reach any point within the Wien Ring in less than 10 minutes. Additionally, the largest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. The parking is perfect, and the interior of the house is both modern and tidy. Overall, it seems like a perfect choice for families.

Badroom have a king size bad, bathroom have a bath and shower. Impression amazing as a appartment for rent! Vivien, propreieter is helpful and friendly, she is able to recommend what you needs. Amazing garden for your used with external bath. Parking for car is located on internal parking, extra paid. Appartment located near center, 12 minutes from Wienna Opera. Main monuments are close apartment. Fantastic city break spent in Karl Suites Palais Weasley.

• Alex_1978 (9/5): Superb - Beautiful, clean and modern apartment located in a safe and quiet area and close to all major attractions. Parking available inside the building's courtyard. Vivian was an excellent host and was very quick to respond to all queries. She provided detailed information on acces to the parking and the appartment as well as information on nearby restaurants. There bedroom has no door, so it can be a little noisy in case of larger families.
• Sandro (10/5): A really comfortable and stylish apartment, 5 walking minutes from the city centre. - The apartment was above the expectations. The beds of the main bedroom were really comfortable and the bathroom cozy and with a lot of space. Nothing. Everithing was very fine.

She has been most helpful as well and very accomodating. She made us feel very welcomed . There was a bottle of wine, Manner wafers, jams and butter as welcome gifts, which were thoughtful touches. The apartment is in an excellent and extremely safe area. In fair weather, it is an easy walk to many attractions. Space is generous and it has good amenities. Heating is great and the place warma up very quickly with floor heating. Lovely furnishings as well and a very generously sized bathroom. It is an apartment on the ground floor and has a little patio area which is great. We love how quiet the area is too. It is a short walk from the nearest underground. Uber is fairly easy to get within the area. There is a storage place (using Bounce) within 50m. Enough eateries nearby and Spar is literally down the road.

• Despoina (8/5): Very good - It was an excellent apartment, clean, with very high-level amenities BUT: 1) The refrigerator was dirty, with leftovers 2) the sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable, meaning it is impossible to wake up and not have your back hurt. In its entire center, it is terribly sunken, so much so that you can't even sit down. There have already been negative comments written about it & we thought that for this reason it would have been replaced. A sofa bed is not expensive and is very basic because one cannot sleep with it. 3) the sponge in the kitchen was dirty and used

• Brenda (10/5): Cozy, private retreat in the heart of Vienna - We were three adults, a couple in their late 70s and their adult child. The location of the property is great in a gated community on a quiet street surrounded by embassies and consulates with a playground, restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket in walking distance. The house is very private and cozy with a fenced yard, great light, large bathroom with automatic toilet, and wonderful heating to stay warm on cold Vienna nights. The house is like a private retreat and the hosts are wonderful. We'd definitely stay there again! The one thing we overlooked is that the kitchen does not have a stovetop. There is a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, a deep fryer, etc so it's sufficient for cooking but just plan in advance for meals without a stove.

Bedroom has 2 twin beds (pushed together) Perfect for traveling with friends. Fold out couch was comfortable. Amazing bathroom. Plus Outdoor bathtub! Very well appointed. Tiny kitchen but everything we needed was there. Owner is really nice. Kitchen was too small to do serious cooking.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The object was very clean and user friendly. Vivian explained everything perfectly, from how to use the AC to how to use the shutters. The couch was comfortable to sleep on. Bathroom spacious and very clean. There is a parking garage in the vicinity where we parked our car for 8,90€ per day (WIPARK TU Campus Gußhaus Parkgarage, 6min walking distance from the apartment). Since the apartment is in the inner courtyard, it was peaceful and felt secure. Loved the little balcony with the plants and an outside bath. 5/5*! Also walking distance to Karlskirche is like 5 min. The only thing that was missing was that there is no oven in the kitchen, but with microwave and an electric kettle and the fridge, and an air frier and some other appliances that we didn't use :D , we didn't even need one for 2 nights we spent there.

• Rita (10/5): Great location and lovely apartment. - Host met us to provide the keys and to show us around the apartment. We asked about restaurants and getting around and they were very helpful. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We loved the big bathroom and the separate toilet which made it easy for 3 adults to get ready. We also loved sitting on the patio at night and having a smart TV to watch what we wanted at night. Plus food and transportation is very close by. It was great to have a washing machine and a drying rack. The host also provided extra laundry detergent. Great location and great apartment!
• Ezgi (9/5): Comfortable - The house was very comfortable. It had a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, and air conditioning. There was a bathtub both in the garden and in the bathroom. It has a private garden. It was ideal for three people to stay. Everything was brand new and clean. Its location is close to the center, especially to Karl Church. However, since we walked everywhere, it would have been more ideal for us if it were 500 meters closer to the center.
• Vasileios (9/5): Perfectly located, clean, pleasant, but very expensive with a few disadvantages. - Squeaky clean, quiet, perfectly located. Bonus points for the Japanese toilet! There are no doors to the living room (where the sofa bed is located), the bedroom or the kitchen! If you need to be isolated or you're a light sleeper, that is a major disadvantage. Also the mattress quality of the sofa bed is poor.

It was very well appointed with comfortable beds, an excellent bathroom and shower, hi-speed wi-fi and very good lighting. It was a joy to stay there.

• Bruce (10/5): Great home away from home, whilst you are in Vienna. - The apartment is in a great location - close enough to be able to walk to the main sights, or you can walk one block & catch the ‘D’ tram. Whilst it is close to everything, it is also really quiet, which is great after a busy day of sightseeing. There are several good cafes & restaurant close by.
