• Sime (10/5): A perfect Viennese stay - great location, spotless apartment, and a host who genuinely cares - Fantastic stay in Vienna - couldn't have asked for more. The apartment was spotless and the location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. But what really made the difference was Martin. Super quick to reply, incredibly kind throughout our stay, and you could genuinely feel that he cares about his guests. That kind of hospitality is rare and doesn't go unnoticed. Will 100% be back and already recommending this place to friends. Thank you Martin! Everything was perfect.

• robert (8/5): Experiència en viena - La ubicación era excelente y el apartamento era grande y luminoso.. Pedimos entrar un poco antes y nos lo adaptaron. Y podimos hablar con el propietario por el WhatsApp y nos respondia al instante. Los colchones eran muy blandos y algunas noches no podiamos dormir muy bien. Como recomendación los cuchillos se tendrían de cambiar porque no cortaban nada. A parte de estas dos cosas lo demás muy bien. Lo recomendamos y si volvemos a viena vendremos a este seguro.

It was a short walking distance to most of the attractions and great restaurants. The apartment was warm and beds were comfortable. The interior decor was a little outdated but the apartment was well equipped (basic kitchen utensils, hairdryer, iron) and everything was working well.

L'appartamento era spazioso e dotato di lavatrice, asciugatrice, phon, spazio relax, stoviglie, pentole... non mancava nulla! Il palazzo è tranquillo e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il bagno era pulito, ma sui letti abbiamo trovato molti capelli. In più, consiglio di portare un coprimaterasso perché quello fornito era di spugna, non di cotone. In cinque, ci hanno dato un solo asciugamano grande a testa più due piccoli.

• Fotini (7/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο. Δίπλα σε μετρό και έχει τα πάντα σε απόσταση μερικών λεπτών. Η επικοινωνία με τον άνθρωπο που τα διαχειρίζεται ήταν άμεση και αποτελεσματική. Τα στρώματα και στα δύο κρεβάτια θέλουν πέταμα. Πονάμε ολόκληροι. Ζητήσαμε να κάνουμε check in μία ώρα νωρίτερα γιατί είχαμε κανονισμένο ένα ραντεβού για δουλειά και μπήκαμε σ' ένα χώρο απροετοίμαστο και βρόμικο. Τελικά κάναμε check in στης 4 αντί για 2. Δεν υπήρχε πουθενά ν τοποθετήσουμε ρούχα και βαλίτσες παρά μόνο στις καρέκλες της κουζίνας. Ελπίζαμε σε μερικά φακελάκια καφέ, αλλά δεν είχε. Τέλος πάντων, όλα καλά

• Siti Sabrina (10/5): Understated gem in the centre of Vienna - Vienna is an expensive city, and being able to secure this wonderful apartment in the centre of city is amazing. The location is perfect and pricing is very reasonable, considering the location and convenience. The host is wonderful and quick to respond to any questions and request. He is very kind and also allowed us to store our baggage at the property after check-out as our flight out of Vienna was much later in the evening. Of course a larger apartment would have been ideal, but this is Vienna and we cannot complain for the apartment location and pricing. We will definitely come back to this apartment the next time we visit Vienna!

• Emily (8/5): Lovely little apartment, well equipped for a short stay in a great location with a helpful host. - Perfect location for exploring on foot. The apartment is set in a lively area just a few metres from the Main Street when the cathedral is located. This meant that we didn’t need any public transport to sightsee or to find great restaurants and shops. A bigger pan to be able to cook for up to 5 people and a couple of additional pillows would have been helpful, but that’s personal preference

• Dylan (1/5): Unkind and unsympathetic host, subpar accomodation, nice location but prone to ROBBERIES it seems. - Location. The host provided an unsafe place to store our bags after checking out, which resulted in them being stolen. Luckily the bags were recovered - though our laptop had been taken from them - but the host then refused to send them to us, claiming it was not his fault for providing an unsafe location in the first place. He then forced us to go to Vienna to retrieve them ourselves as he could not be bothered to fill out a customs form - note that this was after he had tried to make us pay for the shipping. He had previously agreed to send the bags to us, but later began demanding payment. He became increasingly disrespectful in our correspond Room was okay, very warm, no a/c or fan provided. Windows had to be open to sleep at all, but it meant that it was noisy in the morning when waking up. Pillows were horrible and need to be replaced. The whole place could do with a deep clean.
• Maria (9/5): Spacious apartment close to all attractions - Spacious apartment in a perfect location, steps away to major shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Double windows with black-put shades and thick walls keep the apartment reasonably cool even without the AC. A kitchenette is well appointed and includes a little stove top, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Very responsive hosts: they provided an extra frying pan and dishwasher detergent upon request. A great value for the money for a large family. Furnishings are very basic. Little maintenance issues: the shower head attachment and a hand towel rack are both cracked and loose. No dressers, wardrobes, or other enclosed storage is provided for the visitors’ clothing and belongings, only open cube storage. American visitors should keep in mind that there is no AC or dryer; a rack is provided to dry the laundry. I personally would have appreciated small bottles of shampoo and conditioner to use, and another set of keys to share with family members who are on a separate outing. Evening noise from the bar didn’t bother me. The morning trash pick up is loud early in the morning, but it’s not every day.

• Mustafa (2/5): it was a complete disappointment for us. - Location We were truly disappointed. The house was very dirty—even the bed had hair in it. The dirt on the floor made our socks turn completely black. The pillows were in terrible condition—flat and worn out. There was such a bad smell in the hallway when entering the room that it made me nauseous, honestly. the bathroom didn’t feel hygienic. The wooden floors were very old and made loud creaking noises with every step. Can you imagine a room without a mirror? And in such a dirty house, there weren’t even slippers provided. It was truly a bad experience. There wasn’t even a proper holder for our toothbrushes—we had to cut a bottle to use as one., it was a complete disappointment for us.
• Catherine (9/5): Absolutely top location. - Absolutely central, so easy to get to everything, a supermarket, museums, bars, nothing is far away. We nipped back to drop or pick things up. Really really quiet, lots of space, loved the shower. Didn't use the kitchen but there seemed to be enough equipment to cook if you wanted. Basic but clean and tidy and a great base to go and see things from. If you're looking for luxury this is not for you but if your break is about being out and about, this is perfect. Great host, really helpful, showed us everything and helped with enquiries. Beautiful old building with history.

Much more basic than the pictures implied, and our bed wasn't king-sized, not that we needed it. The sheets for the bed were very worn.

The furniture did not match the items in the booking.com photos.

• Paula (1/5): Horrendous - Nothing we in fact wanted to move but the property owner refused to refund us and bookings.com told us it was not their problem to refund or sort a new accomodation as it was a direct payment t to the owner. That was very disappointing as I have used bookings.com multiple times a year for years all over the world and this was my first disastrous apartment. It was filthy and had not been cleaned before our arrival with meat blood in the fridge, dirty bedding, wholes in sheets and wet towels in bedrooms and bathroom. Every room needs new paint and furniture. It was not suitable for a family. We were then moved to another two bedroom apartment which wasn’t much better but we had no choice but to stay for our three nights. Please do not use this for a family visit. It need a lot of improvement to stay on bookings. Vienna is amazing though and we remained out a lot and left very early the last morning 3am due to a very early flight. Nothing we in fact wanted to move but the property owner refused to refund us and bookings.com told us it was not their problem. He was very rude but changed his tune a little when we asked to leave with a refund. It was filthy and had not been cleaned before our arrival with meat blood in the fridge, dirty bedding and wet towels in bedrooms and bathroom. Every room needs new paint and furniture. It was not suitable for a family. It was not a proper two bedroom apartment. We were then moved to another two bedroom apartment which wasn’t much better but we had no choice but to stay for our three nights. Please do not use this for a family visit. It need a lot of improvement to stay on bookings.
• Sona (10/5): The property was a good choice for our stay , we lived and enjoyed it. - The property was simple and comfortable. The location was perfect. The sofa was too old and nor that comf , and bathroom can be renewed.

• Sergey (9/5): A nice stay in a central historical building! - The apartment is very large and comfortable. it was well equipped and all the necessities were in. the small kitchenette had everything you need for your family. Super location! the host was very nice, fast to respond and very supportive. we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Vienna. will be back again!
• Nowrah (1/5): Dirty place and we didn't see anyone to help because registration is online - location Bed bugs and dirty apartment. The picture is not real. There is nobody, You see them only when you leave.

• Alin (6/5): overrated - central position. we went there before christmas and it was quite cold inside. not verry clean, the bathroom was freezing with no possibility to get it warm. the kitchen was modest.
