Falta iluminación, para 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños estaría bien, pero si los niños son adolescentes, el sofá cama, muy pequeños para dos adolescentes. El baño muy amplio, pero el water está en otro lugar. Un solo water para 4, incómodo.
• Marina (9/5): Great, beautiful place - perfect location if you like to walk, the main attractions are in 20-30 min away by foot. The apartment is nice, spacious, beautifully decorated, it has everything you need. High celling, great design, candles for a nice atmosphere. Bathroom is separate from toilet. The couch is fine for 1 adult, but for 2 adults it's not comfortable at all. The apartment is not super clean, we saw dust in different places. no coffee, no microwave. They ask to separate trash in 4 categories, but there are just 2 bins. But this didn't affect our 2 days stay much. If you come by car, make sure you know where to put your car for, because there is no street parking for long stay and the garage close to apartment is 25 euro per day.

• Verónica (9/5): Great! If I go back to Vienna I'll stay in the same place. - Very spacious and stylish flat with everything you need for your stay. Very comfy mattress and lots of storage. We loved the area and it's very well connected to the city centre (just 15 mins walk) or tram 49. Neubau has very nice cafes, shops and restaurants. Super close to the center and with a very nice local vibe.

• Kiryl (10/5): - Хорошие апартаменты в доме примерно 1890 года. У дома толстые стены и за счёт этого он хорошо сохраняет прохладу и даже когда на улице было 33 градуса жары в апартаментах было комфортно. Удобная кровать. Есть всё что может понадобиться: посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, утюг, фен, плита, холодильник и т.д. До центра города примерно пол часа пешком. Недалеко есть продуктовые магазины Lidl и Hofer.

Le lit est grand et confortable La cuisine bien équipé Il manque un micro onde Pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle , nous l’avons utilisé avec un peu de liquide vaisselle Personnellement je trouve l’appartement un peu excentré, compter 10/15 min pour aller jusqu’au métro. Puis 15min de trajet. L’immeuble a un ascenseur mais il n’est pas possible de l’utiliser de l’intérieur .. pas compris pourquoi.. du coup nous l’appelions en bas pour mettre la poussette et le bébé , et un des deux parents montait à l’étage pour l appeler .. bref système D La chambre côté rue est assez bruyante avec les poubelles le matin et le resto en face le soir Le canapé lit n’est pas du tout confortable …

• doris (8/5): 從房子到地鐵站，若是正常走路的速度至少要12-15分鐘，或是你必須電車轉地鐵才會比較方便一些。距離市中心或是熱鬧商圈的地方，若走路至少要快30分鐘。另外房東會要求旅客自己回收和把垃圾拿去外面或是樓下丟，但這間是有收清潔費的，就看旅客願不願意 - 空間足夠且整潔舒適，若希望自己可以煮飯的人，裡面的廚具算齊全
• Stefanie (9/5): Herrlich! Danke! - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles wie beschrieben. Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Tolle Restaurants und kleine Lädchen in der Umgebung und trotzdem super schnell im Zentrum. Es könnte vielleicht minimal mehr Grundsauberkeit haben. Wir kommen auch aus einer großen Stadt und wissen wie schnell erstaunst wird. Uns hat es also nicht gestört. Sensible Gäste könnten das vielleicht anders sehen.

• alain (9/5): Apartamentos en el corazón de Viena - Apartamentos modernos completamente decorados en el corazón de Viena, excelente opción para los viajeros que buscan comodidad y ubicación céntrica y segura. Cuentan con ascensor, WiFi gratuito, zona abierta de cocina, totalmente equipada, comedor y salón. Cama muy cómoda, sofá cama también aceptable. Hay lavavajillas, lavadora, horno y plancha de ropa. Ducha y WC en estancias separadas, además, cuentan con secador de pelo y artículos de aseo gratuitos. Armarios amplios con mucha capacidad. Perfecto para 4 personas. El alojamiento se encuentra cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y transporte público. El primer acceso al apartamento lo hicimos con un código, dentro había un juego de llaves, aunque también se podía entrar con el código inicial. La puerta del portal no se nos abrió con el código que nos habían indicado, tuvimos la suerte de que justamente salían 2 vecinos. El ascensor los 2 últimos días no funcionó. Poder dejar las maletas en algún lugar de manera gratuita tras el check out a las 11a.m.

• Anastasiya Khe (8/5): Cozy, stylish and spacious flat. - Very cozy and spacious and stylish apartments. Had everything that you might need. Location is also good, not far away from Neubau, in close proximity to metro and bus stops. Many shops and cafes are around. The flat has washing machine and dishwasher, also it was warm during our stay. It looks like the flat was not properly vacuumed. I found some hair on the floor. Also, there is an elevator which cannot be used by the guests. It was very hard to carry my luggages upstairs.

• Aitor (10/5): - El apartamento está increíble, super amplio y moderno. Parece un piso de la serie de Friends. Totalmente recomendable, está a 15 minutos caminando de la zona turística y hay muchos bares restaurantes cerca.

• Anina (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hergerichtet. Gute Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und auch zu Fuss alles wunderbar zu erreichen. Leider war der angegebene Aufzug, für das Appartement nicht zu benutzen. Was die Folge hatte, dass wir unsern Buggy immer in den 2Stock tragen mussten und wir reden von Altbau! Das Internet ist Ausgefallen und die Verbindung wurde sehr spät wieder hergestellt. Für 6 Nächte wurde uns genau 1 Geschirr Handtuch bereit gestellt. Und die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Der Hochstuhl war sehr dreckig! Die Ecken waren leider auch nicht wirklich sauber. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein sehr schöner Wien Aufenthalt.

• Guest (9/5): - It was an easy self check in. All the instructions were clear. Apartment is very clean, spacious, modern with nice decor.. Very high ceiling and a big windows. Not so much lights coming in, though. Location is perfect, but if you're coming with your own car, it's difficult to find a spot, and you can't stay for more then 2 hours. There were no soup plate or any kind of normal bowls in the kitchen. There is a lift/elevator in the building, but didn't work. Apartment is on the second floor, but there's a lot of stairs since the building has very high ceiling. And the streets a full with dogs poop.. Also, the Wi-Fi password that was provided to us was incorrect. But we found correct one on the fridge:)

• diana (8/5): nice looking design apartment, yet not really handy for business trips. - it‘s really an amazing room, very spacious. with some very nice design features. I asked for non feather cushions and bedding. all cushions except a tiny deco one have been with feathers. behind the bed, quite open without cushions and a bed not directly on the wall it was more than just a little dusty. some of the nice features are stylish only. so the shower „cabin“ does not allow anything to bring with in like shampoo or soap, except you place them on the floor. sofa looks nice on the sofa, but not inviting to use at all. the heavy front door of the apartment is impressive. yet so heavy that at one the second of the 3 days the smart home door lock was turning and turning and turning bit not opening the door. took me quite a while to get out of the door, so about 15 minutes. in case of an emergency this could have been fatal…

• Massimo (9/5): Cool apartment in a great location - The apartment is found in a cool neighbourhood close to the city centre. The apartment looks great and has a lot of amenities. Check-in and check-out were easy and the hosts are nice and quick to respond to requests.
• Aida (8/5): Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen Wienaufenthalt braucht. - Die Größe und die Einrichtung waren toll. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Das Bett und die Schlafcouch waren sehr hart. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert.
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): - The flat is on the second floor of a nicely refurbished building, not far from public transport and inner city. The flat itself was really nice with exclusive design, well-eqipped with almost everything you need both for a short and for a longer stay. Nice favour from the owner is to provide everything you need for a short stay: tea, cocoa, oil, salt, sugar, napkins, etc. The apartment is very spacious, you can feel comfortable and have lots of space to store your belongings in the wardrobe, cupboard and bathroom. The owner is very helpful and supportive, if you have questions or wishes, the answer comes super fast. It was a very nice experience and can highly recommend it to everyone who wants to be close to inner city and appreciate nice design.

• Andrea (8/5): Kann das Apartment für einen Städtetrip mit mehreren Personen nur empfehlen. - Die Lage ist erstklassig, wir sind fast zu allem gelaufen, oder haben die Öffis genutzt! Das Apartment ist gross und war mehr als ausreichend für 4 Personen, die Küche hatte genug Equipment zum kochen, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Natürliches Licht ist ein Problem in dem Apartment, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und uns Abends im Restaurant mit dem Rest der Familie getroffen haben.

• Marcin (9/5): - Very pretty and spacious apartment situated in a very very calm neighborhood well connected with Center and other stuff in town. You will find many cafes, restaurants around. The apt. interior is very stylish and well designed. Perfect for a stay in Vienna. Check-in was trouble-free, all instructions sent were very clear! When people are coming home one hears quite much noise from the staircase through the door (but there are not many neighbours so that doesn't happen a lot)
