• Yvette (8/5): - Trotz x-maliger Nachfrage bei der Buchung und während des Aufenthaltes habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist daher für Geschäftsreisen absolut ungeeignet.
• Ewa (10/5): Great place to stay! - Great place to stay — very clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The hosts were extremely professional and helpful throughout my stay. The location couldn’t be better — just a few steps away from the U-Bahn stations, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment had everything I needed and more, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! I truly enjoyed every moment here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Resultat : reveil à 5h du mat! Par message via booking, le gestionnaire est impuissant et dit qu il va envoyer l equipe de nettoyage... qui n est pas venue et n aurait rien pu faire

The owner very helpful although he didn’t response for our request to extend one hour which we need it but I assume he can’t do it. Nothing

The Parking situation could've been explained better. The re-entry to your car is a bit tricky, behind the building with no instructions. Through the main gate you can only enter with a vehicle.

The facilities of the flat and how its organised, even if it has just 48 square meters, its very practical and cozy, you have almost everything that you'll need. 2. The Town Town area its pretty new and the TrIIIple tower buildings are modern and with a beautiful design. 3. The view its very beautiful, in daylight or in the evening, from the balcony and from the roof top terrace. 4. Comfortable bed and pillows, but a bit more hard pillows I think that it'll be more good. 5. Almost perfectly cleaned, the bathroom and the living room needs a bit more attention. 6. The coffee machine its a plus. 7. The free ofered parking spot in the covered Wipark buiding just across the street its very useful, you can leave and come back as many times as you want, you'll always find a free spot. 8. Pretty close to the city center, you can get there by walking for about 30-40 minutes or take the U3 subway for 5 stations till Stephanplatz. 9. A Billa market its just downstairs. 10. I know that Viena has a very good quality tap water, so theres no need to hussle with plastic bottles. 1. Like I've said, the clean must be done more properly in the bathroom and in the living room. 2. The passkey that I received wasn't good, I had to call them and wait for a new code, I wonder what would have happened if I didn't had an international mobile option activated. 3. I felt treated like someone that doesn't understand much and it bothered me a little, I received many messages during almost all our stay that repeatedly explained the house rules and the check-out "procedure", even if in the room theres a A4 paper sheet that its all filled and says exactly the same things. 4. I understand that theres a selective trash disposal, like in all the european countries, but please make this easier, put in the room a 3 container garbage can, so that we can enjoy our stay in the vacation days and not to collect the plastic/etc. in our bags and then to search in all the neighborhood for those selective trash bins, after all, we want to relax. 5. I received coffee capsules for only 2 days, my stay was for 4 days, but my luck was that I always travel with my own coffee machine, exactly because of these sad times, and I hate a morning without a coffee at first light.
• Frederic (1/5): Don't try this appartment during summer - Good localization Swimming pool 28°C in the appartment and impossible lower that. When you contact the host, you only have the answer that there is a cooling system and that you must let some time for it works... five days later no change... no sleep at night. It's a shame the a host don't care at all about guest well beeing and just send "diplomatic" answers when you describe the situation... instead of looking for a solution. Cherry on the cake: when you try to refresh during the night by opening the window... motorway is just below.

• Klára (9/5): very clean apartment - The apartment is new, perfectly equipped, we didn't miss anything. There is a beautiful view from the window, the 27th floor was something new for us. The children were especially excited. Clean everywhere, comfortable bed, quiet. Every day I received emails with instructions, what we should and shouldn't do in the apartment. I found the emails annoying. All instructions were on the booking.com website and printed in the apartment. We had to take out the garbage or there would be an extra charge.

• Alex (9/5): Nice place with a great view. - The apartment is as described and pictures are accurate. Everything is relatively new and modern and everything works as is supposed to. Great view from the balcony, even better from the terrace on top of the building if you care to go up there. Check in process is very strange, since you are required to fill in some check in forms on the internet with your personal and private information, like passport dato, address etc. Even after we completed registration form we got 3-4 more e-mails with the same requirement. It should be possible to acquire all needed data from booking.com in order not to bother guests more than needed.
