When we needed assistance with a small issue, they promptly arranged for a technician, and everything was resolved efficiently. Communication was mainly in German rather than English, but the host was still very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would like to thank them for their hospitality

• Bozga (2/5): - The room was clean, but it was freezing cold inside. We arrived at 6:20 PM and set the thermostat to 25 degrees, but it took a very long time for the room to warm up even a little. We had to sleep fully dressed, and even the blankets were thin. In the morning at 7 AM, when we woke up, it was still cold. The apartment needs to be preheated well in advance.

• Klajdo (10/5): Cozy home - The house was very warm, cozy and clean. The location was very easy to find, it was close to the center . There are 2 tram stations in a 5 min walk distance there is also a billa market 5 min walk distance also .

• MARIA CECILIA (7/5): Da miglorare - Appartamento vicino a mezzi pubblici e supermercati. Ambiente accogliente e pulito. Cucina con lavello con l'essenziale. Bagno piccolo, con maniglia porta rotta.

• Michael (7/5): Basic apartment with plenty of beds. - Plenty of space and beds are available. Easy access (ground floor). I didn't like that we had to send our passport data via WhatsApp to get the access info.

• Carmen (8/5): Good value for the money - The apartment is spacious and good for 4 people. The bathroom was pretty small but we managed. Just so you know, the door to the building needs to be pushed really hard to open, we had difficulties with that but a local helped us.

• Palaeologus (9/5): Superb - The spacious flat is located not far away from a public transport stop. It was clean and spacious, providing ample room for four people. The keys were easily accessible, making check-in and check-out a breeze. While it is situated at a distance from the city center, this is compensated by the opportunity to sleep in a quiet, large, clean, and convenient flat. Additionally, espresso/tea for breakfast was provided.

• Nerimene (7/5): Good - The Appartement was clean and quiet. There was a TV in every room. I asked to leave an hour later, which was accepted. The value for Money was good :) The towels smelled of smoke and so did some of the sheets There was no shampoo or shower gel available.

• Margaret (5/5): Minimalism gone mad!! - It was clean, warm, the bed was comfortable and the location suited us very well. It was well decorated. The shower worked well. In the bedroom, there were no bedside lamps, no chair to put your clothes on, and no dressing table. In the 'kitchen' there was only a windowsill to use as a worktop. There was no toaster, only a toasted sandwich maker, and no tea towels. There were no complementary toiletries as described, only half a pot of liquid soap and a man's shampoo someone had left behind. The living room was ok, but only the very minimum by way of furnishings and fittings. The bathroom was small, but adequate. The towels and bedding were thin, worn and poor quality. Although it was fine for two people, four people would find it very small. At £120 per night, it was expensive for two people.
