• Olga (8/5): Spacious apartment in a very well-connected location, though light and noise may be an issue for sensitive sleepers. - Excellent location with easy access from both the train station (direct tram D) and the airport (U4 via Wien Mitte). Convenient for visiting the city centre, Kahlenberg, and other areas. The apartment is very spacious, and the large windows make it feel bright and open. The windows face the patio, so it can get quite noisy at night, and outside lights come into the room. There are blackout curtains, but they could be wider. You can also feel vibrations from trains passing underneath the building. The washing machine and iron are located in a separate laundry room outside the apartment, which made it unclear whether guests were actually allowed to use them.
• Kutsarova (8/5): - The location (but you should mention that it is located also right over the train route. For some people might be a big problem and they should be aware) . It was clean and comfortable. The curtains need to be replaced with longer ones. The light from outside comes in. The trash rule is a little bit annoying. You can provide this service at least every 2-3 days.

• Traveler_777_ (7/5): They do not pay enough attention to cleanliness, hygiene, or comfort in the apartment - We liked the location. The apartment was spacious. The complex is excellent and quite safe. There is a tram stop nearby, the metro is not far, and there is also a store that is open even on Sundays. We didn’t like that the apartment was quite cold. Even though we turned on the air conditioning — and it did switch on — it didn’t follow the set temperature. We set it to 25°C, but the room was clearly around 19-20°C. When we turned on the active ventilation mode, the air inside became noticeably dusty. The bathroom floor was also quite dusty, and the pillows had visible dust on them as well. For a family of four, there was only one hand towel and four body towels. There were no face towels or bath mats at all. After we reported this, we were told that the staff would be contacted, but no one ever came. As a result, we had to use only the body towels, which is absolutely not hygienic. Therefore, this place is not suitable for a long stay. And even for a short stay, it’s uncomfortable due to the insufficient towels and the rather low temperature in the apartment. In addition, there were many restrictions and warnings: losing the key results in a €250 fine, not washing the dishes leads to a fine, and having more than one bin of trash also results in a fine. Overall, this creates a somewhat unfriendly atmosphere. The shelf was also completely empty, although in the photos it was decorated with various items. The empty shelf made the place feel less cozy. Another downside was that there was only one curtain around the bed, while the photos showed two or three.
• Kirsten (5/5): Functional room - Large room, facilities good, good location for access to all sorts of transport Thermostat set way too high and it did not reduce for over 24 hours. Was exceedingly uncomfortable, over 30 degrees, so no sleep for first night. Completely soulless.

• Olha (5/5): - There was no curtain as you see on the picture between sofa and bed. Also it was very uncomfortable having curtains on the windows that does not cover all the window - it is really bright to sleep like that.

• Julia (9/5): A hidden gem to book in Vienna - The property is in a very quiet neighbourhood and modern. There’s also a communal laundry room. Lastly, there was plenty parking space. We would have preferred a clothes rack rather than having to hang our laundry in the laundry room. The windows looked out onto the inner court yard, so we didn’t really have any privacy unless we shut the curtains.

• Anna (5/5): Expensive for ikea furniture, an under-equipped kitchenette and a dirty floor. - -It was warm, -hot water, -big clean towels, -nice mini dishwasher with tablets, -avability of washing machine, - very comfortable master bed. -Complicated key collection, without a torch in the crouch you have to tug with the combination lock, -wrong code given by the staff, and a response time of 12 h when you are standing at night with your suitcase because the google files are empty... -in the description there are slippers that were not there and a price list for snacks and drinks from a vending machine that was standing idle and empty. -No blackout blinds of the right width ( Exactly over the room windows are burning harsh lights and the curtain is too narrow to cover this. It is impossible to sleep, it is so bright) - not enough plates and cups - exactly the number of people, no salad bowl - no dishwasher/ sponge and dish liquid when you want to wash one cup, - No sweeping brush. Flat not cleaned - it was dirty on the floor, in addition during your stay dirt is brought in and from the bathroom you have to walk barefoot,( slippers are not there) to the room through the hallway with shoes. -The fold-out sofa is approx. 110 cm wide and is only suitable for children or couples.

• Viktor (9/5): Spacious apartment with a good location - Spacious and well-equipped apartment, with the option to stay with a dog for an additional 10 euros per day. The apartment has a small dishwasher, which is very convenient. It is located in a quiet area, close to public transport stops and shops. The nearby BILLA store is open every day, which is very convenient when other stores are closed on Sundays. On weekends, parking is only available on the street as it's free, but on weekdays, the car needs to be moved to one of the three offered parking lots. The parking costs on weekdays should be reimbursed via IBAN transfer. Overall, the apartment was clean, but the wall next to the sink in the bathroom was dirty with someone’s toothpaste stains. We had to rewash the dishes, as there wasn’t a sponge provided (this isn’t something you usually bring from home, it’s typically included in rented apartments). The quality of the cleaning is questionable due to what happened after we checked out. We forgot some of our documents on the shelf next to the sofa. After us, our friends checked into the same apartment (they had stayed in other apartments but stayed in Vienna for a few more days and booked the ones we stayed in) and found our documents. I don’t understand how the cleaning staff could have missed them, and I don’t know what would have happened if our friends hadn’t found them. In total, we paid 70 euros for cleaning + 30 euros for staying with a dog. If for 100 euros they only vacuum and change the bedding and towels, it’s not worth that price.
• Van (10/5): I have a wonderful trip with Boutique Space VIE #3o1 - Very clean and comfortable. You can easily travel anywhere by using public transportation such as U-Bahn (subway) or Straßenbahn (tram). It takes about 3 minutes to walk from the apartment to station. There is a big supermarket named Billa near the apartment where you can get all you need. If you want to try some local food, there’re some restaurants nearby as well. And if I go to Vienna again, this place will be my priority. Nothing

• Dragos (9/5): Nice apartment to stay for couple of days. It is far away from the center but close to the public transport. The annoyin - Comfortable for a couple for a few days It’s quite difficult to get the keys and you have to follow the instructions from some documents, it’s annoying if you are doing this late in the night or after a long journey. Additionaly, the parking space is approx 10 minutes from the property and it is not very comfortable to walk with your lugagges there.

• Sophie (8/5): A pleasant 3 nights at the property, easy and convenient. - The property had all we needed which was great. The size of the space is really wonderful, as is the washing machine facilities if you are travelling. The bed was large and very comfortable and the small kitchen had everything we needed. The property could have been a little cleaner. There was some mould in the shower and we found old chips underneath the bed from previous guests. The property would do well to have better curtains to block the light out as the lights in the courtyard stay on all evening and come into the room.

Maybe it’s better if the host can be more flexible instead of strictly following the rules.

IT was from Time to Time and not so bad that you could not rest. We were not able to detect if the exit windows it was possible to be open for bringing fresh air inside or not.

• Bektaş (9/5): If I go to Vienna again, this is the hotel I would like to stay in. - The hotel we stayed as a family met all our expectations. The bathroom and kitchen were very useful and clean. It was also very close to the metro station, which made our trip easier. Thank you for this calm and peaceful experience.
• Laurita_clc (10/5): Exceptional - The location was spotless clean, huge and comfortable bed (you can easily fit 3 people there), plus extendable couch for our child. There were big dark curtains that protected from the daylight. The kitchen well equipped, they even had dishwasher tablets available. The coffee machine is Nespresso type, the one working with the little capsules. Small and big towels provided. There was also a laundry room right in front of our room, they even had detergent provided. We were given 3 options to pick a parking lot , we picked the closest one, like 8 minutes walking distance, at the beginning we had some hard time finding the parking lot because the GPS on our phone did not work, so we called the owner who directed us immediately and helped us find the building. At the end of our stay we got refunded for the parking which was 6 eur/day. The location is in within 5 minutes walk from Billa and Spar market, there is a McDonalds and an italian restaurant in within 5 minutes walk too, and also 3 minutes walk to the subway station. There was a tram/bus station as well but we didn't use it much, it was 8 minutes away, because the subway was so much better. Overall: beautiful apartment, very helpful owner, great location for public transport, quiet too, so we would definitely love to come back here.

• Nurgul (10/5): ıf I come to Vienna again definetely I stay in Boutique Space - Room is very clean, there is everything in the kitchen, all stuff in the room is very new and clean, heating system working very well and location is very good, it is very close to metro station, you can go touristic area with metro within 5-10 mins, I strongly recommend . The only thing, you can make check in at 17:00 pm, it is too late, but if you come early you can put your luggages.
