• Lorna (6/5): Maintenance needs work, good beds and location. - Excellent location, comfortable beds, lovely large lounge and nice touch to include the shower gel/hand soap. Window totally out of frame and smashed window surrounds. Needed to be propped up by a bedside table. Broken coffee machine. No kettle.

Das Bett war ein Bisserl grindig von der Qualität- es knurrt und die Bettdecken sind zwar sehr leicht, leider auch 100% Plastik und somit kocht man darunter. Der Klimakühlsäulenventilator kann zum Schlafen nicht angestellt werden- weil sehr laut. Und die Steckdose führt keinen Strom. Der Fernseher ist mangels Empfang leider nur Dekoration.

• Hayley (1/5): Location is the only thing going for this place - The location was excellent. I don’t know where to start, there is so much wrong with this place. It all starts in a creepy lobby with a lift straight out of a horror film. I appreciate it’s an old building but no need for the creepy communal areas. We had bins stacked right outside our room, I’m talking wheelie bins, they didn’t smell fresh! Why were they there, they weren’t to use! The unwanted linen also made its way outside our door and was there for days. We got to the room pretty quick as we were eager to escape the shady corridor, to be greeted by dark orange walls, and the stench of the bathroom was so bad. Vile! The pictures looked fresh and bright but our room felt like the bad end of a migraine. I’m not sure if material is expensive in Vienna because the curtains were too small for the windows! You know what’s not expensive…electricity because the lights remained on all night, we turned the main light out and to our surprise it only dimmed them. The furniture was an unexpected task, we ended up having to screw in the legs to the bedside tables which had just about given up under the weight of one mobile phone. The bed felt like it was about to break when you sat on it. I’m not sure if it’s an Austrian thing but my pillow was the size of a postage stamp, my head is not particularly large so I don’t think the issue was with me. Don’t try to sneak anywhere at night, the floorboards are so creaky I was so worried I was going to wake up the neighbors and all I wanted to do is go to the bathroom, I’m not heavy footed but even the light touch of a ballerina would have struggled not making a sound. Don’t try to undertake any work from this room, the internet is so bad and at times unusable. I suspect it was everyone in the building blocking the servers trying to search for alternative hotels! The cleaner had given up because we found the previous guests shower gel under the toilet.

Alleen het tekort aan glazen en bekers. Maar na een berichtje werd het direct opgelost alleen was niet direct duidelijk waar wij deze konden halen. En wat jammer was is dat alleen de eerste een warme douche heeft en de rest (5 personen) lauw/koud moest douchen.

Wien ist eine aussergewöhnliche, faszinierende Stadt bisschen karg, kein Handtuchwechsel für 5 Nächte, keine persönlicher Kontakt ( noch nicht einmal telefonisch) Dafür ein ruhiges, großes Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Die Deckenleuchte müsste allerdings dringend einmal gereinigt werden

При заезде были отправлены подробные инструкции от Arbio с фото и полным описанием процесса заселения. На нашем этаже было и лобби, где можно было оставить чемоданы и попить чая или кофе. Особо порадовала душевая - чистая, функциональная, водонагреватель большой емкости, стабильно горячая вода. Расположение великолепное. Освещение совсем темное - как в номере, так и в душевой (в последней совсем темно) - в целом, для Европы это не удивительно, но все же хотелось больше света. Не было утюга, что огорчило. Немного напрягал толстенный слой пыли на плафонах и под кроватью... И еще немного удивили прикроватные металлические тумбочки - звук, когда что-то на них кладешь, напоминал колокольный.

La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, ma allo stesso tempo immersa in un’atmosfera tranquilla e autentica che permette di vivere davvero la città. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, elegante e accogliente, con un perfetto equilibrio tra charme storico e comfort moderno. Gli spazi sono luminosi, pulitissimi e arredati con gusto, rendendo ogni momento del soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Il letto comodissimo e il silenzio della zona garantiscono un riposo perfetto dopo una giornata tra musei e passeggiate. Un grande punto di forza è anche l’ospitalità: disponibilità, gentilezza e attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti fanno davvero la differenza e fanno sentire subito a casa !

W pokoju jest ekspres na kapsułki, są dostępne 2 kapsułki. Bez problemu trafiliśmy na miejsce. Dzień wcześniej za pomogą aplikacji booking wysłaliśmy prośbę o instrukcję wejścia do pokroju. Przed dotarciem na miejsce otrzymaliśmy szczegółową instrukcję. Wszystko odbyło się bez problemu.

• Sabrina (7/5): - Die Lage war hervorragende für einen Sightseeingaufenthalt. Manchmal muss man sich was gönnen. Die Zimmer sind modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Der Check in war gut vorbereitet und sehr einfach. Aufgrund der Fotos bei booking.com habe ich mit einem größeren Appartement auf 2 Etagen gerechnet. Das war im ersten Moment etwas enttäuschend. Vielleicht könnte man die Bilder den beschriebenen Appartements schriftlich besser zuordnen. Für 5 Gäste nur 2 Willkommens-Schokis fand ich für ein Appartement in dieser Preisklasse leider etwas traurig, auch wenn es nur eine Kleinigkeit ist. Dann bitte besser gar keine. Beim Fenster im Bad war der Verputz runtergebrochen. Das muss wirklich nicht sein.

• Caitlin (9/5): all round great place to explore the city from and get the peaceful experience of vienna. - perfect location! looked out the window to see the library and was right next to burggarten. could hear the sound of the horses hooves outside and the church bells in the morning which really added to my stay. i also really recommend cafe mozart for breakfast which was nearby. only slight issue was that in the evenings i could hear everyone else on the floor, but i understand that that’s due to the structure of the building itself rather than the hosts.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The communication with the hosts was smooth and very helpful, especially regarding access to the apartment, which made check-in straightforward and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Vienna.

• Dragan (4/5): Disaster! - There were problems at the beginning of our stay: • Wrong apartment - we booked an apartment with three bedrooms and one living room called "Superior" apartment of 85 m2, but we received an apartment of just two bedrooms, but with also only two beds so one of us had to sleep on a couch. • No answer of host - we called and messaged the host for 5 hours until they told us that our actual accommodation that we booked is not available and they are sorry, we do not know if the host even exists or it is a chatbot. • No remedy - we asked if it was possible to get additional small apartment or back the difference of the paid amount because we paid a significantly higher amount of money for the bigger apartment, but they just gave us some form to fulfill and they are going to decide in 14 days on refund, • Ceiling falling off - the ceiling in the accommodation is hanging it will fall on someone's head in the bathroom, due to moisture. - Iron - we needed an iron for our shirts for business meetings, but in the complete palace there was no iron. they brought us iron on Sunday afternoon, and we requested it on Friday. Iron costs 20 EUR new to buy. - doorknob on the wc door fallen of, so one colleague was locked in the toilet during the night, when we accidently hear him shouting... - there was no heating in one two sleeping rooms Great disappointment with the apartment, but especially with the reaction of the host, with whom you can only chat, and no problem solved.

• Simone (6/5): Alright for few days but expensive - The location is very central and everything is close by. The room was clean and instructions on how to get to the room were very clear. The staff was nice and responded very fast on booking. But there's no reception, by stuff I mean via messages on booking. Because it's very central: a lot of noise because of the club in the same building and because of the bells of the church next to the building. People partying and fighting at night makes it hard to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything around you (baby crying next door all the time). The room was ok, but for the price we paid we had higher expectations.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (sogar Sonntag abends) Das Fenster zur Straße hin konnte nicht 100 % geschlossen werden. Das war in der Früh sehr laut. Der Vorhang hat leider nicht gut abgedunkelt. Es fehlen insgesamt Möglichkeit Jacken / Mäntel aufzuhängen. Nur im Schrank.

• Светлана (7/5): - The apartment is located right in the heart of historic Vienna. Evervthina is within walkina distance. There ARE some downsides but thanks to the location , you can overlook all the downsides. I recommend this apartment to anyone traveling on a budget. And if I ever return to Vienna, I'|| definitely stay here again!
• Erika Maria (5/5): Die Lage ist top die Ausstattung als solche war auch in Ordnung bis auf die Mängel und die Sauberkeit war jetzt nicht so - Die Lage war sehr gut wir hatten Probleme mit dem einchecken, weil der Login Code für mich nicht der war den muss ich dann noch mal erfragen. Dann ging trotz Eingabe der Kasten nicht auf und den Schlüssel zu entnehmen. Also dann müsste man schon mit Gewalt an dem kleinen PIN ziehen und an der Klappe ziehen, um das rauszunehmen. Also das war schon etwas schwierig. Dann eben halt, dass in einem Zimmer die Wand feucht ist und im Badezimmer die Farbe von der Decke runterkommen, wo ich auch mal was beim Zähneputzen auf dem bekomme bekommen habe. Das ist nicht in Ordnung gewesen, sonst war ich zufrieden. Ausstattung sonst war gut aber die Sauberkeit hat auch nicht die beste also staubwischen war nicht und hinten. Die Matratze war runtergerutscht, weil die, weil der Lattenrost total verschoben war, weil die Matratze wirklich hinten komplett eingesackt zumindest im Bett in dem Bett in dem Zimmer, wo die Couch steht und wo auch die nasse Wand ist. Die Bauschäden, die hier waren, die waren nicht gut also im Badezimmer die Decke, dann die Türbeschläge die kaputt sind die nasse Wand. Das sind so Sachen die nicht in Ordnung waren aber es ist einfach ne top Lage das muss man einfach sagen.

Günlerce ütü verilecek diye oyalandım aldığım tek yanıt yardımcı olmaya çalışıp bana geri dönecekleri oldu ama ne ütü getirildi, ne getirilemeyeceğine dair bilgi verildi. 2. En büyük sıkıntı ise çarşafları değiştirmemişlerdi. Yorganı kaldırdığımda tüm çarşafta kıllar vardı.mail olarak görsel atmama rağmen hiç hiç kimse yardımcı olmadı. Fotoğraflarda net belli değil ama bir çarşafın kirli olması ne demek??????? Rezalet ötesi hijyen yoksa geri kalan unsurların bir anlamı yok ve aşırı soğuktu ve odadakı ısıtıcı asla ısıtmadı geceleri donduk. Ve çatı katında WiFi olmadan telefon çekmiyor. Viyana’ya sık seyahat ediyorum ne öneririm ne bir daha konaklama yaparım orada. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum, paranızla rezil olursunuz.
• Sabrina (8/5): ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, zona centrale e stanze pulite - centralissima, è possibile raggiungere facilmente tutte le attrazioni principali. abbastanza pulita e accogliente, ottimo prezzo l’unica complicanza è stata la mancanza di coperte, c’erano a disposizione un solo piumone a persona e nonostante fosse un ambiente riscaldato la notte faceva un po freddo

• Inna (8/5): Удобное размещение, кухня и номер - Размещение и наличие общей кухни, в которой можно было оставить вещи до заселения. Очень удобно. Наличие кофе машины в комнате. После 7 утра шумно, слышно колокола и кто-то из соседей полчаса не мог утром открыть дверь. В итоге не удалось поспать. Замораживается залог на карте и пришлось ждать 5 дней, пока деньги стали доступными.
