• PIOTR (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. Jeżeli kiedykolwiek będę znowu w Wiedniu , to tylko w tym apartamencie. Polecam wszystkim. - Czystość , wygodne łóżka i pełne wyposażenie w mieszkaniu i przede wszystkim miejsce garażowe w cenie. Nie było takiej rzeczy

• Nikolic (8/5): - Stan je veliki I odlicno opremljen. Kreveti su udobni,higijena zadovoljavajuca, lokacija dobra, najbolja stvar je sto imaju svoj parking. Svakako,preporucujem. Imali smo mali peh sa kljucem,koji nas nije sacekao u box-u...pa smo morali da cekamo da dođe cistacica, promeni posteljine...ali to je propust agencije koja radi na čiscenju, a ne vlasnika apartmana. Cak ce nam i vratiti neki deo novca,zbog tog propusta...

• Olha (10/5): Гарна і затишна квартира - Велика та зручна квартира, тепла, гарно оздоблена. Є все, що потрібно, на кухні - є плита та духовка, все кухонне приладдя. Капсули для кави були і кавоварка теж, чай. Немає мікрохвильовоки , якщо комусь це важливо. Окремо дякуємо за паркомісце в критому паркингу, це дуже зручно. Але поряд з квартирою вдень бувають місця для паркування, але на 15 хв, тож завантаживши easy parking можна оплатити паркування онлайн. У ванній була зламана ємкість для мила.
• Polina (10/5): - Понравилось все. Это не центр, но есть приличные ресторанчики в минутах 10 ходьбы и пекарня. От центра около 35 минут на общественном транспорте,сами апартаменты очень уютные, чистые, есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни.

• Tommaso Iannattone (10/5): Comodo, servito e sentirsi a casa. A Vienna ritornerei qui. - - Appartamento con quello che serve e comodo per 4 persone, è come essere a casa. Molto importante - Wi-fi gratuita - Check in/ check out eccellente - Per chi ha l'auto posto al chiuso davvero un plus - Posizione davvero ottima per partire verso ogni meta. (in 25min sei in centro) - Supermarket vicini (più di uno) - Appartamento. Qualche compromesso sull'utilizzo cappa/caldaia (cappa spegne acqua calda) però avvisati prontamente dall'host - Appartamento. Posizione caldaia un pò da rivedere o da coprire (spigoli almeno). Nulla di grave. Niente altro da segnalare

• Kristina (9/5): Superb - Everything was great! The apartment is big and cozy and provides everything you need for your stay. The communication with the host was easy and pleasant, he even let us stay after the check-out time! Right in front of the building there is a bus stop and other public transport is also near the apartment.
• Nina (10/5): Amazing cosy stay in Vienna - Everything was perfect. The communication with the landlord was great, since we arrived late at night and needed someone to open the door. The apartment is very nicely decorated, and it is well connected with the public transport - bus stop right in front of the door. We loved the little touches that made it feel like home such as dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. Wifi, heating, kitchen and the smart TV everything worked very well and we did not need anything else. I would definitely come back again.

• Aleksandar (2/5): Great facility, awful management. - Own Parking. Comfortable rooms and very nice kitchen. Beds were good. When we arrived around 10:30pm we couldn’t enter the building as the intercom was changed. We got the instructions for entering the building that were old. Instructions said that we should type in the 4 digits code, but it was impossible as new intercom didn’t have that option. We called the property manager but he didn’t know that intercom was changed!!! He kept asking us to enter the code and to double check that we are on the right location. It was obvious that the person didn’t have any information about the facility. We had one pregnant friend with us, we waited for hour in a half in front of the building until one of the neighbors let us in. It was freezing cold outside. HUGE fiasco and unprofessional property management.
• Róbert (1/5): Bad - - We were halfway to the accommodation when the host caused great uncertainty in our trip with a message about a problem: the shower is faulty, they can only fix it after our trip. We needed an immediate answer as to whether the shower could be used at all, while we were waiting at a petrol station for an answer. For us, this would have required immediate clarification as it affects the habitability of the apartment. After that, the host did not respond to our phone calls. Our well-planned trip was very disrupted and unfortunately, while waiting, we had to make the decision to return to our home in Hungary. A message was sent almost 2 hours later saying that the shower was available (we were back home by then). With this negative experience, the host was completely unreliable for us, so we did not go on the trip after that. We would have liked to cancel the reservation and get a full refund for the disappointment, because we had invested a lot of energy in the trip (fuel, toll sticker, etc.). After that, the host did not respond to our questions at all. Not exactly how we planned to start the New Year...
• Crina (10/5): Perfect for us - The accommodation was gorgeous, in an old, quiet building. The appartement was very chic marvelous decoration, plenty of space, very clean, new. The beds were comfortable. The temperature was perfect - you can ajust it if you want it. We loved the key system-easy and perfect for us , as we checked out at 4am. We liked the garage. We really need it. Also, easy access to any means of transportation
• Milena (10/5): Very nice and clean apartment - The apartment is very well furnished and cosy. It is clean and located in quite neighbourhood, but there are many options to get to the city center by public transport. We really enjoyed our stay and had eveything we need. It is spacious, really good for 4 people. Heating system is also great, we had no problems although it was cold outside.
• Irina (10/5): Colorful vacation - The apartament is exactly as described: colorful and quiet, but I would also add warm 🙂. It's very well equipped and you have at least two grocery stores near the building and a pharmacy. Also you have easy access to public transportation, with a bus station right in front of the building and tram stations at approximately 5 minutes walking distance. Good communication with a very kind host. 🙂 We appreciated more the things we liked, so I'll say nothing in this section.🙂

Only gripes would be is that the building door code was a bit to cumbersome, clearer instructions would be beneficial. Also, adding a small microwave would be a huge plus.

• Ildikó (10/5): Sunny and quiet apartment - Tastefully decorated, well equipped, sunny and quiet apartment not far from the city center. Good communication with the owner and the parking spot was really useful.
• Pamfile (8/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and cozy, the check in and out was smooth. We had troubles finding it and the parking place which is not on the other side of the building entrance. Good instructions and information provided by the landlord before and after check in. We have many things we didn't like but I will start with the total denial of using the terrace for smoking and all the messages I continuously received where I was warned not to do this when this information could have been provided from the description. We had to smoke in the street, in front of the building in the bus station maybe because neighbours couldn't understand and accept the presence of tourists in their space from the very first moment they saw us. Not enough coffee and toilet paper for 4 nights and 4 adults. There is no window in the kitchen. The second room is incredibly small and no storage space for two people. Maybe pillows should be changed. The room with the shower was good and the door fell two times. Fortunately it was solved the second day together with the sink that was clogged when we arrived. The apartment is in the 10 neighbourhood of Vienna, also called the Turkish Neighbourhood and all restaurants are Turkish but we liked that. Very close to buses and tram. I would not choose it again due to the fact that it was annoying and frustrating to being denied access on the terrace in the morning and evening for smoking.

In the printed guide, which was present in the apartment, we were informed about an additional cost if we did not dispose of the garbage from the apartment before we left the location. The closest dumpster for reciclables was at aproximatily 20 minutes from the apartment.
• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect apartment to stay at if you are visiting Vienna. highly recommend it! - the apartment was totally remodeled and everything was perfect. beautifully decorated, one of the nicest booking.com apartments we ever stayed at. it was also centrally located, easy to catch a bus and u Bahn to go to city center or Schönbrunn Palace. it also included an indoor garage across the street from the apartment. everything was perfect. I highly recommend it! nothing

The apartment pleasantly surprised us , we thought we were at home , cosy atmosphere.. communication also very prompt and to the point. What else could somebody ask for ? Nothing at all !

The area wasn’t the nicest, we also found the parking space inconvenient especially with kids. Take note, the parking garage is in a different building. Also, the space was tight for a bigger vehicle such as SUV. The parking garage was also very dark so we had to use our flashlights/phone when parking at night.

The location is very good to explore Vienna by public transport: just 7' walk to the tramway to the center of the city. It is very nice that you can park the car for free in a garage nearby. Clear instructions to open the door and to enter the garage. Top location!
