• Maryna (4/5): - The flat is ok, but we were able to check in only at 4pm, because the cleaning was not ready, so we were asked to go out and wait outside, which was super inconvenient.
• Jens (6/5): Gute Lage, jedoch abgewohnt und teilweise schlecht ausgestattet - Zentrale Lage am Schwedenplatz ist optimal für einen Städte-Trip Abgewohnte Wohnung, hängende Schranktüren in der Küche, abgeplatzte Türblätter, keine Geschirrtücher, Küchenausstattung in der Art „Reste-Rampe“ (wäre mit kleinen Mitteln bei der recht teuren Wohnung recht einfach zu „heilen“)

• daniel (8/5): Très bon séjour dans un lieu bien situé - Son emplacement, sa propreté Les lacunes et mauvais état de l’équipement de cuisine : poêlées endommagées, micro-0nde bancal, porte de frigo sans poignée, 4 petites cuillères ! Pas d’essoreuse à salade, pas de pot à eau… De vieille bouteilles d’huile qu’il faudrait jeter car devenues non utilisables Lunette des WC cassée.

• dilan (10/5): - Tesis 1. Bölgede çok merkezi bir konumda bulunmaktadır. Bir çok yere yürüme mesafesi uzaklığındadır. Metro kullanmak isteyenler için evin çok yakınında schwedenplatz metro istasyonu var. Biz 4 gecelik konaklamamız boyunca hiç bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık herşeyden memnun kaldık.

• Elena (10/5): Новогодняя сказка в Вене - Апартаменты просто потрясающие: красиво, уютно, удобно, предусмотрены все потребности и желания. Расположение идеальное, в пешей доступности весь Старый город, 500м до собора Св. Стефан. Рядом супермаркет(300м), остановки общественного транспорта, отличная парковка в 100 м. Вид с балкона изумительный! Хозяева предупредительные, заезд организован отлично. Наивысшая оценка! Мы много ездили, есть с чем сравнивать, даже в Вене были 4 раза, до этого останавливались в Карлтон-Опера, тоже неплохо. Но этот раз превзошел все ожидания. Спасибо!!!! Понравилось все
• MAR (8/5): Ideal para 4/5 días por la ubicación - Lo mejor es la ubicación porque está muy céntrico. La calefacción funciona estupendamente aunque tuvimos que escribir para que nos dijeran donde se subía porque estaba muy bajita. El mobiliario necesita una pequeña reforma porque los muebles son muy viejos, las puertas igual, las sillas, vamos en general todo. Las camas no tienen almohadas, tienen cojines que para dormir, son muy incómodos. Y la cocina tiene un frigorífico muy pequeño, cosa que a nosotros no nos importó porque no comimos allí.

• Carla (8/5): - Lo mejor del apartamento era la ubicación. A 10 min andando de la catedral y con metro a 2-3 min. Buena relación calidad-precio para la zona. Apartamento sencillo que dispone de dos camas de matrimonio + un sofá-cama individual (cosa que no queda clara al reservarlo). Las camas son bastante blandas pero se descansa bien.

• Teresa (7/5): Good location - Good location and fair price for the location. Beds were comfortable. A few additions would’ve made a lot of difference…a dish towel, bathroom soap, a couple extra pillows. The bathroom sink plugged up early in our stay which was inconvenient.

• Natalia (9/5): Квартира в самом центре Вены - Квартира отвечает заявленным требованиям. Расположение отличное. Удобные кровати. Хозяева очень доброжелательны. Старый холодник - маленький и течет. В кухне мало света.

• Emiliya (10/5): Nice stay in the center of Vienna - The apartment is very spacious with a balcony, overlooking the Danube. The rooms are big and have a lot of light. Close to everything. Value for money is 10 for sure. The furniture in the living room can be upgraded, but this was not a problem for us.

• Raul (9/5): - Spacious apartment, view of the Danube Canal, and you can see the Prater park attractions lit up at night, which makes the view very beautiful. To take a shower, you have to hold the showerhead. There is nowhere to hang it.

• yvonne (7/5): - The location is wonderful, very close to shops and restaurants, and close to main attractions and public transport. The appartment is spacious and has a nice small balcony. There is an elevator. The appartment does not have a dishwasher, which is not a problem as long as previous guests have washed the dishes well, which was not the case when we arrived. Also there was a drying rack in one of the bedrooms with laundry drying from previous guests, which was not very nice. The door to the toilet is stuck, which makes quite some noise at night.

• Faisal Khan (10/5): - Location is perfect!:)... The drapes and curtains in all rooms do not block the light during the daytime. Hence, in the morning, the rooms are really bright!:)... they are fine otherwise, not broken or anything.

• Tuğçe (1/5): Dissapointing staying experience in Vienna - The location was simply excellent. It was very close to the U-Bahn line. We had no transportation problems. If you want to have stay with an insect community, this house is great for you! Because you will be able to see all kinds of insects (dead and alive) in different parts of the house. The towels were wet when we got in the house. The colour was grey, the smell was very bad and even this dark colour could not close the stains of before users. When we told these problems, there was nobody to get responsibility. We had to talk with a whatsupp number who said that they like stinky towels! In the kitchen all equipments were old and not clean. Please don’t waste your money for this apartment! There should be much better options in the city.

• Santa (9/5): Big and clean apartment in a very good location - Location in the city center and next to public transport. Nice view from the window. Friendly host. Rooms were very clean, and we had a great and comfortable stay. Everything was a bit old, but already expected this from the pictures. Noise from the nearby street when sleeping with windows open, but we were always so tired that slept like dead anyway.

One of the bedrooms did not have storage space or curtains at the window. In the other bedroom we were surprised to share it with drying washing (bedding and towels) which we felt was inappropriate.

• Lejda (10/5): Amazing experience, everything was perfect. - The location was perfect. The apartment has a fantastic view of the danube and was close to stefan plaza and metro station. The apartment was well equiped. There was nothing that we dont like about the property just the fact that one the window of the staying room was not functioning but this does not interfere with our experience in this appartment.

It was very noisy at night due to the sirens. It would be nice to have one more drying rack for the clothes as the one that was there was being used for towels from the previous stay. Tub should have a shower and shower curtain. It only has a hand shower.

• Denise (8/5): Great location, cozy apartment - The location of the apartment is very central and lots of sights can easily be reached on foot. All listed amenities were available. It is also fairly quiet in the house and the provided bedding is warm and comfortable. The elevator is very small, the floors in the apartment are squeaky (waking everyone up at night if you need to use the restroom). Only one key provided (we were a group of 5 people and it took some extra coordination and pre planning).

• Mahmood (10/5): Excellent location, comfortable living - Excellent location, comfortable living, beds and blankets adequate. The location was great, we took the cruise just across the road, underground is also close by. The best thing was main shopping street just a few minutes away. Upgrade of towels, linen and blankets to be considered. Floor was also noisy, because it is too old.

Underground service was just around the corner making it easy to get around. Apartment was spacious enough for family not to feel crowded in downtime. Apartment was a bit dated with creaky tiny lifts. Fridge had no handle & kettle leaked.

We walked and saw amazing buildings, churches, amazing architecture. Great restaurants and the most renowned Wiener schnitzel was absolutely fantastic! we liked everything

• Brendan (10/5): Excellent location for a quiet, comfortable stay. - Very comfortable and clean apartment, within walking distance from the Stephansdom area. The Schwedenplatz U-Bahn is only a short stroll from the apartment, so public transport is very easily accessible. Despite the city centre location, the apartment was on a quiet street and there was no noise disrupting our stay. Also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. The check-in instructions provided by the host were very simple and straightforward. Can't fault this stay at all. N/a
