• Paul (7/5): Over rated - The property was in a quite location and was only minutes to good rail and tram services. The room had a Comfortable Bed and a good kitchen for preparing meals. The bathroom had a full height glass door which was very difficult to open and became any annoyance after a couplr of days. Also the apartment room access is through two doors on the first floor and you are required to unlock and then lock both doors and this could pose a safety risk in the event of an emergency in the apartment. Also we only received one set of keys so if you go out individually as the doors are only key operated the other person is either left in an unsecured room or dead bolted in the room. Please note this was not a 9 + rated room.

No working lifts, and havent been for a long time. dark n dirty hallway and stairs. Main doors left open making it unsecure. Apartment needs decorating and bringing up to standard. A microwave would be nice.

• Iurie (10/5): We enjoined our stay - We booked this property for our three days trip in the city. For this short stay, the location was perfect. The host was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
• Dimitar (10/5): Great place for a vienna city centre sightseeing - Great location, comfortable and clean apartment, ideal for couples. The only thing that need this apartment is a normal ac. The cooler that they have has a pipe that goes out when the window is open, so that way you hear all the noise from the outside.
• Namsap (9/5): Central location. Clean and Spacious. No Air Conditioning! - Great location, spacious, clean, really have everything we need for our 3 nights stay. Lots of storage space. So easy to access everywhere. Tons of great resto around! We’re here in summer and having the fans aren’t enough to combat the heat. We ended up having to open windows at night which basically bring in the noise and the light for our sleep.

• Franziska (9/5): Superb - I really liked how quiet it was. It was a lovely neighbourhood with good restaurants and great cafés for breakfast. The bed was really comfortable. The whole apartment was clean and chic. I would consider staying here again. The coffee table had a broken leg and kept falling over. Also it was really difficult to close and open the curtains. Based on the markings on the ceiling and walls it looked like others struggled as well. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved as well.

• Gordon (10/5): Excellent location, ideal for a couple looking to explore Vienna - Lovely little studio apartment with room divided with glass wall, location was excellent, apartment had everything you would need for a short stay, Internet speed was a little slow at times, Netflix didn't work on TV even after we logged into our own account, but that was very minor and didn't take away from apartment.

The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The bathroom’s door was not closing fully and the towels were smelling like they were left in the washing machine.
• Christopher (9/5): Well equipped, well located apartment - Excellent location, well equipped, very good kitchen facilities eg full stove and hob, dishwasher, washing machine. Very clean and modern. Also nice to have a few provisions in the kitchen eg pepper & salt, cooking oil, spices which was thoughtful. There was both a shower and bath in the bathroom, which was good. Lots of natural light with an interesting outlook. Close to an underground station that was a short distance to the inner city. A manual for operating the washing machine and dishwasher would have been helpful. The internet seemed a bit weak at times especially trying to use Netflix.

• סימקין (10/5): Exceptional - the location was very good for us to travel to Vienna's attractions and transportation methods. The bed was very comfortable. the bath always had hot water. Closet was spacious and helped us organize our stuff nicely. Overall, it was a very nice and cozy well equipped apartment. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. the glass doors were a little bit hard to move, the dishwasher doesn't close properly to start. the sound proofing from outside was good but not so much from the other apartment next to us.

• David (10/5): A beautiful apartment to rest up on your travels - The cost apartment had everything you needed, laundry machine was a bonus. The apartment was nice and toasty warm, with nice views onto the street. Slept well in the bed. The location is good, only a small walk to one of the train stations, and then you can get anywhere you want. The only thing that could of worked was the Netflix (just wanted to chill out one night), apparently the internet isn't supported at the apartment for Netflix, oh well. Enjoyed everything else.

• Daniel (9/5): This quiet and elegant apartment was a fantastic find for my vacation getaway! - This apartment is spacious, modern, and has everything you need for your stay in Vienna. The apartment was close to the train station, bus station, and mall and is a short walk from most of the attractions that you would want to see in the city. Bana was very responsive to my questions and accessing everything from the WI-FI to the washing machine was a breeze. I strongly recommend the nearby coffee shops and restaurants that were great finds on their own! There wasn't much not to like! There were only two small things, which was the air conditioning and the address link provided on the reservation site. The air conditioning is a temporary set up that cooled everything down, but when the rain came in there was significant water that entered the apartment from the window that needed to be cleaned up regularly. The address link that is provided, when it is put into Google Maps, takes you to the wrong location that is about a 15 minute walk from the actual apartment. Both of these things can be easily fixed for future guests.
