Premium brand washing machine, drying machine, smart light switchers etc. good to have underground parking , especially in winter. I recommend owner to leave some manuals and instructions for gudgets :) I didn’t realise how to use part of hob, too modern and technological )

Δυνατότητα χώρου στάθμευσης με προσιτή τιμή, ωραία θέα, πολύ καλες παροχές, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση απο τον οικοδεσπότη σε ερωτήματα μας. Θα μπορούσε το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο να έχει κανονικό κρεβάτι και όχι καναπέ.

• Franz (10/5): Tolle Stadtwohnung mit Balkon - Super Lage, tolle Küche, Nespressomaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner...alles da. Schöne Regendusche, aber in der hohen Badewanne, Vorsicht! Kein Besen. WLAN und TV haben wir nicht zum Laufen gebracht.
• Liliya Çekilmez (10/5): - Herşey mükemmeldi. Ev lüks bir semtte yer alıyor ve tam anlamıyla güzel bir ev. Kendi evinizdeki gibi herşey ne lazımsa var. Çok temiz ve rahat. 2 yetişkin ve 12 yaşında çocuk olarak kaldık. 2 farklı oda. Yataklar ortopedik ve konforlu. Ev tüm tarihi yerlerin yürüme mesafesinde. En uzunu 2 kmdeydi. 3 gün kaldık. Her yere yürüyerek ulaştık. Vienna sanat tarihi müzesi ve vienna doğa tarihi müzelerine gittik. Size tavsiyemiz her büyük müzeyi bir günde yapın. Çünkü bir müzede en az 3-4 saat geçiriyorsunuz. Biz fazla zamanımız olmadığı için doğal olarak fazlasını göremedik. ( ama tekrar geleceğiz☺️🫶) Onun yanında şehri gezdik ve değişik kiliseleri gördük. İtalya'ya daha önce gittiyseniz bilin ki Vienna sizi çok şaşırtacak. İtalya bugüne kadar gördüğümüz en güzeli diye düşünüyorken Vienna ' ya tam anlamıyla aşık olduk. Müze girişlerin fiyatları son kuruşuna kadar hak ediyor. Herşey tam anlamıyla bir masal gibiydi. Teşekkürler 🫰🇦🇹🧿

• grace (10/5): Comfortable & central - The apartment was in such a safe yet central area, it had a lovely big balcony, big bathroom, fully furnished kitchen and fit four of us comfortably, honestly couldn’t ask for more. Host was also very helpful and met us on arrival, quick and effective communication.

Tram D stopt vrijwel voor de deur en biedt toegang tot alle verbindingen in korte tijd. Comfortabel en veilig appartement in veilige omgeving. Veilige parkeergarage (tegen betaling), goede wasmachine en droger. Keukenuitrusting is beperkt als je echt wilt gaan koken.

• Diane (10/5): Beautiful spacious apartment - The modern apartment was beautiful, spacious and a very well stocked kitchen. The washing machine was a plus. Big spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean. The location was a little bit far from the city center. It would have been nice to have more of a living room space and the closet space in the master bedroom could use more drawers, shelves, etc.

• Emmelie (7/5): Vi reste denna gången med vår hund och läget var inte bra för honom. Parkeringsdelen gjorde också att vi fick en lite då - Väldigt centralt och i ett mycket bra område. Jättetrevlig lägenhet med balkong, tvättmöjligheter och kändes i allmänhet väldigt säkert. Vi fick otydlig information om tillgänglig parkering. Vi kör en hög van och får inte plats i normala parkeringshus. Kommer man till ett nytt ställe förväntar man sig att de som hyr ut kan rekommendera alternativ eller bara säga att de inte vet så får man undersöka själv. Vi blev rekommenderade ett garage som inte alls passade vilket blev mycket struligt när vi kom på kvällen. Hade heller inte koll på parkeringen utanför huset utan vi frågade en granne. Möttes inte av någon vid ankomst och det fanns ingen information i lägenheten om hur saker och ting fungerade.

• Desislava (10/5): Top flat in Vienna - The flat is very spacious with build-in furniture, dryer, washing machine, dish washer and everything that you need. It is situated near 2 metro stations, in a new building on the 6th floor, with a lift. It is warm and cozy. There is No ventilation in the flat. The towels were hard, without a softener. I bought 1.

The restaurant down the road was good too, friendly staff. The second bed wasn't that comfortable, a proper bed would be a nice upgrade. • Astra2015 (10/5): Great apartment right in the Vienna center! - This is a VERY nice apartment in the VERY center of Vienna. Very close to everything in the city, walkable distance to all major tourist attractions. This is not a hotel, it is a regular apartment in the apartment building, but this way it is even better since you have a sense of living like a local. Don't expect room service, breakfast or anything like that. Again, this is not a hotel (and that is a plus, actually). The apartment is quite big, nicely furnished, it has everything you might need. It's very quite too. There are not so much around the building, you have to walk to everything, however this is the very center of Vienna so you won't be walking much. I walked from Vienna Central (Wien hbf), it took me about 20 minutes, totaly doable, even with a trunk (no hills whatsoever). It takes a bit less to Wien Mitte station, both of them have direct trains to the airport. The host responded quickly and answered all questions, no problems there at all. A person waited for me in front of the building to hand me a key when I arrived. The basic toileterries would be nice actually. They only have towels, but no shampoo or tooth paste. If they had even the basic ones, it would have been nice to have. Otherwise, it's a totally perfect accomodation to spend some time in Vienna.

The rooms, living, kitchen, bathroom and toilet were all very clean. Bedding super comfy, facilities all in good working order. Nice neighbourhood, pleasant experience overall. A few coffee pods for the mornings or late evenings would have been great. Some floor cleaning gadgets would be good too, to mop up crumbs etc. Otherwise, all good.

• Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - Good location Apartment was ok, as on pictures. However, the furnishing and amenities were very minimal. The communication throughout was unfortunately not very pleasant. Not flexible when it comes to timings and we were almost chased out of the apartment before the actual check out time due to a wrong booking on owners side. For the price you are paying we would have expected a more friendly, flexible and professional communication. For this reason we would not stay there again.

• Dm (10/5): Exceptional - When we arrived, the apartment was very clean. The furniture is modern. There is a smart TV with YouTube. I strongly recommend this apartment. It's perfect if you have kids. The apartment location is perfect with many restaurants and a small market in the area. It's an 8-minute walk from the CAT station. The room with the trash cans is on the entrance floor, and you need the keys to open the door. I liked everything, but I just recommend a small vacuum or broom and a shovel for house cleaning.

• Nicole (8/5): beautiful apartment. .. very comfortable. - modern clean new apartment with upmarket appliances and lovely space. .. under building car park. the check in was a little tricky - we waited 25 min outside when the owner was onsite due to only phone for communication which wasn’t being answered. no doorbell option or lockbox. but this wasn’t a huge deal. only shade blinds outside which could be interesting in summer. no curtains or privacy blinds.
