• Hakan (1/5): Pis bir evdi - Konumu iyiydi Çok pisti. Sadece çarşafları değiştirip yeni müşteriye vermişler gibi görünüyor. İnternet yavaştı (2-15mbt arasında). 4 kişi için 2 oda var fakat 2. Odada klima yok. Sadece yatak ve etrafında 1 kişi için yürüyebileceğiniz kadar boşluk olan çok küçük bir odadan bahsediyorum. Odanın da duvarları, perdesi, içeride bulanan dolabın için hepsiok kirliydi. Mutfak alanında ve diğer büyük odada klima var fakat asla ortam sıcaklığını 20-21 derece altına indiremiyorsunuz. Kumandadan tüm mod ayarlarını kontrol etmemize rağmen evde klimayı kullanamadık. Mutfak ve banyo gibi ortak alanlardaki temas yüzeyleri çok kirliydi. Banya duşu küçücüktü. Duşun içindeki duvarda, duşun kapısındaki yapışmayan mıknatıslarında küf vardı. Duş kapı altlarında kirler net görünüyordu. Ev gibi değil sadece yatak olarak kullandık. Ödenen paranın karşılığı sadece konum değildir. Bu kadar pis bir yer için çok yüksek ücret. Gelip birşeyleri düzeltmek istediler fakat ne onların temizlemrdi bekleyecek kadar vaktimiz vardı ne de onlara güvenecek bir durumumuz. Bu sebeple sadece yatıp kalktık ve çıktık. Sadece 4 fotoğraf ekleyebiliyorum. Daha fazlasını Whatsapp’tan da ilettim. Tekrar gelmem, gelen olursa da mutlaka temizlik kontrolünü önden fotoğrafla teyit etmesini tavsiye ederim.
• Zia Phoenix (8/5): Great Location Pretty Apartment - Really lovely apartment, great location. I appreciated the coffee maker, close to the lovely theatre supermarket and lots of great restaurants. Good communication, sent all the necessary paperwork for staying in Venice! The location on Google maps doesn't match the actual location so it's quite difficult to find, even with the joining instructions (we were coming from the other direction so still struggled to find it. The check in and out times are very restrictive and means you don't get great value as you have to check in late and leave early. It is quite loud so pack earplugs!

Hot water in shower was not consistent, shower head should be replaced. AC was only moderately useful. Would have been nice to have a little instant coffee/tea available.

• Maria (8/5): Ok overall - Nice, clean, spacious, in a less crowded neighborhood, with everything you need really close (restaurants, shops, boats, really close to the buss that brings you from the airport) Not very clear instructions, it took us like 10 minutes to figure out what gate, what floor, what button, etc i must admit i never tried calling them. Maybe they would have helped us finding the place faster It was a bit cold one night and i wanted to turn the ac on to heat the room a bit since i traveled with my kidd but none of the 2 air conditioning are working. Also, the temperature of the heating system is blocked. Really small shower cabin even though the bathroom is nice and spacious.

Non il massimo della pulizia. In rapporto a quanto pagato mobili Ikea usurati, materasso inconsistente, biancheria di scarsa qualità.

• Jan (5/5): Die Wohnung braucht ein Facelifting und Reperaturen. - Problemloses einchecken. Gute ruhige Lage, lebendiges Viertel, gute Gastronomie. Matratzen sehr durchgelegen und Sofa durchgesessen. Tischbein hing nur noch an einer Schraube fest. Kühlschrankblende ebenfalls lose. Möbel insgesamt an vielen Stellen abgestoßen.

• Salman (7/5): Good Apartment, great location - Location: very good, close to busy street, with lots of restaurants, bakeries and grocery shops. Nice food with shops open till late. All major attractions such as Doge’s palace and St Marks Basilica about 25 minutes walk. Almost everything was with in a walking distance. Apartment itself was good, all amenities available (Although we could not get the dishwasher work despite using different settings). Although apartment looked a bit different than the pictures, it was still a nice apartment within the centre of Venice. Negatives: Address that was sent to me was wrong!! Address for google maps“ Calle de I Ogio N 1334 30123 VENEZIA”.. This is a wrong address and they should change it immediately (I have shared a picture). My flight got delayed and at 12:30 in the night me and my family were wandering in pitch darkness trying to find this address. Some locals helped us and guided us to the right address. Write in google maps " Cannaregio 1334 Venezia" and it will take you to the right address. Secondly, a few things in apartment need changing such as head end frame of bed and lamps, which I did mention to them.
• ΠΕΡΣΕΦΟΝΗ (8/5): - Κλινοσκεπασματα, άνεση κρεβατι, χώροι Κουζινα κακή συντήρηση, δεν έχει ανοιχτήρι για κρασί, δεν είχε πουηρια για κρασί...μπάνιο δεν είχε θηκη χαρτιού υγείας, ελάχιστος χώρος στο νοογηρα για καλλυντικά. Δεν έχει λοσωμο καθρευτης και να κρεμάσεις ρούχα στην είσοδο

• Silvia (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole per passare qualche giornata a Venezia, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sopratutto una posizione ott - La posizione è perfetta, centrale e vicinissima alla stazione. L’appartamento è accogliente, ci siamo trovate benissimo. Materassi non comodissimi, l’assenza di uno specchio nella camera da letto. Il bagno potrebbe essere sistemato meglio, magari con un mobile dove poter poggiare le proprie cose. Inoltre, avevo già letto che lo scarico del wc é rotto ed è ancora così (funziona a metà).

• Andrea (8/5): Mitten drin und trotzdem ruhig :-) - Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Quartiers waren sehr gut. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem leise. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war sehr praktisch, da leicht erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte ausschließlich per WhatsApp und hat gut funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir nur im Appartement gefrühstückt haben, war die Küchen Ausstattung für 2 Personen ausreichend. Ein paar kleine Schüsseln für Müsli oder eine große für Salat, haben gefehlt..

• Branislav (5/5): nie zlý apartmán na výbornom mieste - pozor ale na vybavenie - nefungovalo kúrenie a ohrev vody - lokalita super technické problémy s kúrením a ohrevom teplej vody, prvý deň a noc strávený v nevykúrenom byte. nechcete počas víkendu v Benátkach jeden deň a 1,5 hod po telefóne riešiť technické problémy s nefunkčným kúrením a ohrevom teplej vody. všetko som s prenajímateľom riešil iba telefonicky, čudný prístup na tak vyspelú krajinu - menej zdatný cestovateľ by zostal v zime a sprcha v studenej vode. po sfunkčnení systému sme odišli na výlet - po návrate som našiel vytopenú kuchyňu, takže sme ešte hodinu upratovali - horor!

• Meighan (10/5): Cosy, clean and confortable - Compact and cosy, beautiful wooden ceilings, extremely comfy bed, much quieter area than St Marks, lovely fruit market on the street outside Heating was turned on, it was too hot, we weren't allowed to adjust it ourselves. Had to leave windows open and mosquitoes came in!! Please allow guests to adjust the heat themselves :)

• Gallina (10/5): wonderful - Great apartment! Bedroom with a large bed and 1 single, living room with a sofa. The beds are very comfortable, there are air conditioners in the rooms, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, it is clean. The location is very good, there are many restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias, vaporetto stops nearby. I recommend! There were no coffee capsules for the coffee machine and no corkscrew.

• Kemp (8/5): Fantastic - Really great apartment located really well, around a 10-15 min walk from the train station and 20 min walk to st marks square. There’s lots of restaurants which surround the area so you have lots of choice as well as being a 5 min walk to the grocery store. N/A
• Casandra (6/5): - The space was large, nice modern appliances and clean bed. Great location! Instructions to get into the hotel were so unclear. Listed key collection address (10 minutes away from hotel) which was unnecessary as everything is number entry. Instructions to get into gates were incorrect and unclear and upon ringing the help number, the lady placed blame on us and was unhelpful. Also asked for fans through the stay as the master bedroom aircon blew hot air and they never followed up with us. A bit hot to sleep in without aircon - quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, a lovely safe apartment to stay in. P.s. they will doorknock at 10am to kick you out. Also fyi no kettle.

Non ci tornerei. - Ho scelto questa casa proprio per la posizione centrale La casa è dotata di due condizionatori che non funzionano e questo è gravissimo. Il wifi nemmeno funziona, non c'è collegamento. Una poltroncina in camera da letto è sfondata. Il rubinetto del lavandino fa schizzare l'acqua da tutte le parti, basterebbe cambiare il filtro. Peccato, perchè la casa è bella e funzionale, oltre che in ottima posizione.
• Marisa (7/5): - Está bien ubicado. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y nos lo arreglaron muy rápido. Faltaban pequeños detalles en el apartamento. El resto ok, bien ubicado, a 12 minutos caminando de Piazzale Roma. Cerca paradas vaporetto, cerca puente Rialto. Se va perfectamente caminando al centro .

• PALOMA (7/5): Está bien - La ubicación, cerca de la estación y en una calle céntrica. Hay un supermercado muy cerca y restaurantes y bares. La independencia de tener un apartamento a la hora de tener un salón con Tv, cocina, disponer de lavadora etc. Dispone de aire acondicionado, muy importante en los meses de verano. Es cómodo, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. El piso es espacioso y la decoración sencilla, algo descuidada. Estaría bien un cambio /renovacion de muebles. Funciona sin llaves, todo con códigos. No hay ascensor, la ducha es pequeña. Hemos echado en falta algunos detalles como cápsulas de café y té, algún detalle de bienvenida como puede ser algo para el desayuno o refresco y snack. Pagas por la limpieza pero te piden que dejes todo fregado y que tires la basura. Estaría bien que hubiera un carro de compra para ir al supermercado. Por lo demás bien. No hemos visto a nadie del alojamiento, solo se comunican por mensajes lo que está bien pero si tienes un problema o duda... Ah, no hay lugar para guardar las maletas ni antes ni después e irte. Debería contar con algún espacio para ello. Tampoco hay espejos!!!!! Solo el del baño. Mal asunto

• Amy (8/5): Really great and affordable stay for 4 people. Definitely recommend staying here - Very comfortable for 4 people staying. Plenty of room. In a great location that wasn’t overly busy like other parts. The aircon in the main bedroom didn’t work too well and the shower was small.
• Vincent (8/5): Un lieu adéquat loin de la foule, reposant et pratique. - Nous sommes restés 4 nuits et ce fut un séjour très agréable et facile. L'accès est facile et bien expliqué grâce aux messages et documents. "Wonderful Italy" s'assure par message du bon déroulement du séjour (communication efficace) Les digicodes permettent de ne pas devoir utiliser de clés. Le lieu est très bien situé - proche de la gare de Venezia Santa Lucia dans un carte animé mais calme la nuit. Le lieu permet d'accéder à pied ou en transports facilement vers les centres d'intérêt de Venise. Le lieu est confortable et spacieux (climatisation, cuisine opérationnelle, petit balcon). Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Il est tout à fait facile de cuisiner. Il serait bien de prévoir les produits de base pour cuisiner (poivre-sel-épices de base et huile d'olive) et pour le nettoyage de la cuisine (éponges). Prévoir du liquide pour la machine à laver. Détartrage nécessaire de la machine Nespresso.

• Maria Del Carmen (8/5): Venezia - Está cerca de todo, bien situado. Las x cf camas cómodas. Deberían cambiar la dirección de Google que nos mandan antes de llegar. Porque al estar escrito con una L solamente nos llevo a otro sitio , en la parte opuesta de la isla. Puente arriba y puente abajo con las maletas a cuesta, con niños cansados y un calor tremendo. Cuando era realmente cerca desde la estación del tren. Y las indicaciones de las fotos son para cuando llegas por avión.

• Femke (7/5): - De accommodatie was zeer goed gelegen! We konden de voordeur niet zelf op slot doen wat dat we wel zeer onaangenaam vonden. De deur kon met een code gewoon worden opengedaan waardoor iedereen met de code eigenlijk gewoon zou binnen kunnen. Verder werkte de airco’s ook niet goed.
• Prageeth (8/5): - The location was in the heart of Venice. Everything was in walking distance. very easy to reach everywhere. The lack of air conditioning facilities in the heat. The aircon broke down at night.

• Phillipa (10/5): This apartment was ideal for our family city break alllwoung is comfort and security for visitors city - This apartment was about a 5min walk to the station so convenient location although a long way from all the sites but we were prepared to walk so that was fine. We stayed in apartment no: 2 and although faced onto a main area, it was a very quiet. The A/C worked well and really good sized bathroom. It is very modern with good communal space and we felt safe staying here. There are other apartments in the building but cannot comment on these so not sure if all mirror each other The only negative I could find that there wasn’t a kettle! I thought this was odd bearing in mind there’s an iron and washing machine which I would never use on a short city break but definitely missed a kettle. Also, I had no intention of cooking but a very basic equipped kitchen
• Elena (3/5): - Location Outside aircondition unit is inside of the apartment and it is very noisy. Mattresses are very used and uncomfortable. A lot of stairs for the apartment
• Susana (9/5): - La ubicación excelente. Pero al poner la dirección en el googlemaps nos dirigió mal. Hay que ingresar cannaregio 1334 y se llega bien No utilice el lavavajillas y no había un elemento para desar los platos manualmente.

• Vaiva (8/5): Nice place to stay - Very spacious, has two bedrooms and a common space to hang out, air conditioning in the kitchen was very refreshing, good location. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, there was no kettle or coffee machine. Also, toilet door would not close properly.

• Lucia Andrea (5/5): Buena ubicación pero colchones horribles - La ubicación Las camas eran horribles. Los colchones se hundían y los 4 días que estuvimos alojadas tuvimos dolor de espalda. Nuestro apartamento era el 5 con una habitación con cama doble y cama individual. Ademas el apartamento es mucho más pequeño que lo que parece en las fotos. No hemos podido dormir así que no repetiría. Lo comentamos con el alojamiento pero no nos ofreció solución ni otra opción de alojamiento.
