• Vanessa (4/5): - Que está dentro de Venecia Esta sucio; lavavajillas con trastes sucios, horno de microondas sucio, sofacama con ropa interior olvidada. Cobran por check in tarde, entiendo que cobren pero si el lugar estaba sucio pagar extra se siente como injusto (no tienen la mínima limpieza para poder exigir más dinero)
• Emmanuele (7/5): Location très intéressante après avoir résolu deux sujets - La localisation du logement près du vaporetto et près de la gare Logement grand ( pour deux personnes) et bien meublé Présence d’un jardin mais dont l’aspect pourrait être amélioré Deux points La récupération des clés a été compliquée car nous n’étions pas attendus par une personne. Une boîte à clés serait judicieuse Le chauffe eau est défaillant ainsi que le robinet de la douche. La température de l’eau variant de très froid a très chaud, ce problème était connu de la conciergerie puisqu’un technicien était venu le matin même en vain…

• Edyta (10/5): - In der Dusche Wasser Druck sehr schwach, Wassertemperatur oder heiß, oder kalt, keine Regelung. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, aber es war zu ertragen, alles andere war super.

• Cristina (9/5): Quiet place - The place is very quiet, one can sleep well in the big bed because it's soft. The bathroom is big enough and the shower is small but very functional. There are a lot of mirrors in the house! It's rare to find a garden in Venice and even if sometimes there are mosquitos we spend time there, just to relax. Big kitchen with a lot of tools. The third bed was hard, not very comfortable.
• Abdulmajeed (7/5): Good - I liked the host, she was very helpful and always communicating with me. She gave me multiple recommendations for attractions and key areas to visit. The place did not feel clean. The sheets smelled clean but looked dirty. Maybe they are just old but washed sheets.

• Peykov (4/5): It's ok just to sleep there for 1-2 nights but overall needs to be more well-maintained. - The bathroom was clean. It is a short distance from the bus station. There is a nice promenade nearby. There were mosquito repellents. If this is your price range you can find something similar in a better location. First I start with the attitude of our host and our accommodation. When making arrangements to hand over the keys to the apartment, it matters what time we check in in the evening. We had a problem with the flight, but we still arrived on time (around 9:30 pm) when she said it would take her about 40 min to get to the place. In the end, we paid the dearest cent because she showed up after 10 pm. The problem was that she blamed us directly that it was our fault, which is not a good customer approach. Second, there were ants in the place - starting in the hall and continuing into the living room. There was also some plastic waste that was not cleaned up. Third - there was a strong musty, stale smell in the apartment which could not be dissipated throughout our stay.
• Mette (7/5): Good - Extremely close to the vaparetto and easy to find in walking distance from Piazzale Roma. You can walk to the center of Venice in about 30 minutes. The place could use a thorough cleaning. There were mold in the bathroom and a lot of dust in chunks on the carpets. Also a lot of mosquitoes, but thats just the location and not the places "fault".
