• MARIA ELISA (10/5): - El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Muy espacioso y cómodo para cuatro personas. Estaba completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad. El barrio es hermoso y muy tranquilo, cerca de la parada del bus acuático que sale del aeropuerto. Tiene muchas escaleras, para nosotros no fue un problema, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. Recomendado sin dudas.

Large kitchen, upstairs toilet very handy at night. A little tricky sleeping upstairs as we are tall and needed to duck heads. Typical for Venice, 3 levels of stairs with bags.

• Alexey (9/5): - Great location. Charming flat. Smooth communication with the host (a small problem that we generated was quickly resolved). The sofa in the living room is not suitable for longer stays. I suspect it smells of cigarettes, too.

• Maria (10/5): A charming and well-located apartment full of historic character - We had a wonderful stay at Gloria’s apartment in Venice. The location is excellent walkable to all parts of the city and the apartment itself is full of charm. The historic design is beautifully preserved, with stained glass doors, rose-patterned metalwork on the stairs, and antique items throughout that make it a truly unique and interesting space. At the same time, it offers modern comforts like air conditioning and a washing machine. We were a family of four and used the queen bed upstairs and the futon downstairs. Gloria’s communication was excellent very detailed, with lots of great recommendations for restaurants and water taxis. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including coffee, tea, salt, oil, and pepper. Venice is a beautiful city, and staying in Gloria’s place made it even more special.

It had a fantastic interior design and was spotlessly clean, including the bedding which was also exceptionally fresh and tidy. The location was perfect everything was within easy walking distance. The water bus stop was less than a 5minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get to the airport directly. She was a wonderful host who truly tried her best to meet every guest’s needs. I highly recommend this place as one of the best accommodations in Venice! Nothing

Gloria allowed us to store our luggage even we arrived some hours before check-in and so we could go and explore Venice without wasting time. Fondamente nove waterbus stop is just 3 min away.

There was plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. The stairs were a challenge at the end of a long day of walking but worth the stay in the apartment.

Very close to nice and not so full of tourists restaurants, close to vaporetto. very nice and discrete guest, very helpful when needed.

• Denis (7/5): Good to be out of the tourist areas - Good location but the apartment wasn’t easy to find the first time. Lots of charm but not very practical for a family The air con doesn’t work very well The shower didn’t stay hot for very long and the curtain was not very pleasant.

Spacious, clean, comfortable… with everything you need in the kitchen plus the basic food stuffs to help with cooking. Great communication too and a place to leave our bags. Travelled as family of 4. Missing it already. Highly recommended - we will be back! Absolutely nothing and I can usually find something! I rated it 10!
• Barbara (7/5): Lovely as it looks but needs a second AC - The decor. The location. Having a well-stocked kitchen. The uniqueness. Truly adorable. Loved all the knick knacks and music selection and having a dining room. We really loved the place. Wish it wasn't summer. It was too hot to sleep upstairs so we camped out in living room. Door code was incorrect and it made for a stressful entrance. Owner does not speak much English. Hot water in shower was finicky and only stayed hot when room heater radiator was on plus water pressure was low.

• James (9/5): This is a beautiful little piece of Venitian history that you can live in! IT - Beautiful place to stay. It feels like a little piece of historical Venice! Antiques all over and plenty of places to rest up and relax. We enjoyed the homey feel! The shower had some issues, but we contacted the host about repairing it.
• Vlad (10/5): Exceptional - I'm really excited by this apartment. We dropped our backpacks as soon as arrived to Venice and walked till deep night. But I was hanged for several hours with apartment exploring after returning. So many details... It's like museum. I'm recommending this apartment for every who wants dive in Venice and catch Venice mood! Can't find what I can write here.
• Paval (10/5): home away from home - It really felt like a home away from home, really charming&cosy. The property has great facilities and amazing location. The host was very friendly and willing to help, she made the communication efficient and the check in/out super easy even though we didn’t actually meet. P.S. Sipping prosecco (the host left for us in the fridge) & listening to good italian music to the CD player in the main room made the vacation feeling even more pleasant

• Afifah (8/5): Feel-like-home vacation - it has unique charm of Venice old houses. It’s located in a nice neighbourhood and nearby the taxi boat station - which I find it convenience. it feels like home with the refreshments provided and the hospitality I have to be conscious of the surroundings and using facilities since it’s residential house. Since it has washing machine, perhaps it can also build clothes line for the Airbnb. to provide fan is summer as the attic room in case aircond takes time to circulate the room and energy saver as well.
