• Clare (9/5): Spacious accommodations in a beautiful city! - This large apartment was great! Getting to the upstairs loft after a long day of sightseeing and walking was a bit of a challenge for an older gal, but that's a critique of my ability not the apartment. The owner met us weary travelers out in the nearest square, and if you know Venice at all, you'll know that walking down narrow alleys is definitely something you'll experience. It was nice for first-timers not to have to do that alone. She walked us up to the gate, showed us how everything worked, and later responded very promptly to a question about getting onto the wifi. I was impressed. Location was nice, but farther from the canal 'bus stop' than I thought. Still, totally worth it for a great place to stay.

• Waregra (10/5): This is a great choice for a stay in Venice. Make sure you have internet and google maps on your pho - Central location, room to move. Quite clean We had a little confusion for key pickup. We thought we had to go to the door shown in the photograph we were sent, and did not understand that someone would be waiting in the small square. So we rang the bell of the door in the photo and the people who answered new nothing out us. So a few tense moments until we met the women who came for us.

Location is great, in my favourite part of Venice. House is well equipped and hosts are responsive and nice. I plan to stay here next time I come to Venice.

• Eric (8/5): Special - The location was perfect, right in the heart of Venice. Communication was seamless and helpful recommendations on things to see. We were only visiting for a short time but would come back again.

• Chanequa (9/5): We would definitely book again - It’s quite a big apartment, it was a luxury having two toilets and all the facilities one could need were there. Also the location is PERFECT! The toilet upstairs kept running and if you shower there it will definitely get wet. Not a huge problem, more like a side note.
