• Michelle (10/5): Wonderful! - The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything. Good shower, comfy big bed, quiet at night. We didn’t switch the air con on, as it was lovely and cool in the apartment. -
• BEATRICE (9/5): - Les échanges avec la propriétaire à la suite de la réservation et pour se procurer les clés ont été très cordiaux. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Très bien situé pour visiter Venise à pied, prendre le vaporetto pour les îles et pour l'aéroport. Très bien équipé. La literie du lit est très correcte. Le canapé lit...est un canapé lit! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il manque peut-être une petite tablette pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.
• Christina (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer perfekten Stadt - Absolut perfekte Lage. Mega ruhig und sehr sauber. Man kann fußläufig alles erreichen. Wir konnten schon früher in die Unterkunft. Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Es könnten vielleicht mehr Kleiderbügel im Schrank sein :)
• Karin (10/5): - Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und alles wurde uns ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung selbst war in einem einwandfreien, sehr sauberen Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unschlagbare zentrale Lage – sowohl die Rialtobrücke als auch der Markusplatz sind in etwa 5 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besser kann man in Venedig kaum wohnen. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Ein Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wäre vielleicht noch ein kleiner Pluspunkt gewesen, soll den insgesamt hervorragenden Eindruck aber keinesfalls schmälern. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
• Christian (8/5): Gran ubicación - La ubicación es excelente y la comunicación con la dueña es muy fluida. La habitación que tiene es bastante grande pero un poco oscura, la ventana que da a la habitación no aporta luz ni mucha ventilación aunque es tal y como se muestra en las fotos por lo que tampoco fue nada decepcionante. Bajo mi punto de vista la única cosa que mejoraría que no se puede apreciar en las fotos es una mesa del comedor mas renovada y el baño tal vez una pequeña mejora.
• Anita (10/5): Brīnišķīgi! - Lieliska atrašanās vieta - dažu minūšu gājienā līdz Rialto tiltam un citiem apskates objektiem. Apartaments ir plašs, ar labu ventilāciju, vannas istaba ir tīra, ar labu dušas kabīni. Virtuvē ir viss nepieciešamais, lai varētu pagatavot ēdienu. Personāls bija atsaucīgs un draudzīgs. Vakaros apartamentā bija nedaudz vēsi, taču saimnieki bija sagādājuši papildus segas.
• Michael (9/5): We could definitely stay here again - The location was wonderful —near everything, but quiet at night. Spacious Only hassle was recycling-/would have been easier if host supplied separate containers for the items that need seperating
• anca (8/5): - Locatia este excelenta,poti merge pe jos la principalele atractii,foarte curat si suficient spatiu pentru doua persoane.Nu am fost conditionati de ore de check in sau plecare. Lipseste un cuier,iar la dus nu exista un suport pentru sapun,gel sau sampon(le tii pe jos).Si in multe alte locuri unde am stat gaseam aparate si pastile contra tantarilor,asa ca aici ne-au cam deranjat noaptea.

• Paolo58 D. (9/5): Venezia magica - Appartamento essenziale, ottima la pulizia e il wi-fi. Quartiere tranquillo e molto silenzioso. Forse sarebbe opportuno mettere le zanzariere alle finestre.
• Jan-Philipp (9/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Städtetrip! - Sehr schöne und komfortable Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr nett Empfangen, obwohl wir mit dem Wassertaxi deutlich länger gebraucht hatten, als ursprünglich angedacht. Also bei der Anreise lieber den Wasserbus vom Flughafen nehmen, dauert genauso lange, ist aber deutlich günstiger. Als Tipp, der Eingang zur Ferienwohnung liegt direkt gegenüber dem Haupteingang zur Libreia Acqua Alta.

• Alison (9/5): Lovely stay with the right balance of proximity to areas including main sights and boats to islands - Very good location as near enought to stroll to main areas but just far enough back to be peaceful and interesting side streets. The property had all rhe things you would need for a stay to include cooking simple meal. Nice view of small square out of window. Spacious living area. Appreciate the thought behind extra light in bathroom but the frosted glass door to bathroom was not a great choice we thought. Maybe just a glass line at the top for light and rest a solid door.

Do not miss out on this apartment! PS. Book store across the street! Patisserie just feet away. 3 fantastic restaurants in the piazza 1 block away. Walk to Saint Marco.

• Lopes2903 (9/5): Superb - Nice welcome from the host and excellent emplacement to visit San Marco area with good options of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment was also good and looked like as recently renewed. Once the apartment has 1 bedroom, the glass door spliting it from the living room should have curtains to give more privacy in a stay of 4 people.
