• Melissa (10/5): The host really was great - and the location cannot be beat. - Perfect location. Very responsive host. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were too thin.
• Mark Lumia (9/5): A beautiful well appointed modern apartment in central San Marco! - An absolutely beautiful 2BR/2BA apartment that is extremely well appointed and very up to date. Fantastic central location. You can arrive/depart with bags at the pier located at 2206, Calle del Traghetto without having to traverse any bridges. Like most Americans, AC is assumed. AC wasn't working during our visit due to energy efficiency rules. Perhaps the owner will provide some desk fans for the sleeping rooms to help when AC is not allowed. Bug screens are not generally available in Europe but a good idea for Venice to keep mosquitos away on days where leaving the windows open is an option. The AC issue is the only reason the score isn't a 10.
• Leslie (10/5): Just book it and be happy if the St. Mark’s area is where you want to be. - Perfect location. Great value for the money. Lots of beautiful and quality square footage for the price. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends and family. There is nothing I did not like about the property and my travel companions agreed. If you want to stay at an amazing property near St. Mark’s Square, there is literally no downside to booking here. There were four of us, and we were all equally impressed.
• Daniel (10/5): Great unit near San Marco. Good restaurants near - Location, cleanliness, size of the unit, liked toiletries. Really like the washer and dryer. Beds uncomfortably hard, need mattress pad, pillows too hard , maybe get some higher quality pillows. Bedroom fans would be nice for air movement. Window screens would be nice so you could open windows without bugs

• Melvin (8/5): Very nice place even with the negatives mentioned above I would still recommend - Location was Excellent, Excellent Wi-fi and ambiance Beds were too firm and pillows too flat which led to uncomfortably sleeping, sofa is is need of repair as well, as it was difficult to sit as cushion zippers were broken and would slide off, if not for this I would have given this place a 10.

Arredata con gusto, cucina attrezzata e vivibile 2 camere da letto spaziose e due bagni di cui uno con doccia emozionale e uno con idromassaggio..... sembrava do stare in una Spa! Accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. Poii la ciliegina sulla torta..... ci hanno fatto trovare il. Prosecco!!!! Grazie!!!! Torneremo!!!!! Nulla da segnalare!!!! Tutto perfetto!!!!!

• Brück (10/5): - Die Wohnung war einfach nur Top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war super, wenige Meter von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Es war etwas frisch in der Wohnung und die Heizung hat noch nicht funktioniert. Waren Anfang Oktober da.

• Anthe (9/5): Fantastic stay with sweet host Pietro - Location was close to St marks square and high end stores. Street felt safe and was an easy walk to Rialto area as well. 2 out of 4 air conditioners worked. Bedroom was struggling to stay cool. Also mattress was hard.

• Yann (8/5): Great location for sure and quiet but furniture’s not at standard - Location is great and very quiet. Spacious apartment and well secured. The sauna was good to use. Good material inside like the washing machines and others. Good blinds on the windows. Access to the small street and San marco square really easy. Really great location. Beds are not at the standard and in General furniture’s quite cheap. Bed do make noise at every movements and not really solid ones. Sofa not comfortable nor solid, no decoration, coffee machine Lavazza ok but quite difficult to find the right caps to use it, nice there were some left.

It sits on the second floor so there is a flight of stairs that must be climbed to get to the place. That can be a little tough, especially if traveling for a long time. But the home is worth it.

• Barry (10/5): - I highly recommend staying at this modern and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with air conditioning. The place was spotlessly clean and perfectly located for exploring and “getting lost” in the charming streets of Venice. The washer and dryer were a much-appreciated convenience during our stay. Audrey was incredibly responsive and an absolute pleasure to communicate with.
• Jennifer (7/5): Overall the property is stunning and great location and if you don’t mind to sleep in very hard mattress that you feel e - The property is beautiful, spacious and cleaned the only downside which is important for me is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep well so walking all day and not able to sleep well it really change the enjoyment of that beautiful place. The beds super uncomfortable.

• Susan (8/5): Great central location to Piazza San Marco - Great central location to all the main attractions. Apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything you required. Fabulous restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Easy correspondence with owner who responded very quickly. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and it could not be fixed during our stay. We had to leave the windows open at night and this attracted a lot of mosquito’s and unfortunately we received numerous bites.

Very updated and lovely, with plenty of space for a family of 5. Very clean and comfortable. Nice touch was a sauna. The only compliant is the pillows were very flat. The rest was perfect.

• James (10/5): Fantastic, a wow apartment, super clean, great design, amazing sauna, great location!! - The apartment was so well designed. Everything was thought out brilliantly. Easily one of the best apartments I've stayed in. Everything was spotless. All the surfaces and the bathroom were super clean. The sauna was an amazing addition. The location was perfect. The sofa bed was made up for us on arrival, too. We were met at the entrance door. There was great hospitality all around by a host who knows how to do it right! Couldn't have been more impressed. I'm giving the apartment a 10+. If I were to find anything, I would say the only thing to improve is the mattress. It was a little hard, but that might only be a matter of my preference. It's a fantastic apartment.

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful, Clean Apartment!! - The size of the place was perfect for 4 people. The location was convenient to everything. No more than a 7 minute walk to the best sites and attractions. Very clean and organized place. This place has a lot of great amenities including a sauna in the bedroom. The shower head is very clogged up and could use a good cleaning to open all the water holes. The ceiling leaks around the shower head as well which will eventually cause issues for the owner. Provide extra towels and a wash cloth for the shower. Make sure the cushions on the couch are zipped in. We didn't realize they zipped up and they keep sliding off the couch, which made it uncomfortable.

• Nava (7/5): It could have been Wow - Nice apartment fully renovated. Good location There are 5 a/c units in the apart. 4 can be controlled from the apartment, the one in the bedroom not. For 4 days I had to beg for help in order to have a/c. It stopped working in the middle of the night there was nothing I could do. All the others worked. No one to talk to, just messages thru booking a full day to get a reply. For 4 days!!!! Our stay could have been wow. The story with the ac really ruined it.

The staff was very helpful. The shower head in the one bathroom sprayed everywhere. It seemed like a few of the nozzles may need to be addressed. We did our best to make it work.

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect central location in Venice - The apartment was clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location center to all the attractions of Venice. We were 4 minutes from San Marco, 10 minutes from Rialto, and just a few 100 feet from La Fenice Theatre, and right in the heart of the luxury shopping district. An added bonus we could catch the gondola right outside the apartment and there was a wonderful coffee and pastry cafe just a few doors down from the apartment on the left. Check in was easy and Francesco was great giving us info on Venice and showing us how to operate everything. Another added bonus they had a washer and dryer in the unit. One thing I was very pleased with is the bathrooms, they are clean and well laid out and the shower was big and had great pressure, something we often lack when traveling in Europe. Nothing, the apartment was perfect!

Everything worked including the sauna, jacuzzi, and the washer/dryer. Great place to relax after a busy day in Venice. The property sent us detailed, helpful information before our arrival. Street door did not lock. While the apartment door locked, the street level door was unlocked. We didn’t have any problems, but it would have felt more secure if there was a working lock at street level.

• Li (9/5): overall great experience, love the location the rooms - The location is unbeatable! close to everything and within 5 minutes walk from the San Marco Square the closet door is broken and very little toiletries. It will be nice to provide guests some coffee as well

We met a host at an agreed, easy-to-find location and were given a thorough tour of the apartment. The whole family loved it! Every room was modern, well designed and well appointed. The apartment was clean and situated a short walk away from St Mark's Square. We loved our time there and wish we could have been there longer! NA

Plenty of room for a family of 5, with 2 big double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfy sofabed in the living room. Very helpful communications with owner & apartment manager. Would book again and would absolutely recommend. Jacuzzi didn't work, but not a big deal in August.

• Andrew (9/5): relaxing place to sleep and regain energy for a day around Venice - great furniture, large rooms and centrally located. very much appreciated the offered amenities in the kitchen and the plenty hotel soap, etc. located in a central area in the first floor unfortunately causes some noise coming from people talking on the street below or delivering goods early in the morning. But from the second night we kept the windows closed and didn’t hear any noise anymore. :-)
