• Hordiichuk (10/5): - 1. Прекрасная хозяйка. Встретила по адресу, рассказала как добраться. На месте все объяснила и показала. 2. В апартаментах было все что нужно для комфортного пребывания, а именно: столовые приборы и принадлежности для готовки. Даже соль, сахар, масло, все необходимые базовые моменты. Плита, посудомойка, духовка. 5+ 3. Достаточно разнообразной мебели. Захотел посмотреть ТВ? (Он кстати с возможностью Ютуб, нетфликс и поиском в интернете) Подвинул кресло, ещё один диван и смотришь в комфорте. 4. Душ, туалет полностью чистый, все работает. 5. Есть даже шкаф для вещей, что бы разгрузить свои вещи, а не оставлять их где то в комнате. 6. Понравилась опция разнообразного освещения в квартире, будь то яркий свет, или мягкий вечерний свет для посиделок. 7. Расположение 5+. Рядом есть остановка для водных автобусов, до центра пешком что то около 10-15 минут неспешным шагом. 8. Есть даже распечатанные листы, где указаны все службы Венеции, туристические места, магазины и прочее. Лично мне все понравилось, с удовольствием вернулся бы снова! П.с. В реальной жизни, квартира выглядит намного уютней чем на фото

• Cattivik73 (9/5): Ottima location per visitare Venezia e dintorni. - La posizione è defilata ma comoda per andare verso Murano e Burano. Anche muovendosi a piedi in 20 minuti si arriva a san Marco, Vicino all'host c'e' la coop ed è possibile fare la spesa. Molto carino nell'appartamento un angolino defilato con tavolino e finestra verso San Marco. L'arredamento dell'appartamento è molto curato con numerose luci che rendono l'atmosfera accogliente. La disposizione dei letti non permette di avere una vera privacy, è un openspace con una libreria che divide due parti della stanza, una zona letto, l'altra zona giorno o zona per altro letto matrimoniale a scomparsa.

• Nathalie (9/5): Empfehlenswert! - Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Ms. Chiara war sehr nett und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht plus sehr gute Lage, weg vom Trubel in der Nähe vom Wasser! Kaffee in der Unterkunft wäre schön gewesen. Wir haben einen mitgebracht, weil es eine Bialetti bzw. einen Nachbau gab (sollte auch wider mal gewechselt werden).

• REBECA (7/5): Bonito, cómodo, agradable - Lo que más nos gustó fue que todo estaba muy limpio, nuevo, camas cómodas, toallas planchadas, decoración muy chula. Estuvimos muy agusto en el apartamento. No nos gustó que no hubiera ni una sola botella de agua fría en el frigo, teniendo en cuenta que llegamos a las 21.30h y pagamos 50 euros por late check-in a la persona que vino a darnos las llaves. Apenas nos dio información práctica para movernos por la ciudad, aparte de dónde tirar la basura y del pago de la tasa turística. No había ni estropajo para fregar ni una sola pastilla para el lavavajillas.

• Adele (9/5): Comfortable Loft, quiet area - This is our second stay at the unique Coral Loft, and it was as expected. The location is excellent with easy walk to all main attractions, some nice resturants close by, and the Vaporetto to all areas including the airport, at our doorstep. Comfortable firm bed, fully functional kitchen, nice spacious living space, walk in robe to put suitcase and clothes out of the way, and quiet area at night. Beware if you struggle with stairs, as there are several flights to climb and no lift, this accommodation is not suitable for elderly or disabled people. The shower is not really working very well, it takes quite a few minutes for the hot water to come up and the overhead shower pressure is non existent, just a sparce dribble. Therefore, you must use the handheld shower head, which is small, awkward, & difficult to wash hair properly. We just pretended we were camping! There is no washing machine, and no initial tea or coffee offered, although previous guests do leave some items behind for others, so you may get lucky! There is a Coop supermarket nearby, though.

• Matthew (10/5): Amazing and comfortable apartment stay - Thank you for a brilliant stay at Coral Loft. The apartment was perfect for my stay in January and I enjoyed spending some down time here. It is beautifully furnished and homely, and has a lot of character being in the attic with views over the rooftops of Venice. It is also 3 mins walk from F'te Nove (vaporetto stop / Alilaguna water transport from airport), so very conveniently located. The apartment itself was spacious and open plan. I would love to stay again some day! There are a lot of doors and steps to get to the apartment (as it is on the top floor - not suitable for those with restricted mobility), Chiara sent really clear instructions and photos on WhatsApp of how to get in - grazie!

• Donatella (9/5): Cozy and beautiful and away from the touristy chaos - The flat, which is located at the top floor of a typical old Venetian building is cozy and beautifully furnished. It’s got everything for a few days in Venice. Located in Cannaregio just by Fondamenta Nove ferry stop, is away from the touristy chaos but still allow you to walk everywhere. Being at the top floor lots of stairs to do with luggage so perhaps not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. We had an issue with the hot water the first day but it was promptly solved.

There are a couple of excellent restaurants, just a few minutes away if you don't feel like going back to the centre. Wonderful view over the Venice roofs. Great use of space!

• Alina (10/5): Comfortable and warm flat with fancy design - Really comfortable and cozy apartment with special design and picturesque view on venetian roofs and towers. It was warm inside, all necessary stuff was in. Great location - 3 minutes walk to vaporetto station that brings you to almost any direction. I would stay there again!
• Joanne (9/5): Stylish spacious apartment, a very comfortable stay. - Very stylish spacious apartment, fitted with all mod cons as well as tasteful ornaments of Venice. Cleverly laid out, making it a very interesting place to spend time. Views of the water and the Venice roof tops were very much appreciated. Convenient location for airport boat transfers and nice peaceful location for getting to sleep at night but still close enough to the centre to walk to the main attractions. The bed for the third guest could have more appropriate bedding and have been made up. The cooker which was immaculate and looked like new needed basic instructions on how to use it.
• Elena (8/5): I think I would choose to stay at a hotel next time because the protocol was a bit messy and fluid. - It was very spacious and the bedroom was very light. The air conditioning worked really well. Ms Chiara was incredibly helpful. The bathroom water absolutely reeked after use. I vaguely recall this being a Venice thing but it was quite yuck. Also the room wasn’t ready to check in until 5pm and when we arrived the cleaner was still there. We were able to leave our luggage in the room in the meantime which was great, but what we arrived to was a grotty mess left by the last people who occupied it.
• Jessica (10/5): Fantastic base for exploring Venice - Stylish, well decorated apartment in a lovely quiet area of Venice. Well secured and had fabulous facilities. We really appreciated the small touches left in the loft. The apartment had a very good location, in walking distance to the main station and tourist areas but also in close proximity to smaller local restaurants. Easy, well explained check in via WhatsApp. Would highly recommend to anybody visiting Venice and will book again if returning! The loft, as described, has many stairs to the entrance. Not an issue for us but a fore warning to those considering!

• David (10/5): Stay here, the best apartment in Venice! - This property was one of the best we have ever stayed in. An excellent, quiet, central location, walking distance to all major sites & lovely resturants. The apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The host was great, with clear communication. The Fondement Nove Vaporetto stop was 1 laneway away, and was a major hub to easily reach Murano, Burano & the airport. We would stay again if we return to Venice. Nothing, although instead of a dishwasher, a washing machine would be more useful, but we really didn't mind anyway.

A short 5 min walk from the water taxi to the airport as well as the one to Murano and Burano. Easy walking distance from city Center. Very quiet area to stay! Would highly recommend and will book again on my next trip to Venice!
• Nigel (7/5): overall a beautiful apartment. - beautiful design - a lot of thought had clearly gone into it. comfortable sofa and bed. great location away from main tourist trail, and near boat stop. - lots of keys to get in and out - a lot of ‘clutter’ in and around the flat - leaflets, business cards, cupboards full of half eaten bags of food that previous customers have left. chargers etc left behind and tickets and receipts. although the flat was clean, this made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s house for a few days, rather than a managed apartment on holiday. - despite arranging early checkin, we had to drop our bags and make ourselves scarce for a while for the cleaner to finish. we were asked to go away for 30 minutes - 1 hour, after the checkin time arranged. not a great start to our trip!

Flat is in good location and has all necessary staff in bath and kitchen - even coffee 🥰 very cosy bad and pillows! We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to vaparetto station which is important when you go to the airport at 5.00am) It’s so great that we didn’t want to go for a walk in the morning 😂 we wanted to chill in the flat all the day 😂

• Kay (10/5): We felt very lucky to have chosen Coral Loft for our Venice trip and would come back in a heartbeat! - The apartment is in a very pretty part of Venice within easy walking distance of places to visit and lovely restaurants and close to Vaporetta stop. Also with beautiful views over Venice rooftops and close to wonderful views of San Michel island and Murano. We loved popping over to Murano to look back at sunset over Venice. Air con was also a blessing during a heatwave!!! Nothing, it was perfect.
