• Christina (8/5): A comfortable little home in Venice. - It was very clean and comfortable, safe and secure. It was quiet until the last night there was a baby crying upstairs. It was a good base for a few nights in Venice. The apartment was very dark, the windows all had shutters that weren’t easy to open or close. When there was a power cut on a rainy day, it was pitch black we couldn’t see anything for awhile. Also, we were instructed to put the rubbish out between 6-9am, 3 minutes walk in Venice is quite stressful when you have a train to catch. Even though we managed it fine, I wish I had read this info before our booking. The cookware isn’t compatible with the induction cooktop. It took ages to boil some eggs.
• Agnieszka (8/5): - Lokalizacja świetna, a wnętrze czyste i przestronne. Niestety wyposażenie i logistyka wymagają poprawy. Na trzy osoby przygotowano tylko dwa kubki. Dodatkowo system wyrzucania śmieci jest kłopotliwy – nie wszystkie frakcje można oddać jednego dnia, a codzienne wynoszenie odpadów przy braku odpowiednich instrukcji jest uciążliwe. Ok
• GRETA ORNELLA (9/5): Ponte 1 maggio 2026 - La posizione, il letto comodissimo, la doccia spaziosa, la pulizia. Casa dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Poco luminoso in quanto situato a piano terra e non prende mai il sole. Nei giorni del nostro soggiorno a inizio maggio la casa era un po' freddina.

• Laura (7/5): - Posizione ottima sia per gli spostamenti a piedi che con i vaporetti. La comunicazione con chi gestisce (non è il proprietario stesso, da quanto si capisce!). Connessione quasi assente ma applicazione nel fornire informazioni solo tramite invio email con specifiche vaghe e "ambigue"!.. infatti il soggiorno non è terminato nei modi migliori purtroppo.

• Ivan COrral (10/5): Excel·lent allotjament per una visita en familia a Venècia - Excel·lent ubicació al carrer més estret de Venècia ! :-) L'allotjament està impecable, instal·lacions noves, net, habitacions i llits molt còmodes.... competament RECOMANABLE!!
• Magdalena (9/5): Wspaniale położone i czyste mieszkanie. - Idealna lokalizacja - cicho i spokojnie a jednocześnie blisko wszędzie. W apartamencie bardzo czysto. Miłe patio. Rzeczywiście w apartamencie jest lekko ciemno, ale nie podaje tego jako zastrzeżenia bo to nie wina gospodarzy- tak jest po prostu położne to mieszkanie (na parterze a budynki są blisko siebie). Świetna komunikacja z właścicielem. Wszystko było ok. Nie mam zastrzeżeń:

• Fernando (10/5): Small but charming, beautiful place in Venice. - Recently renovated, charming location. It may be a bit hard to find, but nothing to complain really.
• Elena (9/5): Superb - We liked the apartment, and everything was there for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, and you can reach the landmarks and "bus stations" within 20 minutes—lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Pay attention to the instructions about garbage, city tax, and switches.
• Samantha (10/5): Perfect apartment, would stay again - Very clean. Exactly as the pictures suggested. Smelled nice and clean. Linen clean. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Good location. Nice bathroom. Lovely little courtyard. The only downside is that you can hear the neighbours above - it can be very noisy. The first 2 nights were very noisy and disturbed us a lot but the second couple of nights were much quieter with more considerate neighbours above.

• Haley (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice, clean, and spacious apartment located in the more quiet neighborhood of Cannaregio. It was about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. It’s also located in the narrowest street alley in Venice, which was a bucket list item. We enjoyed the private patio in front, the spacious bathroom and shower, and the extra two bunk beds (twin sized x2) located in a separate room (with its own door, light switch and clothing rack) right next to the main bedroom (queen sized). They do have a washing machine, refrigerator, and sinks. The host gave fantastic recommendations for local food (Osteria Alberto) was a must and very close to the B&B.

• Fiona (8/5): Perfect little apartment - Great little apartment with everything you might need for your stay . The quiet private courtyard away from the hustle and bustle was an added bonus . Spacious bathroom with a good powerful shower.
• Aneta (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very impresive. Located in the narrost stredt in Venkce. It is really close to all sights you can not miss when visiting Venice. The apartment is clean and also very quiet which is really appreciated.
• Rowena (7/5): Good - Located in a quieter area of Venice which suited us but still walking distance to say the Rialto Bridge in under 10 minutes. Very spacious for us as a family with two children, extra space always helps. Liked that we could check-in early (confirmed first with host) and could leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out. Has outdoor patio which we didn't really get to use as it was cold or wet during our stay. Well equipped with washing machine as well. We stayed mainly over a weekend and on Saturday night people upstairs returned home really late about 2am and we could hear them talking, walking around until they slept about 3ish (being a light sleeper I found it hard to sleep)... It took me a while to work out the heating..it refers to a set of instructions but I couldn't find them. Some stress with the garbage collection. We couldn't get all garbage collected on the Monday as only paper and normal garbage were collected. Glass and plastic were collected the next day so we didn't know what to do with them and left them in the bins provided so we apologised to the cleaning lady but she didn't seem happy.

• Kamila (10/5): It’s worth the price, lovely stay - Lovely apartment situated in the narrowest street in Venice. Very clean and with all facilities and nice courtyard. In a close distance to the city centre , 5 min from the water taxi.
• Erica (8/5): Very good - The location is great. Away from the crowds and easily accessible from a vaporetto stop. The space is beautifully done. The little courtyard patio is a beautiful added bonus. Great bakery around the corner. Very clean. The extra guide books were helpful and appreciated. It would be helpful if there were instructions on how the adapter is needed to use the coffee pot on the stove top. Also, coffee filters for the drip coffee pot would be helpful. We were unable to find them in the market. The 2nd bedroom is very small, almost like it was originally a large closet. But, it worked for our child.
• Liam (7/5): Easy to access accomodation. - You get what you see with this place. A few beds and a small kitchenette in a quieter part of town. Getting here from the main train station was really easy by ferry bus. The outdoor area is just chairs and a table. It could use some additions to make it feel comfortable I.e some greenery.
• Kendy (10/5): Nice apartment with good space for a family in Venice. - Located on the smallest street in Venice, a little outside the main tourist center, but walkable to everything. The private terrace was a nice bonus. The apartment was a little dark and cave like, but it was nice and cool and quiet.

• Kevin (9/5): loved it! - I loved it and it’s location but won’t be everyone’s idea of fun. well out of the way but for me it was perfect. it was winter and heating was difficult to work and no instructions, luckily I understand systems but still not easy.
