The unit is located in the Venice transit hub Piazzale de la Roma. Convenient to travel to any parts of the City.

• Meidy (10/5): Séjour exceptionnel à Venise dans un logement super!!! - Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement du logement, la propreté impeccable ainsi que tout l’équipement disponible. Tout était pensé pour qu’une famille se sente confortable et comme à la maison. L’hôte nous a réservé un accueil magnifique et a eu beaucoup de petites attentions envers nous. Elle nous a fourni des informations très détaillées sur tout ce que nous pouvions faire à Venise pendant notre séjour. Elle nous a également recommandé plusieurs sites d’intérêt historique et culturel, les meilleurs endroits pour manger ainsi que les meilleures façons de nous déplacer dans la ville. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation.

• Anikó (10/5): Szuper kis apartman jó elhelyezkedéssel - Szuper helyen volt. Buszról leszállva már ott is voltunk. Bolt és Vaporetto állomás is közel. Ugyanakkor gyalog is többnyire a a nevezetességek is közel. Valentina egy nagyon kedves és segítőkész vendéglátó. Nem volt utánunk senki így maradhattunk míg nem kellett a reptérre mennünk. Voltak meglepik a gyerekeknek és nekünk is be volt készítve finomság. Kávé és kakaó a szekrénybe. A fürdőszobába minden megtalálható,amire szükség lehet. Visszatérünk 🥰 Keményebb ágyhoz vagyunk szokva.
• Lorna (6/5): Close to station and friendly host - Great host and gave informative recommendations of where to go upon arrival. The accommodation is very close to the train station and easy to find (right over the bridge near indoor car park) so we could drop off the luggage and head straight out to Venice. One day walking around and the next day a boat tour to the three islands was enough for us. The property was very clean and had quirky colourful decor. Kids enjoyed the football game in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the WiFi never worked for our duration even though the host did try her best to resolve the issue. Also both beds are sofa beds, which are uncomfortable to sleep on with two people due the squeaky noise every time you move and mattress too soft for us. Plus there was no sofa to sit on as they were beds. Idea to move a sofa outside the kitchen and get a king size bed by the stairs would be more suitable for future guests.

Lokalizacja w świetnym miejscu wszędzie blisko i dobrze skomunikowane z transportem publicznym, blisko pociągi, transport wodny czy taxi. Niezdecydowanym serdecznie polecam ten apartament. W apartamencie jest wózek dla dziecka, parasolki, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, najpotrzebniejsze kosmetyki itd. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. SUUPER!!!

En el entorno hay todo tipo de servicios, restaurantes, el vaporetto, autobuses.. muy cómodo para poder desplazarse. Un detalle por parte de Valentina dejar en la cocina algunas cosas para poder desayunar, café, aguas etc. Se agradece, al igual que sus recomendaciones y la facilidad total para el check in y el check out. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y tiene de todo, juegos, paraguas, un puntazo el futbolín y la cocina que está genial... gracias por tantos detalles que hacen la visita más fácil y comoda El apartamento es caluroso, especialmente en la parte de arriba. Está equipado, no obstante, con aire acondicionado pero para mí no es lo mejor para dormir. Las camas, aunque cómodas, hacen algo de ruido. La wifi no funcionó, parece que por un problema puntual del operador. No obstante pudimos usar la de un restaurante el día que la necesitamos
• Alicia (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - Todo genial, llegamos en taxi hasta plaza de Roma a las 2 de la mañana. Y valentina nos dejó las llaves en un sitio para poder entrar en el apartamento. Nos hizo recomendaciones para pasar nuestra estancia y el apartamento está genial. Éramos 4 y dormimos muy bien. La situación muy buena, fuimos andando a todos sitios, no tuvimos que coger el traguetto ningún día, pero sí que andamos mucho. Para irnos Valentina nos llamó un taxi, ya que salíamos a las 4 de la mañana, que nos esperó en la plaza de Roma para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Me gustó todo, muy buena experiencia

• Bocadepitimini (9/5): Fantástica estancia para descubrir Venecia - El apartamento es pequeñito pero tiene de todo. Es una monada, esta diseñado con muy bien gusto y para los niños el tener un futbolín es una fantasía. Además, Valentina es una anfitriona de diez, viene ella personalmente a darte las llaves, te enseña todo del apartamento, les puso un detalle a los niños, nos dejo café, desayuno, aguas......nos hizo una explicación de sitios que ver, donde comer...etc. Una maravilla! Me gusto todo la verdad y volvería a repetir sin duda. Pero por decir algo , que las habitaciones son muy pequeñitas y que creo que no había cazo para servir la sopa.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Fantastyczne miejsce przy samym Piazzale Roma - Uważam, że mieszkanie Valentiny jest super. Valentina jest wspaniałą osobą, jest świetny kontakt z nią, służy pomocą w każdym momencie. Bardzo dziękujemy za polecenie nieoczywistych miejsc wartych zwiedzenia w Wenecji oraz restauracji, gdzie warto zjeść. Dziękujemy również za możliwość zostawienia naszych bagaży w bezpiecznym miejscu w dniu odlotu. Apartament jest zaraz przy Piazzale Roma, gdzie przyjeżdżają autobusy z lotniska i bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego. Ponieważ przyjeżdżaliśmy późno, specjalnie wybraliśmy taką lokalizację. Mimo tego, że apartament jest przy ruchliwym placu i zaraz koło kolejki People Mover, to w środku jest cicho i komfortowo. Do placu św. Marka na pieszo jest ok. 30 min., ale przecież Wenecja to nie tylko plac św. Marka. Codziennie mogliśmy odbyć spacer innymi uliczkami. Można też przepłynąć vaporetto, ale my woleliśmy na pieszo podziwiać uroki. Sam apartament jest przestronny, wchodzi się do dużego korytarza, po schodkach wchodzi się do kuchni, a na wprost idzie się do sypialni i łazienki. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona. Można też po śniadaniu pograć w piłkarzyki. W łazience też są dostępne kosmetyki. Łóżko jak dla nas trochę za miękkie, ale to kwestia przyzwyczajenia. Łóżko dla dziecka na antresoli nad łóżkiem na dole. Bardzo fajny wystrój całego apartamentu. Po prostu świetne miejsce, bardzo przyjemnie się nam mieszkało. Jedyne zastrzeżenie mamy takie, że mogło być trochę cieplej. W sypialni temperatura była ok, ale w łazience i kuchni było chłodno, ale może to my nie potrafiliśmy dobrze ustawić ogrzewania.

• Sergio (8/5): Excelente apartamento y excelente anfitriona. - El alojamiento es maravilloso. Esta muy bien ubicado. Y es muy bonito y tranquilo. Lo mejor es la anfitriona. Es muy atenta y simpática. Nosotros tuvimos un pequeño problema con mi hija que se puso enferma y nos lo solucionó. Lo único peor es el colchón de una cama, que era un poco incómodo. Pero lo recomendamos y repetiríamos. El colchón de una cama.

L hoste Valentina è stata molto gentile, accogliente e premurosa. Casa dotata di ogni servizio e locale per deposito bagagli dopo il check out L ingresso dell' appartamento un po' freddo (rispetto invece alla zona notte).

• Anca Gheorghe (10/5): Wonderful Host and Charming Apartment - We had an amazing stay, largely thanks to our host, who was so welcoming and energetic. Upon arrival, she had cold beer and water waiting for us in the fridge and provided us with tons of great recommendations for the area. The apartment itself has a lot of character, and we really liked its original layout. It was very functional and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the parking and to all the key attractions in the city. A huge plus was the host's kind offer of a late check-out at no extra cost, which was very generous The only minor downside was that the area can be a bit noisy, as it's close to the parking lot and there seems to be a lot of construction work going on nearby.

The flat is in a great location, right next to the transport hub at Piazzale Roma, from where you can easily travel in all directions. These are minor details, but for me, the air freshener's scent was too intense and the light switch system a bit too complicated, but you can get used to both.

Die Lage ist perfekt, 10 Meter vom Parkhaus Ausgang und trotzdem sehr ruhig. An Ausstattung ist alles da, was man braucht. Nos dejó de todo para desayunar, tostadas, mermelada, mantequilla, tomar café o infusiones, galletas y dulces para las niñas, agua mineral (aunque el agua de Venecia está muy buena); piensa en algo que necesites y el apartamento lo tenía. The apartment itself is really cute and nicely set up. The location is fantastic- you can easily offload your luggage from a car- not so common in Venice! Once there, everything is close by, as Venice is that type of city. Fantastic choice for our short family visit! Just one thing- the air conditioning doesn’t quite reach the top bed which can make it somewhat uncomfortable in the summer months. However, there are so many positives that more than compensate for that!

Valentina es un encanto, nos explicó todo al detalle y nos aconsejó como organizar nuestra ruta. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y más! Valentina nos dejó café, un par de zumos, pan tostado, mermelada, té, algunas galletas e incluso un pequeño detalle para los niños. La mesa futbolín de la cocina fue el lugar preferido para los niños. Alojamiento perfecto para visitar Venecia. Es un placer encontrar alojamientos con todo lo esencial cuando vas pocos días y con Valentina no te falta de nada. Si tuviese que poner un pero sería el colchón de la cama de arriba, que es muy blando. Pero no puedo decir nada más porque todo lo demás fue perfecto

Blackout external blinds lead to a perfect sleep, but it's a shame to sleep because you have to visit Venice. 🙈😅 Apartment in an ideal location, parking right next to the door, bus station and vaporetto leaving in any direction you want. We found our favorite restaurant and bakery/patisserie close to us. Valentina gives lots of interesting tips. We will definitely come back to this place! ❤️
• Dmitriy (10/5): Amazing couple of days in wonderful place - The first thing that distinguishes this apartment from the rest is the incredibly friendly host Valentina. She met us, gave recommendations on what and in what order to see, what food to try, etc. We were also very pleased to discover many nice little things that are not common when renting an apartment - for example, a refrigerator filled with drinks, espresso capsules, etc. The apartment itself is located in a very convenient place - there are 2 parking garages nearby, stops for various public transport - it is extremely convenient to start a tour of Venice from this location. Despite the not very luxurious condition of the apartment, we felt cozy and comfortable.

The apartment was spacious, very well and nicely equipped, it was clean, close to the car parking and close to public transport options. The host, Valentina is awesome. She is warm welcoming, showing us around the apartmnet like we never experinced before, and was providing very usefull guidence about Venice and what/were/how we could do things. She was communicating everything proactively even before we arrived and was waiting for us exactly as we agreed. The only whish I have if the aircon in the bedroom was installed a bit higher, so the bed at the mezzanine can also take advantage of that.

The place was exactly as described and more, some items that we especially liked were the comfortable beds, the coffee machine, and the foosball table. Everything was very neat and clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it! Nothing
• Angela (10/5): Clean, comfortable apartment with a thoughtful host. - Valentina maintained excellent communication prior to and during the stay. She helped us procure a taxi. The apartment was clean and artfully appointed using space conservation with modern compact design. We did not travel with children, however there were games, umbrellas, toys, books and amusements available for children. As tall adults, we felt comfortable in the beds, bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and the snacks and beverages in the refrigerator were a lovely surprise! Great location for arrivals off of the train and catching a 4:00 taxi in the morning for the airport. We would stay there again and recommended the location to others. We liked it all!

Valentina is amazing host with brilliant tips and recommendations about what to do/see and were to eat. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. Could not have asked for more. • Joelle (10/5): Perfection in Venice. - Loved loved this unit. Great for our family of 4. Had everything needed for a short or longer stay . Wish we could have stayed longer. So many thoughtful added touches such as great local recommendations, coffee teas, waters treats. Extra toiletries were lovely. She got my daughter a special gift upon arrival. Loved seeing so many extras at the unit that we didn’t even need ( baby gear, board games, apron, books ). Valentina reserved for us our early morning transfer. She was informative, quick responses. She makes the stay fabulous. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked beautifully. Not one thing we didn’t like other than wish we could have stayed longer.

She met us bas - The location was great, right next to where the bus from the Venice airport stops so easy to reach and no lugging luggage through Venice streets and over stepped bridges. Secure luggage area made available when checking out so can explore Venice late into the day. Upstairs was a tight fit when set up as extra bedroom.
