• arcelo030 (7/5): Dla niewymagających super miejsce w dobrej lokalizacji . - Lokalizacja ,miły i dobry kontakt z właścicielem.Mieszkanie jest przestronne.Miły podarunek woda i czekoladki na powitanie.W miarę czysto.Wieksze atrakcje w zasięgu pieszego zwiedzania. Jest to stara kamienica i mieszkanie w większości nie jest za bardzo komfortowe,łazienka chyba tylko przeszła remont kilka lat temu, reszta jest stara ale ma to też swoje uroki.Nam aż to tak nie przeszkadzało tak jak i hydrofor w mieszkaniu który często się włączał.Jesli szukasz czegoś bardziej nowoczesnego to nie jest miejsce dla ciebie.Osobiscie nie zapłaciłem dużo i nie będę narzekać.Jakie pieniądze taki apartament wszystko zależy czego oczekujesz.Ogólnie pozytywne wrażenie.

• Chris Church (3/5): Albanian food was good - kind of a 1930s place - - Location great - Mamas down the road had excellent homemade meals - we ate there twice and coffee across the road was good too You get what you pay for but it’s very very old 1930s grandparents type of place - Im sorry but I would not recommend at all even if you are on a tight budget, you wouldnt want to cook, no kitchen, stove is in an odd covered deck area but is just a hotplate, tv doesnt work, pay a little more to feel more comfortable on your holiday

Also, the location is great as it is within a short walking distance from the centre but also from the park. Shops and restaurants nearby. The furniture is older (as stated in the description), but it adds to its charm and uniqueness. We enjoyed our stay!

• Ismayil (5/5): Passable - The location was fairly good, and rooms and bathroom were clean. There is a water pump INSIDE THE APARTMENT, next to the bedroom. And occasionally it would turn on automatically and fill the water tank. It was very disturbing. Water heater had also some problems when we were there. The general condition of the house was poor.

• Lavinia (8/5): Birthday trip went well! - The location was perfect and Eva is lovely. We couldn't sleep at night because of the noise from both outside and the drainage system, water pipes or whatever it was that made a horrible and very loud noise.

• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean, well equipped with all necessary, even with iron. The location is good near the center of the city and nearby is a large supermarket. The light in the dormitory and living room was not so good and the "hidrofor" (hydraulic accumulator) made some bad noises.

• Albanian_traveller (10/5): A real bargain for staying in the center of the city - 1. Location - apartment is within walking distance of all attractions (theaters/ museums/ galeries / bars / restaurants/ night clubs etc. 2. Price - no property can beat this extremely low price. To pay so little for an apartment that is in a posh area of the city is unbelievably cheap. 3. Host - was very attentive to our needs. 4. Antique furniture -loved them and it really takes you back in time to your childhood and granny house. 5. Bed was so comfortable which was exactly what we needed after a long day. Will definitely come back again. Apartment is a little outdated but definitely worth of the money we paid. Important parts of the apartment are renovated (like bathroom and bed/mattress are really comfortable)

• Hilal (7/5): Overall, good value for money in a great central location. - The location was great and it was easy to meet up with the host. It was also quite spacious and overall good value for money to have so much space. There are many places to eat/relax nearby. As others have said, the water tank fills up at night, it was so loud it woke one of us up. The kitchen is rudimentary, but should be fine if you are not really planning on cooking much. The sink (which was outside the kitchen) was awkwardly positioned.
• Andrew (5/5): Passable - Spacious, clean, and in convenient neighborhood of Tirana with supermarket and lots of cafes/restaurants just downstairs. No AC in the summer was brutal, but the listing didn’t mention having AC so that was technically on us. Water also randomly shut off in the middle of the night. No laundry detergent provided.
• Luca (10/5): Exceptional - Very central good to explore Tirana by foot. Also Rita was very friendly and helped us to get to the right bus. Would have liked to stay longer.
• Shihpo (9/5): Superb - Rita is a friendly host, very easy to reach by WhatsApp and she feels very close like a mother. During the summer time the room is a bit hot.
• Arantxa (7/5): Good - Positive points: really well located, accesible to all the tourist spots and all the needed facilities: there is a supermarket really close by, and one of the buses from the bus station is literally 2 blocks away. Bedroom/bathroom are functional, couch is comfortable. It is clean. I will start with the dated furniture, which is not a huge issue, but it can put off some people. There are some random things scattered about like a bed frame in the living room and a big trash can full of water standing in the shower which occupies a lot of the shower space that could otherwise be very nice. The most important thing: I feel the ad is a bit deceptive because the kitchen is not very functional (water acces is in the pump room, the oven and hot plates are in the balcony and put in a haphazard manner). I personally wasn't that comfortable cooking there. I wanted to mention the pump room and the noisy pump. It is only when you use water, which wasn't too bad but, again, can put off some people. Last thing, there is no air conditioning nor a fan or any other means to cool down besides opening windows (there are mosquito nets so that is actually a possibility).

The apartment itself is nice, super clean, has a comfortable bed and a super location for a very low price. Everything I hoped from it. But what made the place special was the wonderful hospitality of the host (Eva). She is very warm and made me feel super welcome, so I've really enjoyed my stay. Nothing
