• Olvido (9/5): - I recommend speaking to the host directly through the app, as we tried to text him via WhatsApp or call, but we couldn't always reach him... It's better to contact him through Booking's internal communication system. He arrived just two minutes after our internal message and helped us with our doubt. He was very kind! I can see also that he reads the comments and takes the time to make the house even better, because some people suggested things to buy and I could see those items requested by previous users available after the coments 🤩. He has great attention to detail, it was a lovely stay!
• Jonatan Walter (10/5): Hermoso apartamento - Apartamento súper silencioso, se valora mucho. Fuimos en invierno y la calefacción funcionó muy bien. El apartamento tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para la cocina, incluida cafetera, café, condimentos para cocinar. Es muy fácil llegar a los puntos de interés, ya que está muy bien conectada. A 150 mts se puede tomar un bus y llegar a cualquier punto de la ciudad muy fácilmente. El colchón es cómodo. Tiene un patio hermoso si vas en primavera-verano. Lamentablemente no pudimos usarlo por la época del año en la que fuimos. La llegada fue fácil. Nos recibieron, nos dieron las llaves y nos explicaron lo que necesitábamos saber. Todo estuvo muy bien. La ducha está separada del baño y eso puede resultar apenas incómodo, pero no representa un problema grave.
• Samantha (10/5): Beautiful apartment in Vienna - Close to transport, shops and restaurants. - I absolutely loved staying at Apartment Ariana as the property had an excellent kitchen, comfortable bed, peaceful atmosphere and a cool outdoor area. It was close to the subway, great shops and restaurants. I even walked home from downtown one day which was easy and interesting. If/when I return to Vienna, I will definitely plan to stay at Apartment Ariana. Nothing

• Daniel (6/5): Pasable - La cercanía con bus y metro No hay ninguna señal de que estás en el alojamiento y no te dan ninguna indicación. No se tomaron nuestros datos ni se comprobó que eramos los huéspedes en ningún momento, solo nos dieron las llaves al vernos y ya. La ducha y el lavabo compartidos en un mismo cubículo tras una puerta de madera. Colchon duro y almohadas incómodas. Un poco de descuido en la higiene, con alguna que otra telaraña.
• Vladimir (8/5): Bueno, bonito y barato (para lo que es Viena) - La ubicación es buenísima, el bus 48a está a 1 minuto, y te deja en Volkstheater por un lado y en palacio de verano por el otro. Perfecto 👌🏼 El piso estaba bastante limpio, y en ningún momento hemos pasado frío en el. La cama pese a ser cómoda, era algo ruidosa.

• Helga (5/5): Leider nicht zu empfehlen - Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Matratze war super und auch die Anbindung zu den Öffis ist top! Der Preis ist super Es war einfach nicht sauber, es befinden sich Spinnweben und auch Spinnen im Appartement. Aber auch in die Ecken durfte man nicht genau schauen. Es gibt kein Bad, die Dusche hat ein integriertes Waschbecken das war's. Das Bett krachte, jedoch die Bettwäsche war sauber! Es gab ein Hand- und ein Badetuch pro Person für 4 Tage, jedoch eine Waschmaschine die wir benutzen durften um diese zu waschen. Der Garten ist super, jedoch hat jeden Tag beim Frühstück draußen die Nachbarin von Fensterbrett aus eine Zigarette nach der anderen geraucht, sodass wir ständig den Zigarettengeruch hatten und uns auch beobachtet fühlten. Also frühstückten wir am letzten Tag am Naschmarkt! Leider kann ich es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und wir werden es natürlich auch nicht mehr buchen!

• Hada (8/5): NICE, CHEAP AND GOOD LOCATION - The owner received us and brought us the keys. Showed us the apartment with all the facilities and how to use and find them. We had almost everything we needed. A lot of cleaning products, toilet paper, towels even a hairdryer. He was really kind. The apartment overall was clean. It has a nice garden and despite of the cold it was nice to have a cofe there. -it's location is really good and closed to the center. If We comeback to Viena, definitely we'll repeat there. There was a pan with a lot of water in one of the cabinets, a little hidden. Probably he didn't even realise. As we all are human I suppose He didn't just see it.

• Gruia (9/5): Superb - The garden is the jewel of the location (there are few accommodations in Vienna with such a facility). It's easily accessible from any corner of the city. The 48A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away and has very high frequency (every 5 minutes). The U6 Metro station is also nearby. The area is much more airy. The accommodation is very good for the price. A coffee maker would have been nice. Overall, an excellent place for a 4-day vacation in Vienna for low budget with quick access to all points of interest.

• Kirsten (8/5): Quirky but comfy place with a peaceful courtyard and easy access to the inner city - This apartment worked well for me as a solo traveler on a budget. The location was great -- short walk to the bus or subway, and easy access to the inner city (and to my mom's apartment). There are a number of restaurants and shopping opportunities also within a quick walk, including a few little shops where you can actually get some basic groceries on a Sunday -- not taken for granted in Austria! The bed was comfy and the sheets clean. I appreciated having a full oven and a mini-fridge available, as well as a washing machine and a rack to dry my clothes - perfect for my stay of over a week. I also appreciated the tea that was provided. The place was quiet and I rarely heard any noise from neighbors, and when I did it was not at all intrusive. My favorite thing about this place was the peaceful courtyard with trees, shrubs, and a patch of grass. The back door opened onto the courtyard and I often left it open to let in the fresh air, and sometimes I had my breakfast at the table out there. I also enjoyed visits from the neighbor's friendly cat. Quirky: The shower stall takes up the entire bathroom and is combined with a sink. This was expected, however, based on the pictures, and not a problem. The placement of the bed relative to the wardrobe in the bedroom is odd, since it forces you to squeeze between the two to get into bed, unless you want to jump over the foot of the bed. I'd suggest to the landlord that it would be better to move the bed against the same wall as the wardrobe, to avoid that. It was not a problem for me, but might be for someone with mobility issues. I would have liked a coffee maker. An electric kettle was provided for heating water, but I had to borrow my sister's espresso pot to make coffee on the stovetop. (Instant coffee is not my thing.) The lock on the front door was squirrely, so I never used it; I went in and out the back door instead.
• Dino (10/5): Everything was amazing. - Very cozy and cool apartment with a cute garden. The mirror in the shower was great and practical. We also saw a sticker that was from our home town that really made the place feel like home. Nothing. Every thing was great so we recommend it.
