Man hat es eigentlich nur aushalten können,wenn man 24/7 die Lüftung im Bad angeschaltet hatte und die Tür zum Flur nicht geöffnet ließ. Leider gab es keine Tür zwischen Flur und Wohnzimmer, was den Zustand nicht besser machte...

• Valentina (7/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e ben collegato - Fedele alle immagini, spaziosa e accogliente. Gli utensili nella cucina però erano sporchi e pochi, niente posate. Letto molto comodo e coperte calde. Bagno pulito con riscaldamento a pavimento ottimo, wc separato dal reparto doccia comodo. Molto ben collegato al centro con i tram, l fermata è proprio a pochi passi (con la linea 12 si parte e poi si cambia con la 5 per le zone più centrali e gli orari sono molto frequenti). Qualche problema nel regolare il termostato, perché nonostante si impostava (giorno o notte, e la temperatura a volte funzionava bene altre no. Capitava a volte freddo di mattina altre troppo caldo la notte).
• steven (8/5): - Nice quiet location with good living space. Comfy bed and sofa and nice hot shower. Had trouble getting in. Arrived about 8pm but fortunately someone let us in as they were coming out No information about local restaurants or travel info. The flat was a bit cold first thing in the morning and late at night but despite speaking to someone we couldn't raise the temperature. Also don't know why bedding and towels were left to dry in the living room

Важко знайти вхід у апартаменти.

• Regina (7/5): Ruhige einfache Wohnung mit guter Anbindung zum Zentrum - Lage nahe U6 Jägerstraße, Straßenbahnen & Bus, Supermärkte, Hannovermarkt und Restaurants um die Ecke, Augarten 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ruhiges Haus. Wohnung renoviert inkl. neuer Fenster. Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber. Ausstattung wie Bett und Couch nicht sehr bequem. Gewöhnungsbedürftig auch die permanente Geräuschkulisse der Lüftung.

• LaDany (9/5): - Posizione fantastica a 2 minuti da metropolitana, tram e supermercato. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile. Fornita di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni di più giorni (stoviglie, bollitore, tostapane, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, lavasciuga, , detersivi, ferro e asse da stiro, stendibiancheria, televisore). Il letto, e il divano letto, molto comodi.Secondo piano con ascensore. Molto silenzioso. Shampoo e docciaschiuma non forniti. Ci sono state delle incomprensioni iniziali, poiché la casa non sembrava essere stata adeguatamente pulita e preparata per il nostro arrivo. Abbiamo atteso 2 ore (dopo l'orario del check in) prima che la proprietaria ci confermasse che le lenzuola erano pulite e che ci desse indicazioni su dove trovare gli asciugamani puliti che non erano stati preparati.

• Marius (5/5): Passable - A lot of groceries near by the location and multiple options for the public transportation. The flat looked different than photos from the website but for us the biggest problem was because of the shower cabin because of the smell. I'm not sure if the problem was because of the tiles or the smell was due to the drainage, but you can feel the smell to the bedroom.

Fantastic place. Very dark with limited natural light so giving impressions of bad weather

Smell sewage in bathroom. Also the freezer needs to be defrosted. Some broken furniture. Wifi not works very well in other room. Be careful when using glass to not cut yourself.

We had a little difficulty finding the building number. It would have been better if there was shampoo and shower gel in the shower. The armchair I slept on was a little uncomfortable. The sofa bed was not clean either and there was a smell.

• Amol (10/5): Good place, will recommend - Spacious apartment. Clean rooms. Well appointed kitchen with all equipment working properly. Bathroom and toilet are seperate which helps a lot. Bathroom has tub as well as shower, has a washing machine too which was helpful. Sufficient storage in rooms. Smooth checkin/key experience. Place is well connected with bus and tram route, so convenient for site seeing. There are a few decent restaurants and grocery stores near by. All in all, worked well for us and would recommend to others. Communication with the owners was very prompt and detailed. This is not about the apartment specifically, so might be irrelevant. But, at the main entrance door off the main street and the building lobby you might panic on first visit. The lobby was a tad bit shabby and apparently some uncivilised dog owners (use of the adjective is probably redundant) make their pets answer the nature's call right at the building entrance door making it quite disgusting. As the apartment itself is very nice and clean, we had to make a point to leave the footwear at the door to maintain the hygiene.

Its technically an awesome place to stay in Vienna. - There is no way to open the door as communicated before; other tenants have to open it for you - Noticed on our last evening that there is bedbugs in the separate bedroom. There is other reviews mentioning this. Unfortunately for us this is unacceptable (itching spots for > 1 week after departure) and the reason for the rating.

• Yiğit (7/5): Sessiz ve Temiz ev - There was a quiet environment at night, suitable for sleeping. Cleaning was good overall. We hired this house as we were 4 people. Because the ikea sofa in the living room is a bed. The seat mechanism was broken. It was closing on its own. Two people slept on the single bed. There was not enough toilet paper for a 3-day stay. The sheets of those who stayed before us were washed and put on the dryer in the living room. They were there with us for 3 days. The coffee machine was visible in the photos of the house. There was no coffee machine in the house. Mokha pot did our job.

• Claudio (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpfull host. The flat we originally rented had a maintenance issue, the host immediately offered us an alternative, bigger flat. The communication was easy and firendly. The flat was as on the pictures, no hidden surprises. All in all we were upmost satisfied. Always again.
• Frank (8/5): Good place for a stay in Vienna if you can live without Wi-Fi - Excellent location for a stay in Vienna, the subway station was just a short walk away from the apartment. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were spacious and generally very comfortable. The wifi was highly unreliable during our stay, in fact it didn’t work at all for most of it. If you happen to have access to the eduroam network, opening the window in the living room will give you with a fairly good connection using the network from the high school across the street. The owner should certainly fix that. We’d also have preferred a proper coffee machine, although there’s a bialetti provided in the kitchen. Towels could have been a little larger, and there could have been a soap dispenser in the bathroom. (There was only one in the separate toilet room.)
• Marcin (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment in the city center. Everywhere nearby. To the bus and tram and metro station max 5 minutes walk. The apartment has everything you need, a great bathroom, a comfortable bed in the bedroom (the sofa in the living room is unfortunately not suitable for sleeping - needs to be replaced). Despite the heat, the temperature in the apartment is pleasant. I recommend to stay for 2 people. Inconvenient collapsed sofa in the living room. Drying clothes on the dryer in the living room
