• Apostolos (10/5): - Excellent choice!! The apartment is super… better that the photos. We liked the location too (walking distance till the city centre, choices for food walk drink nearby, 10 min with the metro to the city centre, 100m from the metro station). Anything was better than expected
• Kaswell (9/5): Great places to stay - The apartment is large, well equipped and well located. Easy to get around to all parts of the city. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Terrace is nice but too cold to use on our visit. Washing machine AND dryer also very handy. Check in was easy and they allowed an extra hour for checkout on date of departure which was very helpful. The temperature in the apartment was very high. I did notice that a lot of places in vienna were overheated in my opinion so perhaps this is the norm. It took us a little while to figure out the heating system but eventually we got the temperature down to a more normal level.

• AYA (8/5): ゆったり。 - とても広くて清潔でトイレは3つ、バスルームは2つあり、快適に過ごせました。地下鉄の駅からも近いので、どこに行くにも快適。アパートメントの隣にはスーパーがあるので、何かない時は直ぐ買いに行かれる。 1つだけ。小蠅が沢山発生していて、その存在にイライラしました。管理人さんに相談したら、直ぐに駆除スプレーを用意してくれました。

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with shampoo and towels. An extra bonus is the half bath! If you leave your windows open at night, the street can be a bit noisy as it’s off of a very busy street

• JUNOT (10/5): Apto excepcional! - O apto era muito bem localizado, poucos metros de vários supermercados, restaurantes, rua de comércio, metrô, trem. Caminhando, os principais pontos turísticos estão em um raio de 2 a 3km, caminhada tranquila admirando a cidade em ruas bem movimentadas de comercio. O apto era novo, amplo, bem mobiliado e equipado, estilo moderno, com amplas janelas e uma grande varanda. Estacionamento no mesmo prédio, onde se pode pagar um preço especial por uma semana se preferir. Nada que nos tenha desagradado. Uma única observação: o colchão de um dos quartos era um pouco macio para o nosso gosto, mas nada que impedisse uma boa noite de sono.
• Gurvan (9/5): Very confortable for a short stay and visit Schonbrunn (direct tram) and city center. - Large and clean appartement. Close to subway and tramway. Quiet. Several bathrooms. The « smart home system » is not easy to manipulate and several element seemed out of order.
• Stacie (10/5): Exceptional family stay - The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Little touches like toiletries in the bathroom, some basic ingredients in the kitchen, and laundry soap made the experience exceptional. The A/C worked very well. There was a washer and dryer which worked perfectly. There is a grocery next door and the underground is a few blocks away that will take you to the city center in no time. It was extremely safe and Wolfgang is an exceptional host. We stayed two nights but could have probably stayed comfortably for a week. Wolfgang has thought of everything with clear instructions about the apartment and information about the city. The beds were very comfortable and our 17 year old was happy to sleep on the oversized sofa. One of the best vacation apartment rentals ever. It was a little difficult to locate. I’m glad we took a taxi there from the airport. I think we might have struggled to find it arriving some other way on our own. Once we got our bearings we had no problems navigating the city from and back to the apartment.

• Roger (8/5): Enjoyable and relaxing stay. - Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable. Lidl just next door Journey to apartment by taxi was long and convoluted. Journey away to airport was difficult. Uber couldn’t get to Zieglergasse. We hailed a passing cab. Traffic conditions difficult. Maybe that’s temporary.

• Mary (9/5): Superb - The location was great -- 15 minutes into Spittleberg neighborhood, the Saturday Flea Market, and very close to public transportation. The patio/balcony was a wonderful respite and surprisingly quiet. We used the kitchen for breakfast and sometimes a simple evening meal -- all in working condition and included what we needed. Great, large closets in bedroom to unpack and organize belongings. Hall bathroom shower spreads water all over bathroom floor.

Last but not least, the parking garage right in the house, accessible from the apartment by elevator, means no problems with luggage.

The kitchen range was dusty and seemed to have been overlooked by the cleaning staff. The showers were difficult to keep dry as the water went all over the floor.

The bedrooms were both large and had comfortable king sized beds. The bathrooms were modern, spacious and have refreshing waterfall showers. We really appreciated the extra 1/2 bath room in addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was very well appointed with a wide selection of glasses, plates, knives and cooking utensils. We often enjoyed sitting on the patio which looked out over a surprisingly large, quiet courtyard that was very quiet and private in spite of the apartment’s very central location. It was so close to public transport, restaurants and shopping- ( with the added bonus of a grocery store right next door!) we would highly recommend staying in this amazing flat! Nothing

Technical facilities are new and almost all Miele. In the kitchen there is all and more. Location is 1 min from MariaHilferStrasse, main shopping street. Ubhan is near as well.. Apartment is warm and quite. Pitty it was winter and we could not use great terace. Beds are more than comfy. Special thanks to owner who allowed us very early check in. If we come again this apartment will be our first choice definitely . No such thing.
