Monika (8/5): Städtereisen - Schöne,saubere und moderne FeWo. Gute Anbindung, Tramstation 5 Min zu Fuß. Supermärkte in unmittelbar Nähe. Wäscheständer mit nasser Wäsche stand bei Ankunft in unserem Küchenbereich,bis nach dem auschecken. Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, ab 4.00 hell- schade! Kaputter Handtuchhaken neben dem Waschbecken.

André (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung - Lage Bett,gute Aufteilung. Café Schöneberg ums Eck ist hervorragend. Kein Infomaterial vorhanden, Messer stumpf, Fenster konnten nicht abgedunkelt werden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher hingen noch am Wäscheständer.

Péter Zoltán (10/5): - Geräumiges Apartment, sauber und mit allen nötigen Sachen fürs Wohnen ausgestattet. Küche und Waschmaschine sind mit Spüli, Tabs etc. für einige Tage gut versorgt. Genau wie auf den Bildern, was sonst selten ist. ÖPNV ist gut erreichbar und die Anleitungen für Check-in/out werden klar kommuniziert. Wir haben die Fußbodenheizung in den Bädern nicht ausbekommen. War aber ok, weil wir auch nicht gefragt haben und die Klima in den Zimmern gut funktionieren.

Panagiotis (8/5): Πολύ ωραία επιλογή εάν θελεις να είσαι περιφεριακά του κέντρου - Από τα πολύ θετικά ότι ήταν στον 5ο όροφο και είχε μπαλκόνι! Ήταν αρκετά καθαρό! Η διαχειρίστρια του σπιτιού πολύ ευγενική! Η παροχή ενός μόνο κλειδιού ήταν πολύ περιοριστική γιατί εκτός από την πρόσβαση στο σπίτι το κλειδί χρησιμεύει και για την χρήση του ανελκυστήρα και είμασταν 6 άτομα. Επιπλέον αρνητικό κατά την γνώμη μου, ότι δεν υπήρχαν τα βασικά που βρίσκεις συνήθως σε αντίστοιχα apartments όπως σαμπουάν/ αφρόλουτρο. Τέλος δεν μας άρεσε καθόλου που στο σπίτι υπήρχαν απλωμένα σεντόνια και πετσέτες μέσα στο ένα δωμάτιο.
Leonie (8/5): - Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt an einer guten Lage mit gutem Anschluss an den ÖV, die Trams fahren direkt in die innere Stadt in nur wenigen Minuten und ohne umsteigen. Es war alles in der Wohnung was man braucht. Auch die Aussicht war sehr schön und es hat ein gutes Cafe direkt gegenüber sowie ein leckeres Pizza Restaurant nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Auch der Spar ist nur etwa 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Boden hat geknarzt beim gehen, aber es war nicht wirklich schlimm.

Michelle (8/5): Lovely stay in Vienna, loved the old apartment with modern conveniences. - Beautiful old Vienna apartment with so much character and all modern conveniences. Great location with ease to public transport, supermarkets and easy access to the inner Stadt. Spacious and comfortable, we loved staying in a historic building. Responsive hosts, beautiful building… loved it. It was sparsely furnished. So much potential for such a beautiful apartment, a few cushions, pictures, shelves and plants would escalate the whole experience. That said we really enjoyed our stay.

Artur (5/5): Apartament dobry, ale jego czystość niestety nie była zadowalająca, co trochę zepsuło nasze wrażenia. - Fajna lokalizacja, wygodny dojazd, duży apartament. Niestety podłoga była bardzo brudna – wyglądało, jakby w ogóle nie została posprzątana (kurz i włosy były wyraźnie widoczne). Dodatkowo w pokoju znajdowała się suszarka z schnącą bielizną, co było niekomfortowe.

Ειρήνη (9/5): - Μείναμε σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα στη Βιέννη για 5 μέρες (4 διανυκτερεύσεις) τον Φεβρουάριο του 2026, τρία άτομα συνολικά, και συνολικά είχαμε μια πολύ καλή εμπειρία. Το κλείσαμε μέσω Booking και ήταν μια άνετη και πρακτική επιλογή για το ταξίδι μας. Ο χώρος ήταν ευρύχωρος και κατάλληλος για παρέα, με όλους τους βασικούς χώρους (κουζίνα, μπάνιο κλπ.) πλήρως εξοπλισμένους. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό κατά την άφιξή μας και προσεγμένο. Είχαμε την δυνατότητα να κάνουμε check in check out αυτόνομα. Συνολικά, μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για όποιον θέλει άνεση και αυτονομία σε ένα ταξίδι. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! Να σημειωθεί ότι κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής δεν υπήρχε ενδιάμεση καθαριότητα, κάτι που όμως δεν μας δημιούργησε ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα.

Per noi italiani avete tanta luce al mattino che entra in camera è sempre un problema, ma è una cosa tipica della cultura nordica.

Katarzyna (8/5): Wiedeń piękny - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko komunikacja miejsca, do centrum tramwajem ok. 15 min. Sympatyczna okolica - blisko sklepy, restauracje itp. Apartament przestronny i dwupoziomowy (lok. 23), mała kuchenka ale dość funkcjonalna przy sypialni na górze. W górnej części apartamentu czysto. Dwie funkcjonalne łazienki. Mały ale sympatyczny balkon. W dolnej sypialni był problem z nawiewem okna (nie dało się z niego zrezygnować) co przy zimnej moc obniżało komfort. Niestety dół zdecydowanie mniej sprzątnięty niż góra apartamentu, w przedpokoju suszące się pranie. Cały apartament wymaga odświeżenia wnętrza. Wskazane byłoby też doposażenie - w sypialni na dole tylko mała komoda na rzeczy - oraz ocieplenie wnętrza (jakiś obraz z widokiem pięknego Wiednia na ścianie na pewno by pomógł).

Katharina (7/5): Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln - Die Lage der DG Wohnung ist toll und sie ist auch sehr geräumig. Auch die kleine Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Das Bett war gut allerdings nur mit einer Matratze. Schöner großer Kühlschrank. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Es gab einige Mängel, die Terrassentür ließ sich am Anfang gar nicht schließen und verriegeln und wurde leider auch nur notdürftig "repariert". Die Dunstabzughaube war verdreckt und deren Lichtschalter abgebrochen.(Haben wir selbst gereinigt) Die Tür der Duschkabine ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Wohnung ist erst wenige Jahre alt. (Küchenfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, ist fest eingebaut) Es gibt im Schlafzimmer nur Jalousien. Dringender Hinweis an die Vermieter bzw. die Agentur: Das kann das Putzpersonal nicht leisten. Da muss regelmäßig ein Check stattfinden ob alles in der Wohnung in Ordnung ist. Ein Handtuch pro Person ist zu wenig. (Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung)

Juliane (7/5): Zentrale Lage in Wien - Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe mit einem Schlüsselschließfach, zentrale Lage der Wohnung, Fahrstuhl, Kaffeekapselmaschine mit einigen Kapseln, verschiedene Teesorten, digitale Gästemappe mit zahlreichen Informationen, schnelle Kommunikation über Booking auch am Sonntag Die Wohnung (Altbau) war bei der Anreise sehr kalt und hat einen Tag gebraucht, bis sie akzeptabel warm war. Der Kühlschrank war kaputt und ein Angebot der Wiedergutmachung ist leider ausgeblieben.

Non è una critica ma un invito a migliorare, maggiore pulizia soprattutto per il bagno, qualche asciugamano in più da viso sarebbe apprezzato.

Bezirk - Apartment sauber, ruhig, Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe, Küche gut ausgestattet Betten total unbequem, große Dachfenster in den Schlafzimmern nicht verdunkelbar. Bei Ankunft Wohnung kalt und kein warmes Wasser (Vermieter nur tagsüber 9-21 Uhr erreichbar!). Techniker kam dann erst am nächsten Tag. Nur 1 Schlüssel, den man aber auch für den Aufzug braucht (unten und oben).
Jasmin (10/5): - Dobra lokacija, garaža, prodavnice, restorani u blizini, tramvajska i autobuska stanica u susjednoj ulici, metro na desetak minuta šetnje od apartmana. Aparat za kafu, opremljena kuhinja, prozori i zastori koji se otvaraju i zatvaraju na tastere. Malo je nezgodno to što se lift pokreće pomoću ključa od stana i ako izlazite sami morate ostavljati ukućane bez ključa u stanu, ili ih morate pozivati da se spuste liftom po vas u prizemlje da se ne penjete stepenicama na 5. sprat.

Trajković (7/5): - It's very big appartment with two large rooms. Equipment is lacking. It's a big appartment but it's kinda empty. We booked this appartment for six persons but we hade only a three cups. And both same size (tea cups, 0.4l). Also, only big glasses for water were provided (0.5l) and no other glasses. There were 10ish of them and that's all. There were no coffe pot at all, etc. It was okay for me because we stayed only one day there, but if you plan to stay longer and you plan to make dishes on your own I am not sure this would be the good choise.

The building itself is a charming vintage house, which creates a special atmosphere and adds to the overall experience. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged — everything you need is there, without anything unnecessary. The level of cleanliness deserves a special mention. The area, as well as the building, is quiet, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. The Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, which may be slightly inconvenient for work-related use.
Caroline (10/5): Merveilleux, grand merci! - Appartement très beau, large et confortable. Chaque chambre est spacieuse et chacun peut avoir son espace à lui. Terrasse en extérieur avec vue splendide pour dîner ou prendre le petit déjeuner. Fabuleux! Le personnel est en ligne et toujours disponible sans attente pour quelque question que ce soit. C’est situé à 15min à pied du Belvédère et de l’arsenal et 5 min du tramway 71 qui mène en 10min au Konzerthaus, à l’opéra ou au centre-ville. Rien , tout était parfait

Класний балкон, де за чашкою кави можна спостерігати за життям міста. Персонал уважний до звернень. Нам дозволили виселитися об 11:30 без додаткової оплати. Все сподобалось.
Serhii (10/5): Рекомендую для проживання у Відні. - Відношення персоналу до вирішення питань. У нас виникла потреба продовжити бронювання. У зв’язку з тим, що помешкання де ми проживали вже було заброньовано, нам надали інші апартаменти. З урахуванням правил вʼїзду і виїзду нам необхідно було виїхати о 10:00, а заїхати о 15:00. Завдяки уважності і турботі персоналу, нам дозволили виселитися об 11:30 і одразу перенести речі в нові апартаменти, що значно допомогло нам. Апартаменти мають все необхідне для короткочасного проживання. В душовій кабінці не герметично зачиняються двері, але на загальну ситуацію це не впливає.

Emmanouil (6/5): Could have been a 10/10 if there was a different bed. - Location is great, tram is close, absolutely quiet place, communication was excellent All well with kitchen, bathroom etc, basic but functional. Tram takes you to center, yet even if you decide to walk it not that far. Airport proximity good due to renweg station.. Unfortunately the whole experience was ruined by the bed. In my years of travel, this has been the worse bed I have ever experienced. Okay, almost all furnitures area IKEA, nothing bad in that, but for the bed I think the hospitality industry has to invest to something better and long lasting. This is the one factor that would turn this place from a currently 8.6 in booking to a 9.5. of course I am commenting on the specific appartment, but I had read some comments which of course you never know if this is a single occasion or not. Would have been a straight 10, and would happily return to this place if I would get co formation that the bed was changed.

Дария Радева (9/5): - The view from the terrase was amazing. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay: two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Also it is not far from the city center. The process of checking in and out is easy: you are provided with a code for the keybox. Only one room has curtains. In the morning it's really very bright in the kitchen with the sofa and the other room, which made it hard to sleep after 7:00.

Domenico (9/5): Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa abitazione durante il mio viaggio a Vienna e l’esperienza è stata eccellent - La struttura è molto bella, tutto perfettamente funzionante ben riscaldata, situata in posizione strategica comoda a tutti i servizi. Il box doccia perde leggermente dalla porta di ingresso, inoltre consiglierei una scopa e una paletta per le piccole pulizie, oltre ad indicazioni per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti soprattutto per soggiorni con diversi giorni di pernottamento.
