• Shuntaro (10/5): - とても広くて快適な部屋でした。キッチンの設備はオーブンまでついており、もっと長期の滞在であれば料理を楽しみたかった。洗濯機もあって助かる。中心部から公共交通でアクセスできるので便利。空港からも大した時間がかからない。また、WiFiはないとの事前情報だったが、チェックインしてみたらあったので大変助かりました。
• Denisa (9/5): - Umístění ubytování je skvělé – tramvajová zastávka je prakticky hned před domem a metro je jen kousek pěšky. V okolí je spousta možností, kde se najíst – od kebabu a falafelu přes pizzu až po pekárny a kavárny. Nechybí ani obchody a velmi blízko se nachází krásný park. O víkendu se nám navíc podařilo bez problémů zaparkovat hned vedle v ulici. Postele byly opravdu pohodlné.

• Dominika (8/5): - Ubytování je v super lokalitě, kousek od něj metro i obchody s jídlem jako je třeba Billa nebo Penny. Je opravdu velké, postel pohodlná, klidné a asi nám nic nechybělo. Co se nám asi úplně nelíbilo bylo to, jak bylo uklizené. Nebyla to žádná katastrofa, ale přišlo mi, že by byl někde potřeba utřít prach, umýt víc vanu nebo tak něco. Taky jedna deka byla tak sepraná, že by bylo fajn ji vyměnit, protože to pocitově bylo jako spát pod povlečením. Ale to jsou jen drobnosti. Celkově si myslím, že super. Příště bychom sem jeli znovu.

• María José (8/5): - La cama era muy cómoda, no tanto la almohada.La calefaccion iba perfectamente y era un apartamento muy espacioso. La parada del tranvía esta justo al lado. No hay recepción, es un apartamento en el que debes de recoger las llaves a partir de una caja en la calle. Llegamos y el código no iba.Aún así nos lo solucionaron pronto. El portal esta muy sucio y descuidado. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas en otro hotel después de hacer el check-out pero tuvimos que pagar 10 euros más. Es un barrio con muchos inmigrantes.

• Iana (9/5): - Clean, comfortable apartment, spacious enough for a long stay. Great neighborhood with lots of stores, cafes and quick access to public transport. Lovely backyard. Easy check-in. The kitchen could be better equipped.

• Gabriel (10/5): Very good location and very comfortable appartment. - Very good location and great apartment. The curtains do not keep the room dark in the morning, and the toilet flushes with very weak pressure, which was a bit annoying. But these are really minor comments; the place is great.

• Vladimir (9/5): Cozy apartment - Place is comfortable, the bedroom is big. Lots of cafes and bakeries around, small supermarkets literally next door. About 15-20 minutes walking time to the old town. Took us a little while to work out the heater (did not seem to work if set below 21C), but it wasn't freezing cold inside anyway.

• Hanh (9/5): Very spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. Recomend! - Spacious, clean, fully equiped Check in: we got a problem at check in. Our reserved room was taken by another couple. We had to wait for more than 30 min for the host to resolve the issue.
• Sara (7/5): Cozy and clean - The location was great and quiet, 10 min from the nearest metro station and it looked exactly as in the pictures. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The warm water in the bathtub is great and comes fast, but it would be great if it could last a bit longer if possible. If two people need to take a rinse after one another, there might be a risk that there isn't much warm water available for the next person, unless he/she waits a bit.

• Ellen (9/5): Comfortable apartment away from the city center - Comfortable apartment with spacious rooms and a nice kitchen. Easy communication with the host. The apartment came with an iron and a washing machine and a fan for the warm weather. The refrigerator was not working properly, but the host came by to have a look shortly after we made them aware.

Bed and towels were very much clean Entrance was badly maintained and hardly lit. Lift also is horrifying . Upkeep at entrance and staircase is pretty bad
• Ivan (8/5): A decent apartment to stay at - - Getting the keys was easy and without any issues (self checkin) - The apartment was spacious enough for 1 or a couple (even 3 if you wont have high standards) - The room was well equipped and had all what is needed - The kitchen could indeed be equipped better - There is an uncovered hole in the pipe leading from the boiler (in the bathroom) -- that doesn't look safe at all. Try reading about what can happen with Carbon Monoxide...

• Christian (7/5): Decent value for money, comfy stay, clean, good location. - Lovely spacious apartment. Comfy bed. Decent location (close to city centre and conference centre, but did feel slightly 'dodgy' at times). Clean apartment. Grateful the owner supplied a fan to reduce the heat and drown out the noise of trams from outside. Other apartments very quiet. Directly next to multiple tram stops (numbers 33 and 5). Check in was pretty easy. The smell of cigarette smoke is quite strong in the lobby, and unfortunately this reaches the apartment. In addition, the stairs to the apartment are not lit at night and it doesn't feel totally safe in the lobby. The TV didn't have any signal, and I think it requires you to bring a HDMI cord to plug into your laptop. I did contact the host via email but had no reply.

• Yuan (9/5): Excellent house - The house is very clean and very near to the bus station. We will recommend friends to choose the house if they travel to Vienna. There are not shower gel and shampoo.
• Rose (9/5): Would recommend! - The location is quite nice as it’s just a few minutes away by foot to the tram, bus, and metro. There are different supermarkets around the flat ranging from your discount supermarkets to open air ones. The amenities are quite nice. The kitchen has a nice view of the inner courtyard and it’s a nice size for cooking. The bathroom (shower, washing machine, and sink) are separate from the toilet. The dining room is then in the hallway that has access to all rooms. The bedroom itself is quite spacious and offers a place to hang and/or set your clothes somewhere. There is a TV included and the wifi worked great :) There is public transport that passes in front of the flat, but that’s quite normal for Vienna. Hence, in the warmer months, I might suggest ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The windows, when shut, do offer quietness. Oh and just make sure to bring your toiletries. Shampoo and bathing soap aren’t offered, but usually people do bring their own anyway - myself included.

• Andrey (9/5): Decent place for a few days - It's a very clean and cozy place. Easy to checkin and checkout. There is even Netflix logged in. The apartment is quite enough. As you are trying to replace the hotel service, it would be nice to provide the same things - bath gell, shampoo etc. On top of that some slippers would be appreciated as there is no carpeting and the floor is cold. A coffee machine would bring you to another level for sure.

• Prayoga (10/5): Good Location and Big Apartment - Location and neighbourhood are perfect. Many restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. Apartment is big and bigger than in the picture. It was clean. Although located in 3rd floor, we can access with lift. Since this is apartment type. Providing some basic spices (Salt, Pepper) and Sugar maybe better. At least the guest doesn't need to buy for little amount of usage. So that, the guest can cook for simple meal with some taste at least not a plain taste.

• Xeniyaskaya (7/5): In general it's good, warm apartments with nice interior and enough space. - The apartment is located in an old, but good building. There are several supermarkets and bakeries near it. I didn't really like the neighbors, because they were loud at nights and cooked dishes with very heavy smell at the daytime. Far away from the citycentre. Also there is no teapot!
• Fuzzy_fu (10/5): Nice, comfortable apartment close to everything you need - Very easy process of getting the keys. Everything was explained very well in the welcome-e-mail, we got beforehand. The apartment was big enough for two people and the shower was really nice. Kitchen had all the basics and there are two supermarkets, a few bakery’s (Ströck was our favorite) and kebab shops near by. We can recommend Jacks burgers down the street as well. The inner courtyard was very quiet, so we could open the windows to let some fresh air in during warm nights. Public transport is close by (tram and metro), so we were in the city Centre very quickly. Bed was very comfortable, Wi-Fi was excellent. We will definitely book again! Passing public transport could be a bit loud if you are not used to it, but if close the two windows to the street, everything is fine. We had no trouble sleeping.
