• Maria Lucia (7/5): - Anfitriã muito atenciosa, apto muito bem localizado, facilidade no check in,. Como passamos só uma noite, estava ok, mas não era um apto muito confortável. Prédio e apto muito antigos. Tivemos que subir 2 andares com mala na mão. Não tinha shampoo. Nem açúcar para o café.

• Kamila (10/5): Amazing location, great for families - Location was amazing. Not even a 15 minute walk to Albertina and Vienna Opera, 7 minutes to the aquarium, and around the same time to the metro. Place was SO clean and smelled amazing. Even though it was hot outside, the place stayed cool because of the building architecture. If you like very very very hot showers, the water might feel a little lukewarm to you if you’re the second person who’s taking a shower. But honestly this is a small detail.

• JN (9/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté, standardně vybavené. Byt byl umístěn do klidného vnitrobloku. Je to blízko k centru, v okolí je spousta restaurací a obchodů, tržiště. Pobyt se nám celkově líbil, určitě využijeme znovu, bude-li dostupné.
• Jenny (8/5): Amazing location! - The location was amazing! The location is across the street from a U4 station which is a very convenient train line for getting to and from the airport. It was also one stop away from the city center stop or a 15 min walk away. The floors are very creaky and the shower does not have a proper shower curtain or wall. Not sure if it's a cultural difference but just something to keep in mind.
• Antti (9/5): Nice aparment in a perfect location. - Nice accommodation in a perfect location. Bare minimum necesseties, but great atmosphere and a really beatiful house. Lots of restaurants and cafés around. Lively and wonderful Nachsmarkt right across the street. also a U-bahn station close by. There was only one set of keys, and it made it a bit difficult for three indivuduals to move around freely. Earliest possible check in was a bit late (3 PM), and check out at 10 AM latest, was a bit uncovenient, but we were allowed to drop our luggage in earlier, which was nice.

• Sofia (8/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento era ottima davvero, di fronte una delle fermate della metro U4 e di fronte un supermercato Billa, nei pressi di farmacie, bar e tutto ciò che può servire in vacanza. La zona era silenziosa. L'appartamento era luminoso. L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta molto sono i letti e i cuscini, che non erano comodissimi. Inoltre l'anta di una doccia era difettosa, per il resto tutto okay. Abbiamo chiamato il proprietario visto che non riuscivamo a trovare le chiavi, e ci ha indirizzato subito bene.

• Poujade Pitot Charly (6/5): - Très bel emplacement, en face du marché et à côté de la Majolikhauss. A proximité du Musikverein et de l'Opera mais aussi du pavillon de la Sécession et du quartier des musées. Appartement spacieux, doté d'une grande cuisine et de nombreux rangements. Lave linge et lave vaisselle appréciés. L'entrée autonome est facilitée par la boîte à clés. Environnement calme. Le système de chaudière de la douche est fluctuant, tiède voire froid quand nous sommes 4 à nous doucher. La paroi de douche fuit. Ustensiles de cuisine limités (poelles, petites cuillères...) et table de salle à manger instable. Couettes courtes et trop légères pour la saison, oreillers un peu mous, literie du canapé-liit peu confortable.
• 麻子 (9/5): It served as a comfortable base for our trip to Vienna - It was close to the subway station and offered easy access to the city’s tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a washing machine, an iron, and Wi-Fi, and the central heating kept us warm. Since I arrived at night, it was dark and I had trouble entering the code on the key box.　There was no escalator, so carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs was a real struggle.

• Iza (8/5): - We were a group of 5. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We loved the decration. Convenient location - only 15 min walk from Opera Wien. The host was responsive and helpful. No salt, sugar, pepper. Only 3 coffee capsules. Those are little things which could improve our stay. You do not buy a package of salt travelling.

• Lia Camelia (9/5): O experiență plăcută - Am apreciat mult amabilitatea personalului de a ne permite accesul in locuință mai devreme decât ora oficiala,mai ales că veneam după o călătorie lungă si obositoare. Zona este bună, centrală,iar clădirea frumoasă. De asemenea, locuința a fost caldă și plăcută, cu paturi confortabile. Mi-a plăcut faptul că eram aproape metrou si de Naschmarkt ,cu delicatesele sale.

Ayrıca giriş anahtarı fazla gizli yerde bulmak biraz zor oldu. En azından 1 sefer içmelik kahve olsaydı iyiydi. Yoldan gelen birileri için güzel olurdu.

• Maria (9/5): BONITO APARTAMENTO CERCANO AL CENTRO - Aparatamento cómodo, con techos altos y muy bonitos, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. Muy bonito y cómodo. Con el tanvía delante. El suelo crujía mucho al caminar y teníamos miedo de molestar a los vecinos. Pero en general nada, todo estaba perfecto.

• Helena (6/5): Lage optimal, Ausstattung suboptimal - Lage und Größe optimal Zustand der Badewannen-Armaturen reparaturbedürftig. Die Sauberkeit in Küche, Toilette und Bad war gut. Ansonsten könnte man den Staub konsequenter entfernen. Für 4 Personen gab es einen kleinen Schrank, um Kleider auzuhängen. Der war mit 4 Mäntel/Jacken voll.
• Carla (6/5): - Lage super, Ausstattung ausreichend und reibungsloser Check-in. Das Bett war leider sehr durchgelegen und hat laut geknarzt, denn das Lattenrost war kaputt. Auch die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem und teils sehr hart. Wir haben leider alle sehr schlecht geschlafen die drei Nächte, die wir da waren. Das meiste Geschirr mussten wir nochmal abwaschen, weil es dreckig im Schrank war.

• Silvia (10/5): - Nos vamos muy contentos, cercanía del centro caminando a unos 15/20 minutos , hay varios supermercados cerca, todo muy limpio.. Por poner algo quizás para alguien con problemas al subir escaleras son dos pisos sin ascensor, para mi gusto las almohadas cuadradas y gruesas, y no pudimos usar el tostador ya que según se enchufaba saltaba la luz … pero bueno son detalles personales

• Stephanie (6/5): - Die Lage ist äußerst gut. Die Räume sind großzügig und hell. Leider war die Toilette noch dreckig von unserem Vorgänger. Wir haben äußerst deutliche Spuren gesehen und sie selbst weg geputzt. Als wir die Wohnung betraten kam allerdings uns ein beißender Geruch von Putzmittel entgegen. Die ersten 24 Stunden war die Heizung nicht eingeschalten. Nach einer schriftlichen Anfrage und einer Internetrecherche, hat mein Mann sie angebracht. Äußerst ärgerlich, da es bereits Anfang November war und wirklich kalt war. Die Küchen Außen Ausstattung war leider sehr schlecht. Auch hier waren einige Schubladen mehr als dreckig.

Wäsche auf einem Ständer im Eingangsbereich zum trocknen. Gardinen fehlten, Rollos fehlten bzw waren defekt. Blick aus dem Fenster in den schmalen Innenhof. 2. Zimmer hinter dem 1. Schlafzimmer welches dadurch zum Durchgangszimmer wird. Bilder in der Anzeige spiegeln überhaupt nicht die Wirklichkeit.

This is Vienna, Austria is renowned for its wine, could do with a few more glasses! Very basic and cleaners left all the wet bedding from the previous people in the hallway ?! Inky one wine glass provided!
• Alexandra (7/5): Würde ich nicht mehr buchen , Preis/Leistung stimmt für mich nicht. Es war ein Kurzurlaub mit einer Freundin, daher - Eindeutig die Lage Wohnung an der hinteren Stiege. Man erfreut sich bei Ankunft an der wirklich wunderschönen Fassade und ist enttäuscht über das Appartement… vor allem bei € 228 pro Nacht.

• Zoe (4/5): Very disappointing experience, arrived to find accommodation filthy and in disarray. - Good location, nice apartment. Needs new management as everything else was poor, please read the bad reviews too. Apartment filthy, cleaner hadn't been before check in. So dirty bed linen on the bed, rubbish on the bench. Told to let a woman in to clean and a man arrived, felt unsafe (although not because of the man's behaviour as he seemed genuine and kind, but I should not have to let a strange man in to an apartment while I am alone with small children). When I emailed management they were flippant and only apologised after I said it was unacceptable. Washing left in the washing machine so unable to use it. Washing left to dry in the lounge the whole stay. Dirty cleaning cloths and mop in the bathroom. One singular coffee capsule only. Mens underwear hanging on the outside of the bathroom window. No curtains in the bedroom! This is insanity, you cannot get changed there with the light on in the night without the neighbours seeing. Also mirror in the bedroom was very dirty with handprints.

• Erika (7/5): OK voor een korte citytrip - Het appartement is netjes en rustig. Het is een mooi pand. De ligging aan de Naschmarkt en op wandelafstand van het centrum is fijn. Het is minder geschikt om lang te verblijven. Er zijn te weinig potten en pannen om zelf te koken. De leefruimte is klein en niet zo gezellig. Er is geen uitzicht. We schrokken wel van de melding aan de deur in de gang. Niets van gemerkt, maar rare eerste indruk.

Recommend, stayed with young kids. - Nice building, nice property, clean, great location, nice cleaning lady let us drop off our luggage early. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, which was disappointing, as a tourist would not know where to get specific pods. O recommend you ensure coffee and tea for your guests, it’s not that pricey.

• Milena (6/5): Property address is different to the one advertised - It was good enough for very short stay. Good enough location. Property is not located where it claims to be. Correct address is only sent out after you make a booking. It’s about 8 mins walk further away from the city centre. We felt quite cheated because of this, as otherwise would likely choose a different location.
