• Balázs (9/5): Gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. - Sehr komfortable und gut ausgestattetes Apartment, das Gefühl wie zu Hause zu sein trifft hier zu. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, das Apartment war sauber in allen Ecken. Die (Haus)zentrale Klimaanlage hat prima funktioniert, die Fenster isolieren sehr gut (sowohl Temperatur und Lärm). Wer in der nähe des Hauptbahnhofs übernachten möchte, der sollte natürlich nicht über die Lärm der Straße beklagen. Aber die Fenster isolieren gut, nur bei geöffneten Fenster ist dies zu erwähnen. Einzig kleiner Minuspunkt sollte die zu helle "Verdunkelungsvorhang" sein, die mit der Jalousie insgesamt kaum Dunkelheit schaffen.

В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: вентилятор (что было очень кстати в жаркую погоду), посуда, утюг, а также мыло и средство для мытья посуды. Квартира очень чистая, со свежим ремонтом, что создает приятную атмосферу. Расположение просто идеальное – всё в пешей доступности: метро, трамвай, магазины. Рядом находится железнодорожный вокзал, но его близость абсолютно не доставляет дискомфорта, даже с полностью открытыми окнами. Отдельно хочется отметить исключительную гибкость хозяев – наш запрос на время выезда был учтён, что сделало отъезд максимально удобным. Дополнительным бонусом стало то, что хозяева русскоговорящие, что очень удобно, особенно если вы находитесь в Вене. Настоятельно рекомендуем эту квартиру для всех, кто ищет комфортное и удобное жильё! -

• Daniel (10/5): Good value for money - Perfect location, few minutes from Central Station, a Spar store, tram or subway. Very clean, spacious apartment, quiet and cozy. Not so comfortable bed in the living room, even with a toper is not really ok.
• Jose (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent as it is just walking distance from the central station, other transportation and other facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Alex is an accommodating host and the accommodation is well furnished and clean. We will surely book again when we return to Vienna. There was an initial mis communication from booking.com and I was charged for some fees I am not supposed to pay which also leads to cancellation and inconvenience on our airport transfer. However, this mistake was from booking.com and not from the host.
• Pimchanok (10/5): Great place to stay in Vienna! - The room was large for 4 adults and fully equipped. There was everything you need. Feel like staying home. The location was great, just a few steps from the Wien HB (on the platform 9-11...side) and the tram (D line). Overall, the place was wonderful! Highly recommend!!! The building was a little difficult to find in the beginning because the address location was not at the building entrance. But there was a person waiting for our arrival and explained everything about the room. She was very helpful! There was no shampoo and lotion provided. No cleaning service during the stay (4 nights) but the equipments for cleaning were provided upon request.

Mr Alex host of the apartment was very helpful and was there to receive us. The house is spacious for family of four, neat, well maintained and with all necessary amenities. We would love to book this apartment again next time we are in Vienna. The rooms are just as the photos that has been uploaded by the host No compliants

I didn't think to bring my own shampoo as I assumed I could easily buy if needed. But not in Austria on Sunday. But I completely understand that, as an apartment, there’s no obligation to provide shampoo. Overall it was a great stay.

• Robert (9/5): The apartment is a great home away from home and we would recommend it. - The location is right beside the main train station. There is a washer dryer combo. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to public transportation. The balcony was a great place to relax at the end of the day. Air conditioning is a passive system and doesn't really cool the rooms. The host did provide 2 fans to use.

• Mayank (4/5): Great place, great location, great host, but unprofessional behaviour at the check out time. - I liked that the host greeted us personally when we arrived and even agreed to give us a later check out at 11am. In spite of agreeing for a later check out time of 11 am, the cleaning person arrived at 10.24, knocked just once and then proceeded to open door without waiting for us to open the door and then asked us to leave. This is highly unprofessional behaviour. I mean I could have been naked for all I care, and was an invasion of privacy and shouldn't be repeated with any other guest.
• Georgesyg (10/5): A great choice!!! - The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and facilities. Alex is polite, friendly, and professional, always ready to provide helpful information and assistance. He even allowed us to check in earlier than arranged. Our stay was pleasant, and I definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again. The location is also excellent, safe and clean, being opposite the main Vienna central station, very close to Belvedere Palace, markets, restaurants, cafes nearby and with the D tram taking you to the city center in just 15-20 minutes. Nothing negative, excellent apartment, host and area.

It had a fan so it was ok but people come for holiday looking for comfort and relaxation.

Then one mobilephone was left behind on the morning of our departure, we did not realise this until we were at Vienna Central Station. • Celine (10/5): Very nice stay in this flat ! I definitely recommend this place :) - The host met us upon arrival and handed over the key to us. She was very nice and welcoming. The flat is really really close to the train station and that's great if you carry luggage and to be able to leave the flat until the last minute to get your train! There is everything you need in the kitchen to cook something. The flat was quiet and we slept well. For people sensible to light in the morning, it is good to take something to cover the eyes (the curtains do not keep the light away much and it quickly get bright) I found the pillow too big but there was smaller alternative pillow in the wardrobe which did the job well. The flat was a bit too warm at the beginning but we could adjust the heating so this was great.

The apartment is really beautiful, spacious, furnished with quality furniture. Tram is right across the street, U-bahn a few minutes walk. We had a great time.

• Guy (7/5): Vienna Apartments near Hauptbahnhof Wein - Convenient location near the main train station. Although the Underground Train Link [MRT] link is a bit further than expected. Trạm stop locations also available. Clean modern apartment, fully furnished with all conveniences - no complaints about the high quality fit and finish. The whole building is heated well in excess of what I thought is reasonable - perhaps 23 Celsius. The thermostat in the apartment had little effect in bringing temperature to say 18 degrees C. This is more extraordinary given the EU policy of energy saving etc The balcony door opened all day and night helped to moderate the temperature but even this wasn't sufficient. The toilet separate from the bathroom may be a inconvenience to some people but not to others... The pillows are absolutely terrible. Pancake flat. This is an easy fix I hope will be noted.

The lady is very helpful, teach us how to use the stove, washing machine, dish washing machine and help storage our luggage. Easy check in and check out here. airconditoning is not enough for the bedroom. Only enough for the sitting room.

Very warm the kitchen is well equipped the bed is comfortable the balcony is great coz it has window seal great for kids and for less cold 🥶 . The place is right infront of the train and tram station with lots of shops and food. There is a garden in the building with toys and sand boxes for kids. 5min away there is a huge playground, it's perfect for families.

• Elvis (7/5): For 2 days was ok. - Good bed, but I will not recommend it for 4 persons, the couch it’s not for sleeping suitable. it’s really hard TV doesn’t work, seems to be an old problem, I’m not the first one to complain about it. Also the owner doesn’t answer his phone. so if you have a problem you will have no support. I understand that it’s a Booking apartment, but from time to time it should be some repairs done and some paint repairs.
