• shamil gemuev (9/5): we are loved to stay in this apartment, and wouldn't mind coming again - location is exeptionally good, apartment well renovated, stylish and comfortable, there were enoughth seating and sleaping places and two bathrooms for our family of 4 persons were very useful in one of the bathrooms the basin tab wasn't in full operational order and wc was leaking slightly, there was no microwave in the kitchen, sometimes it could come handy , but that is a minor issue

Mieszkanie jest wysokie, z antresolą i wysokimi oknami oraz z widokiem na kanał wenecki. Blisko z przystanku tramwaju wodnego Vaporetto, dopłyniemy linią nr 1 z przystanku S.Marco S.Zaccaria, wysiadamy na Ca' Rezzonico. Odległość mieszkania od przystanku to zaledwie 350m. Lokal jest dosyć dobrze wyposażony pod 2 pary lub max pod 6 osób. Są 2 sypialnie, w tym łóżko na antresoli, pokój z pojedyńczymi łóżkami, 2 łazienki. Jest też salon ze stołem i duża kuchnia. Mieszkanie ma ogrzewanie, klimatyzację i sprawne Wifi, do tego wyposażona kuchnia, łazienki, podstawowa chemia i ręczniki. Noclegiem zarządza uprzejmy gospodarz, który interesuje się potrzebami swoich gości. W razie potrzeby staje na wysokości zadania i pomaga w bieżących problemach. Jeśli będę jeszcze w Wenecji to rozważę ponownie tutaj nocleg, odpowiedni standard w dobrej cenie. Niewygodne łóżko u góry, brakuje uchwytów na ręczniki oraz półek pod prysznicem.

• Besher (8/5): Very good choice for a holiday in Venice - Very good choice to explore Venice. We are a family of five and the accommodation was very good for us. It was still comfortable. There was AC which was a big bonus. Big supermarket was nearby. There was a view at a narrow canal, not a very clean water but still a view! The host was a nice man who was genuinely trying to help make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable Microwave and a toaster could make a big difference. Also, hand wash bottle was empty so two toilets for. 5 people with no hand wash and only very limited supply of toiletries. We had to buy our own shampoo, hand wash and showed gels!
• Slavka (10/5): Great location with the beautiful view on the canal - Great location, beautiful view on the canal from the balcony, near to the each attractions by walk, 7min. walk to vaporeto, 5 min. walk to the Conand shop, where you can buy everything what you need to prepare own food, if you don´t want eat only in the restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, big table in the middle of the main room. Owner will send you all necessary instructions and the rest of instruction is written on the door. I recommend to read them immediately after your arrival, specially the garbage info. Very good communication with the owner, he was always available to answer. Thank you Sebastiano

• Simon (10/5): Comfortable, spacious apartment - Sebastiano was very helpful in providing additional information to get to the place. The apartment was large, clean, light and spacious, and though not far from Campo San Barnaba the location was very quiet. There was a supermarket not far away (the Conad) where we bought something to take back for lunch on a couple of occasions, but we didn't make use of the cooking facilities though the kitchen seemed well equipped.

Good Wifi. Comfortable beds and sofa. Nice kitchen and dining table. It has everything you need. Water tab is difficult to use. But that’s a minor problem.
• Don (10/5): Great apartment on the edge of the tourist area in Venice. - Wonderful apartment a little away from the tourist area but close enough be in the thick of things quickly. It has all you need inside and lots of options with restaurants, cafe's and a small grocery store only a close walk. The washer/dryer either needs to be fixed and have better instructions or be removed.
• Peter (8/5): Great place to stay in Venice! - Great location and great size apartment. A good place for families staying longer than a night in the heart of Venice. Very strict on temperature settings (20 degrees during winter) with warnings on extra charges for electricity if the settings are changed. With this setting, the rooms felt very cool (<20 degrees, especially at night). Thankfully they do provide some heavier blankets, but perhaps owner could reconsider for future guests.
• Ben (5/5): Would return to Venice, but not this apartment. - The property should be great, mezzanine, two bathrooms, large lounge. Washing machine was welcomed The bathrooms were not in good condition, or that clean. They were very small. Flat advertised with ‘free toiletries’ the sort you might find in a two star hotel…. The kitchen had very little equipment (no tea towel, dishwasher didn’t close, worktop was chipped away, chopping board was filthy). The sofa looked like it needed to be thrown away, collapsed and grubby. The aircon had no up to date instructions, and we couldn’t turn heating on. The arrangements for accessing the property weren’t ideal - we arrived at 8/9 pm and had to find our way by google maps - miraculously we did find it - but it wasn’t ideal way to be welcomed to Venice. Overall the apartment was thrown together with mismatched second hand furniture.
• Melissa (5/5): Great location but apartment could do with a good clean - Location was awesome. Host kindly let us drop off bags before check in time. Good space in the living area; good table to sit around. Relatively central location, near some good restaurants; felt safe. It was quite dirty, especially the bathrooms, and the kitchen was quite grubby - and we were left with dirty dish sponge. And one bathroom was super tiny - I am just over 5 ft and I struggled to move in the shower. Not a very well equipped kitchen; no tea towels or anything to dry the dishes. When I requested a teatowel, was told to use a bath towel for dishes instead, which isn't particularly hygienic. Also, was not expecting to drop rubbish to collection point - would be good to make mention of this in the advertisement. Also quite noisy at night - lots of dogs barking. Only the bed in the main room is a proper bed - the others are fold out or stretcher beds. Good for small children, but not good for adults.

We had great communication from the host and directions. It was spacious for a family of 6. 2 bathrooms was great. Excellent cooking facilities.

• Kaitlyn (7/5): Unique experience staying on a Venice canal - The location was beautiful and felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience staying directly on a Venice canal. It was easy to walk to various restaurants, shops, and landmarks. The apartment was clean and spacious. Check-in was fairly easy once we figured out the locks on the gate and doors. We couldn’t figure out how to run the washing machine, as there was no instruction manual provided and the settings were not very user-friendly.

We travelled at the peak of summer and the 3 x A/C units took the edge off, but didn’t quite cool everything down to the level we’re used to…… but we’d still happily go back again!

• Careyruss (10/5): Comfortable apartment and great AC. - Having AC in each room was wonderful for the humid weather of Venice! Use of washing machine with drying racks was great for keeping up with dirty laundry. Accommodated our family of 5 (including 3 teens) very well in terms of sleeping arrangements, two bathrooms, good WiFi, etc. The nearby Conad City market was handy and the Campo Santa Margherita piazza just past the market was a great space with many outdoor cafes away from the many crowds at St. Mark's, Rialto, etc. Evening vaporetto rides were a pleasant way to explore and see the city while avoiding the heat and some of the crowds. If you go to the Ca Rezzonico vaporetto stop, there are no stairs other than the ones inside the apartment building. Shower in the main bathroom was small (many of them are in Europe) but the 2nd bathroom had a slightly larger shower. Be aware it's a 2nd floor apartment so luggage must be taken up stairs.

Lovely neighbourhood with a good selection of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a gelato shop but away from the touristy areas. It was good after a day of sightseeing that we didn't have to venture out far to eat. Great host, good communication throughout stay. • Nariai (10/5): Pleasant Stay in Venezia - The room was more than what I expected. It is very comfortable and well organized/ convenient. Kitchen is also very useful, washing machine helped us a lot even only 2 night-stay, and the location is a bit away from the center so it is quiet at night, yet, we can walk to the nearest piazzale where we can find nice bars and restaurants and supermarket CONADO. Also, one of my favorite bridge ACADEMIA is very close. I do not find anything bad. I highly recommend to stay at this apartment.

• The (10/5): Exactly what we wanted in a quiet neighborhood - This is a perfect location in Venice. away enough to be quiet but near enough to enjoy all that you would like to see in venice. The proximity to the grocery store was so important to us and as an added bonus the GROM gelato was close which is the best in all of Venice. Be sure to use the given directions from the owner to access the property as the google address takes you to a different location. The towels were great and soft, the bedding was excellent and all the access to natural light made me so happy. we were excited to have a gas stove instead of the regular induction tops we run into in many big cities. the view over a quiet canal made my heart sing. The water taste amazing and the rooms are a great size. The location has quick access to the water bus. You wont find a better apartment in Venice at this price. The wifi is exceptionally fast for working and the response rate from the owner is immediate for any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay Under the beds were a little dusty but literally that was the only thing that we ran into. didnt realize we needed to buy garbage bags but thats pretty minor. No other complaints in this quiet neighborhood.

• John (10/5): Great location for Venezia! Stay here! - The apartment was very large and spacious. It was two full bedrooms and then a full loft, with a couch in the living room. Good sized kitchen and full dining table. The location was great - away from too much chaos, but so easy to walk everywhere, from St. Mark's to the train station and everywhere in between. Great choice - great property! There really wasn't much not to like...my only response is as a typical American - the shower was very small, hard to clean your toes, and there wasn't much in the way of soap, shampoo or conditioner.
