Georgi (6/5): Excellent location, dirtier than my own place - The location is great with a lot of options for public transportation and grocery stores. It only takes a 5-minute walk to enter the Prater amusement park, which was great for our kids. The apartment is spacious and host instructions to enter the place were spot on. Given there are 3 places to wash your hands, I was shocked that there was just 1 soap dispenser with about 5 grams of soap left in the toilet. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, as if someone forgot to turn it on. There was no salt, pepper or coffee, even though the kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, Tupperware and appliances. The apartment was visibly dirty, with just the sheets and towels changed after the previous tenants had left. We checked in after 18:00 and since check-out is at 11 am, the host had more than enough time to have it cleaned. On top of that on the day or departure someone just walked in at 10 am to start cleaning. I alerted the host via booking app, that the place is dirty and there is almost no soap, but there was no reply. To finish this, the place has a great view of the Prater, but when you walk out of the door you are struck by the view of a bunch of sheets and towels...

Ilaria (7/5): - La stanza è molto bella. È fornita di piano cottura e la posizione è buona. Non c' erano kit di accoglienza (shampoo/bagnoschiuma). Un po' lenta la comunicazione per avere informazioni sul check in.
Marek (7/5): - Pokoj nebyl připraven pro 6 lidí, 2 postele jsme museli komplet připravit a povléknout, nebylo vůbec uklizeno (špína na podlaze). Všechno nádobí bylo v myčce, kterou jsme museli vyklidit a roztřídit.

Antonie (4/5): Lage top, alles andere naja - Die Lage vom Apartment war toll. UBahn Station ist quasi vor der Haustüre. Check in war super einfach. Sehr problemlos. Bad und Toilette getrennt ist ein Pluspunkt. Die Schlafzimmer sind einigermaßen sauber. Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr mitgenommen. Die Innenrollos hängen runter und sind nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Im Bad löste sich die Armatur vom Waschbecken von der Wand. In der Toilette löste sich die Klorollenhalterung von der Wand. Am Boden im Wohnzimmer haben wir noch Spitzermüll von Stiften gefunden. Der Abfalleimer in der Toilette war von den Vormietern noch voll 🤢 Leider werden nur 2 von den 4 hochgeladenen Bildern veröffentlicht!!! Die Spülmaschine war richtig ecklig. Zur Selbstversorgung ist die Küche zu spärlich eingerichtet. Die Stühle in der Küche haben quasi keinen Bezug mehr, alles bröckelig.
Hanna (5/5): Die Lage ist top, aber die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit hat für diesen Preis sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. - Die Lage war super! Die Wohnung war leider sehr dreckig. Unter den Schränken und hinter der Waschmaschine lag sehr viel Staub. Viele Dinge waren kaputt, zum Beispiel die Wände. Die Nachttischlampen lagen kaputt im Schrank. Auch das Fenster im Wohnzimmer konnte man nicht richtig schließen. Wenn man sich auf die Stühle gesetzt hat, gingen sie noch mehr kaputt, als sie schon waren. Auf dem Balkon lagen Zigarettenstummel. Der Geschirrspüler war bei Ankunft voll.

Nadine (5/5): Perfekter Lage am Prater allerdings mit unzufriedener Ausstattung - Lage gemütliche Betten keine vorhanden Klobürste völlig abgenutzte Möbel Schimmel im Bad keine Kaffeemaschine nicht ausgeräumte Spülmaschine vom Nutzer davor Hatte telefonisch beim Check-In beim Vermieter Hilfe angefordert, da wir den Schlüssel Kasten nicht gefunden hatten, wurde die ganze Aufenthaltsdauer nicht zurückgerufen

Aldo (4/5): Posizione ottima, ma molto sporco. - Posizione perfetta per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. Ambiente molto luminoso e spazioso. Bella vista sulla zona. Una lampadina del bagno non funzionava, quindi buio completo. Molto sporca: pavimento sporco, cucina ed elettrodomestici sporchi, dietro i letti molta polvere, all’esterno dell’appartamento (sulla tromba delle scale e all’entrata) molti escrementi di uccello.
oliver (6/5): Un bel soggiorno ma un appartamento molto sporco. - la posizione è buona , vicino alla stazione di Pratersten, con metro per il centro città a sole 4 fermate, e treni da e per l'aeroporto. L'appartamento è grande e spazioso, ma è molto trasandato e sporco. Pieno di ragnatele, il pavimento sporco, cosi come alcuni cassetti con briciole. Abbiamo anche trovato dei capelli sulle lenzuola. Le ceste della biancheria sono lasciate sul pianerottolo, dove si infilano piccioni e letteralmente defacano sulla biancheria pulita. Un peccato, perchè l'appartamento è anche bello e buono per sette persone, ed è molto bene collegato, ma non c'era neanche una scopa o una spugna e qualche prodotto per pulire, abbiamo dovuto comprare detersivo e spugnette per pulire il tavolo e alcuni ripiani. La maggior parte delle tende oscuranti sono rotte e malfunzionanti. Pessima cura e pulizia.
Tim (6/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt gegenüber vom Prater und nicht weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Die Unterkunft weißt einige Mängel auf wie z.b. Wasserflecken an der Tapete im Bad. Fenster die man nicht richtig schließen kann oder erst gar nicht aufbekommen hat. Die Möbel sind schlicht und nicht hochwertig und weisen teilweise schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Geputzt wurde auch nur halbherzig.Im Gäste Wc fehlt der Spiegel. Die Spühlmaschine war bei unserer Ankunft nichtmal ausgeräumt. Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten.Die Wohnung ist dennoch sehr geräumig und bietet Platz für mindestens 5 Personen. Eine Dachterrasse mit Blick in den Innenhof gibt es auch noch.
Ivelina (8/5): Overall great apartment, great value for the moment. Spacious, cozy apartment. Perfect location. Overall great stay for - Great location! Trainstation and metro are super close. Stores DM and Billa and others are near by. Coffee and breakfast near by in the station. The prater is 5mins walk. All kinds of restaurants just below on the street and in the prater. The apartment is big and very spacious. We were staying 2 adults and 4 kids and there was room for everyone. Some maintance needed to be done. Blinders in two rooms were broken and lights were out in part of the living room.

Michael (7/5): Generally good - Property was large and convieniently located which outweighed the other negative aspects from our stay - Property was extremely spacious and in ideal location. Very well laid out for 4 persons and provided excellent views of the city. Lack of very basic items such as paper towel, soap, cleaner was very inconvenient and annoying as was lack of any responsiveness from property management. Expected amount of wear and tear to property and furnishings. Ultimately went and bought basic items including toilet paper and left them so the next guests would at least have more than nothing.
Heiko (7/5): Great location and acceptable standard for a work stay, but not the place for a family visit. - The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay for a work week. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from transportation hub Praterstern. Amazing city view from this 5th floor apartment. Upon arrival the dishes were not clean and there was no detergent to run the dishwasher. The place was not very clean. Some parts of the place were a bit run down: windows didn't close properly (a bit important for a place with massive traffic outside), some of the blinds were broken and didn't close, the bathroom sink looks a bit shabby.

Estores estragados não isolam a entrada de luz de manhã. Poucos utensílios de cozinha. Falta de resposta à queixa apresentada. É uma pena porque tinha condições para ser muito bom!

Evin her yeri cam dolayısıyla manzarası mükemmel 😍 sigara içiyorsanız balkonu yok ne yazık ki 😞ama binadan çıkınca solda harika bir işletme:Heine's var🍹. Temizlik konusunda eleştirenler olmuş. Havlular ve nevresimler bembeyazdı. Mutfaktaki koltuğu yatak konumuna getirirken altında toz yumağı ve çorap gördüm ama umrumda olmadı 🤐 Viyana'yı gezmeye geldim, evi almıyorum ☺️ 6 kişilik ailemizle, her gün kahvaltıyı, bazı günler akşam yemeğimizi evde yedik. Mutfak eşyaları yetersiz değil aslında,biz çok çeşide alışmışız 🙃 kayık tabak olsa iyi olurdu ama🤪 Viyana'yı keşfetmeye geldiyseniz harika konum. Bizce Viyana'nın tüm bölgelerine ister yürüyerek ister toplu taşıma ile en rahat ulaşım. Karşısında Prater ve metro istasyonu, çok yakında Billa, Spar ve Lidl, Tuna nehrine yakın, merkeze yürüyerek 17dk. Hip kafeler, her bütçeye ve damak tadına uygun restoranlar... Biz her şeyi çok sevdik ❤️

Nessun servizio un solo rotolo di carta in bagno dove per terra era pieno di capelli, i letti sprofondavano non prenotateee assolutamente

Após reclamação, a reposição de básicos em falta foi feita em quantidade. Limpeza muito precária (forno estava imundo). Higiene pouco cuidada (sofá-cama com enorme mancha de sangue). Cozinha com falhas de básicos (não tinha garfos, tinha apenas 3 facas e 2 pequenas panelas). A comunicação com proprietário não foi fácil nem eficaz

Las zonas comunes del edificio estaban sucias y deterioradas. Bolsas de escombros en el hall de entrada y toallas sucias en los pasillos de la planta. El mobiliario del apartamento, sillas del salón y terraza deterioradas. Parte del menaje de cocina estaba sucio. Tostadora llena de pan y la vitrocerámica estaba sucia. La temperatura de la ducha era imposible de regular, o muy fría o muy caliente.

Laia (6/5): Bien para un par de días - Tiene un metro y una estación de tren grande justo enfrente. Tiene cocina y la cama de la habitación es cómoda (el sofá cama no es nada cómodo). Para 2 está bien, para 4 si es una noche o dos pasable por el precio… la llave la cogimos nosotros mismos con un código. También tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado, cosa que se agradece mucho Estaba sucio (tanto el apartamento como los utensilios de cocina). Las sillas y sartenes se podrían cambiar, condiciones bastante malas. Añado fotos. No había ninguna bolsa de basura ni papel del vater.

Fabrizio232323 (3/5): Need renovation and poor customer support - Nice location central and close to public transport First of all we arrived and the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes, as well as the toilet was not clean. Chairs are falling apart which led to pièces of leather all over the floor (no vacuum in the apartment). Blinds are also broken and it's not possible to close them. The sofa bed is quite old and falling apart too. Customer service only reply during working hours so no reply after 6pm. We contacted them for the following issues but nothing has been done. We receive an email saying a reimbursement will be made but so far no news... Also read the comment carefully since in the reviews there are several apartments from the same owner and some of them are ok whilst others like this one are not.

Stefan (5/5): Lage top. Wohnung naja - Die Lage ist Top Schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Sauberkeit naja. Vom Vormieter waren noch Brösel in der bestecklade. Spinnennetze in den Ecken. Unterm Bett war der Staubsauger schon lange nicht mehr. Vom Elektro-schaltkasten fällt die Türe raus. Die Zeit bleibt da auch stehen weil keine Batterie in der Uhr ist. Sessel sind Katastrophe. Da bröselt das Kunstleder ab,….. Schade eigentlich. Wäre sicher eine bessere Bewertung ansonsten möglich.
Mariangela (9/5): - Ottima posizione vicino alla metro e alla stazione ferroviaria; appartamento bello e spazioso con una vista stupenda. Siamo arrivati alle ore 15 per il check in ma l'appartamento non era ancora pronto, e siamo entrati alle 16.
Gaglioti (9/5): Impeccabile! - La struttura è proprio come in foto, anzi forse anche più bella. Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate benissimo, i letti comodissimi e la vista fuori mozzafiato. La posizione in città è davvero centrale, il che ha reso tutto più facile per noi che non avevamo macchina. Proprio sotto l’appartamento c’è un supermercato dove poter fare la spesa, c’è vicino il MC, la stazione per spostarsi e il parco divertimenti dove ci siamo andate più volte a piedi. Unica pecca il fatto che le tapparelle della mia camera erano rotte e non potevo chiuderle per poter non far entrare luce il mattino presto. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto.

Overall, it was comfortable and well-suited for our stay. The dining chairs and the sofa in the living room are worn out and could be replaced. The dishwasher was not working from day one. We reported the issue immediately, both by phone and via Booking messages. We were told someone would come to fix it, but no one showed up and there was no follow-up for the remaining five days of our stay.
Виктория (7/5): - Квартира очень просторная, удобные кровати. Большой обеденный стол. Очень подробные инструкции как попасть в квартиру. Через дорогу станция метро и большой продуктовый магазин. Рядом парк атракционов. Не было элементарных вещей - таких как туалетная бумага, мыло, чем мыть посуду. Из приборов были только большие ложки и пару маленьких, ни одной вилки. Только кастрюля, сковороды не было. Душ просторный, но шланг протекает.
