La proximite des commerces et restaurants est un plus non négligeable. Un petit jardinet très sympa pour prendre le petit déjeuner si le temps le permet. Très bon accueil. • Natalie (9/5): Beautiful apartment, beautiful facilities, lovely owners. - This is a beautiful modern apartment with all facilities. Plenty of cleaning products, coffee and creature comforts are provided. Pietro welcomed us and showed us how to use appliances, where the good places to eat are, etc. The sheets had a mouldy smell as though they’d been left in the washing machine for too long. My first night was impacted by this as I’m highly sensitive to smells and was unable to sleep. The owners were lovely and provided new sheets the next day. The new sheets were less musty, but still a little. We only stayed the two nights, so didn’t have reason to follow up further.

• Sue (10/5): Stylish apartment in great location - Lovely stylish apartment in great location with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within a short walking distance. We had great communication with Claudia and Federico who set us up in a WhatsApp group which was full of useful information and tips about the city. Federico met us on arrival, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. We only stayed for a couple of nights but the apartment is so well equipped and comfortable it is the ideal base for a longer stay. There is a lovely small garden which is perfect for sitting out at breakfast or for an early evening drink. We would love to stay at Ca’ Corte San Rocco again and highly recommended it. Nothing

• Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful, clean modern property for a stay in Venice - The apartment was wonderful. Everything was just as he would hope it would be. The accent lighting was an extra bonus as well. There was even laundry and air-conditioning, which was really appreciated since it was super hot while we were there. We really liked the neighborhood, it isn’t a busy bustling tourist neighborhood as much as the rest of Venice, it was nice and quiet and relaxed. Really I can’t think of anything to complain about

Located in a charming area near San Rocco, it was easy to reach many of the city’s highlights on foot, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing at the end of each day. The attention to detail in the space made it feel like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Venice. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting!
