• Melani (10/5): Tolles Appartement in einer sehr sehr schönen Umgebung. - Das Haus und das Appartement sind ein Traum! Auf dem Balkon hat man morgens bis abends Sonne. Es fehlt an nichts bei der Ausstattung und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und herzlich. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
• Estrellita (8/5): Het was een heerlijk verblijf met prachtig uitzicht op het schone dorp! - Heerlijk ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Sonnenhof ligt toch wat ver t.o.v. de piste; je moet met de bus of auto gaan.

• Miguel (9/5): Recomendable 100% - A pesar de llegar tarde no tuvimos problema en entrar ya que nos dejaron las llaves en un sobre cerca de la casa. Apartamento completo, limpio y acogedor. Las vistas al valle desde la terraza son espléndidas. Aunque hizo frío, dentro se estaba muy a gusto. No tiene microondas

• Dan Mann (6/5): Extra fee charging - The room was very big with amaizing view. The hosrs was very nice anf helpfull I was charged on extra 85 euros on cleanig. I do not remember on time that some one from the staff entered to our apoartment and clean anything. We do the cleaning by our selves.
• Abdulrahim (8/5): - Location was excellent, in city area, walking distance to Spar and bakery, One of the best views in Alpbach. Balcony is around the apartment, 3 different views. Thanks to Mrs. Margret for her taxi reservation assistance. Needs more cleaning attention, kitchen utensils are not that much due to limited storage and space, cooking pots no covers. Small kitchen. Laundry machine with charges €6 per wash, I believe it should be free for guests as long as the rental is paid, should be part of rental, as stated in booking.com as available laundry machine. You put €6, you don’t use the dryer you loose €3. Bathrooms: one only toilet, one toilet and bath the other spacious one only washing sinks and bathtub, unfortunately, no curtains. Garbage can be disposed in the main big garage, use your apartment key to access to it. Beds and furniture outdated, pillows are so soft and not comfortable.

• Joerg (7/5): Great - Our neighbor same floor were big smokers, so instead of enjoying the fresh mountain air we had to keep balcony door closed all the time . A non smoking policy in the house plus balcony would be necessary

• Neil (10/5): Perfect - Amazing location and a brilliant property. Views over the mountains and really nice hosts. We were there for walking not skiing in April and lots of trails to access and some great mountain days for us and our dog. The property is also super dog friendly! Nothing at all

Recommended but warning about washing machine - We liked the view from the apartment, well equipped kitchen, nice sunny terrace, location close to skibus, supermarket and hiking trail. Room for ski storage and drying. The host was very helpful and friendly! Washing machine is in common area and you need to pay 6€ for one laundry (paid in 1€ coins only) that is a big inconvenience. Furniture in the living room is used too much and could be refreshed/exchanged.

Great location in this stunning alpine village. Not for anyone who struggles with walking up steep slopes or stairs!

• Louise (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment with stunningly beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding valley. Spacious and well equipped with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Close to the centre of the town and only a few minutes walk (down-hill!) to a lovely bicycle café serving breakfast.
