- sivaramakrishnan (8/5): - Superb location right on Lara beach, good whatsapp support. All that we need in the house was available and the views from the house are amazing. Very accomodating as we got early check in and late check out. The hot water tank could have been a little bigger, we were 7 and it got over by the 4th shower. In one bathroom the shower mixer needs replacing. Also having carpets in the balcony is a bad idea, the balcony never dried out after the rain.

The views from all the balconies were amazing, particularly the one where we could see the Lower Duden falls. The water temperature does not stay consistent when using the shower, but thats understandable. We did not have a bread toaster.

- Elvira (9/5): insgesamt ein sehr stimmiger Ort - Unsere Unterkunft war im 10. Stock in einer kreativ gestalteten Wohnung - alles da - Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Balkon, grosses Wohnzimmer. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei Fragen kam die Antwort im Nu. In 5 Minuten war man am Strand oder auf der anderen Seite gab es genügend Möglichkeiten in der Nähe einzukaufen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert Die Wohnung lag in der Flugschneise - alle paar Minuten hör- und sichtbar

Der größte Ärger war, dass die Sauna zwar in der Wohnung aber nicht einsatzbereit ist. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns auch erklärt sie sei nicht Teil der Buchung obwohl dies aus den Buchungsunterlagen hervorgeht. Sie dient als Abstellkammer. Sie war ein Entscheidungsgrund für die Wohnung. Die Wohnung im 12. Stock hat viele Mängel (Fenster im Bad und Terrassentür lassen sich kaum schließen, 1 Zimmer ist finster weil der Rolladen nicht geöffnet werden kann, 1 Rolladen im Wohnraum ebenso). Nachttischlampen sind nur Attrappen weil es keine Steckdosen gibt.) Da wir nicht ständig Handwerker oder Personal während unserer Abwesenheit im Apartment haben wollten haben wir nicht alle Mängel gemeldet. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, aber verbesserungswürdig (Backblech ist z.B. zu groß für den Ofen). Auf den Terrassen fällt die Verkleidung von den Trägern und es sieht entsprechend abgewohnt aus, ebenso in einem Schlafzimmer. Sehr ärgerlich war auch das fehlende Warmwasser - nach sehr langem Warten kommt ein lauwarmes Rinnsal aus der Dusche. Leider haben wir erst im Nachhinein gelesen, dass seit November 2024 einige Bewertungen dieses Problem schildern.

Często strach je otworzyć, bo wypadało z zawiasów, jak i również drzwi balkonowe. - Słabe wifi. W prawie każdym pokoju brak zasięgu wifi po zamknięciu drzwi. - Dużym minusem były uporczywe remonty, które odbywały się za ścianą - Według mojej oceny cena nie adekwatna jak za taki apartament. - Prysznic na górze przeciekał, ponieważ silikon był w złym stanie. Woda wylewała się poza prysznic. - Średni stan techniczny przedmiotów ogólnie w apartamencie.
- Евгений (9/5): Прекрасный вид на море и на город - Из окон открывается великолепный вид на море. Интерьер апартаментов очень красивый. В апартаментах есть кухня со всем необходимым, самое главное для нас это гриль!! Большая кровать с удобным матрасом, большой, работающий телевизор. Возникли проблемы с WI-FI и captive порталом, который используется у них для всех апартаментов, но нам удалось решить проблему самостоятельно, персонал не смог помочь. На мини-террасе можно отлично «почиллить» с кофе или завтраком по утрам. В обеих комнатах есть кондиционеры, не шумные. Персонал отвечал на любые просьбы. Видимо из-за высокого расположения, так как апартаменты располагаются на последнем этаже дома, возникли постоянные проблемы с горячей водой. Как бы персонал не пытался устранить эту проблему, так и не удалось нормально принять душ. Струйки воды хватает только чтобы помыть посуду. Но с холодной водой на удивление проблем не было. При заселении оказалось довольно грязные полы и ковровые покрытия, пришлось дополнительно пропылесосить. В душе была разбита лейка, которую по просьбе заменили. В анкете было указано, что есть частный пляж. На самом деле в прошлом году его предоставляли и он был включён в проживание, но с этого года больше не предоставляют. Хотя мы с полной уверенностью полагали, что у нас будет доступ к пляжу и отчасти поэтому снова выбрали этот вариант размещения.

The owner was kind enough to let us check out late . No noise from airplanes or neighbors. Nothing
- Danilmogwai (10/5): Отлично! - Апартаменты просторные и чистые, расположены на 3 этаже (если считать по-турецки). Окна ориентированы на восток на зеленую зону и с террасы немного видно кусочек моря. Имеется много посуды - тарелки, кружки, бокалы, чашки, все столовые приборы, кастрюли и сковородки. Плита, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина и чайник работают отлично. Интернет работает нормально, я мог работать удаленно. Спальные места удобные, все постельные принадлежности и полотенца чистые. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. В общем я всем доволен. Спасибо! Не было штопора для вина :>
- Diana (5/5): - The hosts were really friendly. Nobody came to clean for 6 days, the towels had stains, the door in the bedroom couldn't close, there was rust in the bathroom and nothing was particularly clean overall. The pool was at another property at another street and it was also realy dirty.

- Mikhail (8/5): - The location is very good 5 minutes walk to the sea and the apartment has everything one would need for a stay like a good air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, fridge, nice balcony etc. It is not new, the window has a crack, and no hooks for towels in the bathroom, table on the balcony is quite old and not the best mattress.

- tran (8/5): Fint leilighet nær strand. - Kort vei til strand. Leilighetene var fine, men mikroovnen funket ikke. Sengene var harde å ligge. Problemer med solseng og parasoll ved stranda. Det er gratis for gjestene, men da vi kom til stranda nektet de ansatte ved restauranten oss solsenger og parasoller enda vi sa vi er gjester ved Lara Suites. En gang tok en ansatte fra oss to av stolene uten å forklare oss hvorfor.

Очень хорошие администраторы, помогали со всеми вопросами Квартира намного меньше 120 квадратов (80 квадратов где-то). В одной спальне нет розетки с одной стороны, даже прикроватную лампу не подключить. Спальни очень маленькие, нельзя было чемодан открыть и положить. Очень тусклое освещение в квартире, WiFi рассчитан на одного человека и постоянно обрывается

Friendly staff, quick response to our questions All was good, but it would be nice to have some rooms with twin beds rather than double. But this is a minor point :)
- Daniil (5/5): The worst stay in Turkey - The stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Apartment on photos looks much better then in reality. Area surrounding the apartment block is not well maintained. When we checked into the apartment the floor was quite dirty and apartment had a cigarette stink. The carpet was stained and had a hole burned by a cigarette.Also, the check in process was poorly organised. No one meet you at the apartment block entrance and you have to go to another hotel which is 300 meters away and this is something that you don’t want to do with your luggage. Location was quite disappointing as well.

- Matthias (10/5): - We rented the largest Lara Suite that sleeps 13. This is a penthouse that occupies the top two floors of an apartment building. The penthouse includes four porches that face the Mediterranean, an adjacent open space park, and provide views to the Düden Waterfall. It is one block walk to the beach, bus stops, and markets. Guests can use the swimming pool at the Lara Hotel and a private beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and attractive. The staff was friendly and attentive. Staying here was wonderful for our extended family: highly recommend.

- Mangesh (9/5): brilliant & reinvigorating stay - Spacious, clean and well decorated flat on the second floor of an apartment block. Well appointed kitchen with good set of crockery and reasonable gadgets. A functioning lift & Air-conditioning in the flat that worked well added to the experience. Plenty of car parking, nearby grocery stores and a private beach within 300 meters added to the excellent experience that we had. Highly recommended. Some glitches during the key collection. The reception is actually about 5 minutes walk from the location of the block of flats where we stayed. And we drove to the flat using the sat-nav only to find the building entrance locked with no reception in site. Luckily another tourist walked out at the same time and directed us to the location of the reception. If there are pictorial reminders / directions to the reception at the entrance door, it will help the tired travellers.
- Khosrowshahi (10/5): Definitely recommend for large groups - The place is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice furniture and exactly like photos. It has everything needed and a lot of utensils. Beautiful views from all the balconies. Convenient location close to public transport and taxi. Friendly and cooperative host. They provided everything that we asked and were flexible regarding check-in and check-out time. Definitely recommend it and will book again.
