- Ekin (3/5): Not very happy about it but I had to. - I liked the location, it was a chill place! The bathroom only had one door so it would not close, always leaking water out. Hot water was only there for 5-10 minutes after that it turned ice cold.
- Dayna (8/5): Modern apartment in Antalya - Upon arrival we were given the wrong room and no amount of persuasion/ proof was getting it corrected. Next day owner moved us. The apartment ( once in the correct one was fine). There are many grocery stores at the end of the block. Note: the incorrect apartment that we were given is one that has no pictures of at all on the Booking site. The ‘living room/ kitchen area’ is as wide as one arm chair and that’s all that’s in it. I will attach the photos. This was not the room with the sofa as shown on the site so make sure to clarify because I had to insist repeatedly and show the description line that said sofa to get the room changed. Also note the patio area is communal. Otherwise the stay was great and there was plenty of signage making it super easy to find and although only Turkish is spoken by staff/ owners the owners were helpful. I would likely rent here again. The shower door is missing have so water went everywhere. They were very demanding in the way they wanted the apartment left for check out regarding cleanliness which was unnecessary as no one would leave dirty dishes / garbage etc. It wasn’t the ask but the way it was asked.
- Alex (8/5): - Casa ampia e spaziosa. Fornita di tutto il necessario . Posizione non centrale ma comoda per la spiaggia a mezz'ora di camminata e mezz'ora di bus per il centro storico. Staff sorridente. Bicchieri e piatti non erano puliti e c'erano capelli in giro. Per un cambio lenzuola bisogna pagare 25€, quando basterebbe lasciare un cambio lenzuola nell'appartamento.

- Serhii (10/5): Чудове місце для відпочинку, рекомендую! - Чудове, атмосферне помешкання! Видно, що господарі вклали душу в кожну деталь інтер’єру. У номері було все необхідне для комфортного проживання: від кухонного приладдя до пральної машини, розташовано в тихому районі де поблизу є магазин и кафе бари, до пляжу 20-25 хвилин пішки на такси 5-10 хв. поруч автобусна зупинка. Співвідношення ціна/якість на вищому рівні. Особливо хочеться відзначити персонал — надзвичайно привітні та професійні люди, які готові допомогти в будь-який момент.Велике дякую за гостинність! Спрацьовувала инколи пожарна тривога, и був один момент, приблизно 10-15 хвилин не було електричного струму.

If the connectivity and low upload speeds were - The apartments themselves are well-maintained and located in a solid, convenient neighborhood in Antalya. The units are generally clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stovetop, which is great for a long-term stay. The staff and management are friendly and professional. 1. Poor Soundproofing & External Noise The soundproofing is quite weak. Since my stay overlapped with Ramadan, I was woken up nearly every day around 4:00-4:20 AM by the loud bells/noises from outside 2. Unreliable Internet (Major Issue) This was the biggest drawback for me. Despite the apartments not being fully occupied, the internet performance was very poor and inconsistent. During peak times—specifically lunch, evenings, and nights—the connection frequently drops. During these "stoppages," the upload speed plummeted to below 1 Mbps, accompanied by high ping and severe jitter.

- Eric (9/5): - Check in was easy. Oven and gas stove were great to have for cooking meals over our stay. The cookware was nice too! Owner seemed sweet in our limited interactions. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. It's in a quiet area. We did not realize that the water heater tank needed to be heated up for an hour or so before initially having access to hot water, which was a bit frustrating when we went to go use the shower. Don't forget to turn up the dial when you check into your room! The sheets were a bit small for the bed, so they kept slipping off in the night.

- Podanev (10/5): - все понравилось, апартаменты как апартаменты, жили, готовили, сами убиральсь, на ресепшене хорошие люди, всегда помогут, подскажут. ничего плохого сказать не могу. в следующий раз так же выберу эти апартаменты. плюс там район хороший, тихий, рядом есть пару вкусных мест с локальной кухней. пляж далековато, но нам было в пользу гулят, так что и это не было проблемой.
- Mikhail (6/5): Хорошие апартаменты, но с уставшим наполнением - Отличное расположение в 20 минутах ходьбы от моря, вокруг много магазинов и булочных. По вторникам рядом работает рынок, где можно купить прекрасные фермерские продукты по выгодным ценам. В CarrefourSA чуть дальше по большой улице продают свежую рыбу. Сами апартаменты просторные, быстрый интернет, нет проблем с горячей водой, есть даже духовка, персонал в целом отзывчивый. Место не шумное, если другие гости не шумят, то там тихо. Таксопарк с которого приезжают такси по Яндексу находится буквально за углом, по городу ценник в пределах 300 рублей. Неподалеку есть остановка трамвая, который едет в центр города. На шоссе останавливаются автобусы идущие в Сиде, или на пляжи района Лара. Приезжали уже во второй раз. Были в июле 2024-го. Тогда нас встретили совершенно свежие апартаменты, где все было замечательно, но кое-что за это время изменилось. В этот раз нас ждало постельное в сильных катышках, очень уставшая лейка душа, сломанный фен (в альтернативу которому персонал предоставил еще один сломанный). В плите не было газа (но баллон заменили за пять минут после просьбы). Одна из ламп в комнате не горела. Кроме того будьте готовы, что если окна ваших апартаментов выходят во двор, вам будет задувать сигаретный дым с пожарной лестницы, на которой устроены места для курения, кроме того дверь на эту лестницу будет заставлять все здание содрогаться. Очень быстро хороший апарт-отель стал уставшим, хотелось бы пожелать, чтобы за состоянием всего следили лучше. А для гостей — запасайтесь туалетной бумагой, ее тут не предоставляют)

- Olga (9/5): С удовольствием вернусь сюда ещё) - Отель в тихом жили районе, рядом зелёный сквер с детскими площадками и фонтанами. В соседних зданиях сетевые магазины Bim и Шок, чуть дальше - А101. В 10 минутах ходьбы большой базар по четвергам. Так что проблем с продуктами и хозяйственной мелочевкой нет. До моря - пол часа пешком. В номере вся необходимая техника, разве что микроволновки нет. Остальное, вплоть до посудомойки, стиральной машинки, пылесоса и утюга есть. Есть вся необходимая посуда для одного или небольшой семьи. Постельное белье и полотенца - прилично "уставшие" Можно было бы чуть лучше вымыть полы перед заездом - впечатление, что мыли не слишком чистой водой. С другой стороны, наличие пылесоса меня впечатлило, по моему это большой плюс для самостоятельных путешественников при длительном проживании.

Тихо, в апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания. Нам нравится район, он спокойный и безопасный, рядом магазины, булочная, рынок, тренажерный зал. Были немного разочарованы тем, что за 4 года (с нашего последнего посещения) все очень устарело, чувствуется усталость мебели и техники, на диване были какие-то пятна, а вода в душе не уходила в слив полностью, а застаивалась. Нам очень нравится этот вариант размещения, но из-за старения мебели и техники, которые почему-то не меняют, наверное, будем присматривать и другие варианты в следующий раз..

- dgnsk (9/5): Good price for value - Everything was like in the photos, room was spacious and with new furniture. The area is quiet and safe. There is a free car parking space in front of the building. All markets and shops are very close. You can reach center or Konyaalti beach by car or taxi in 10-15 minutes. I recommend this place. Bathroom is okay but it needs a renovation to bring a more quality atmosphere to the flat. It could be nice to have a balcony but not a big deal. You can choose this place for a good stay in Antalya center.

- Şafak (5/5): Kiralamadan önce mutlaka okuyun. - Read before renting. - Klima - Sessiz Air Conditioner - Quiet Antalyada tatil için uzun süre kalacağımızdan uygun fiyatlı apartman kiraladığımızı düşünürken kapıyı açtığımızda hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Ev hiç de fotograflardaki gibi değildi. Evde halı yoktu, giymek için tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu. Dolapların ayarları bozulmuş kapanmıyordu, tül perde yırtıktı. Banyo çok eskiydi, duş başlığı kararmıştı ve değiştirmeye özen göstermemişlerdi. Duş aldığımızda su klozete dogru akıyordu. Giderler sürekli kokuyordu. Duşun içi pisti. 3 defa kaynar suyla yıkadık. Eski ve pis olma hissi geçmedi. Banyoda bir tane zayıf ışığı kullanmak zorundasınız. Geldigimiz gun çeyrek rulo tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Birkaç gün sonra gece vardiyasındaki beyefendiden tuvalet kağıdı istedik vermedi. Yalnızca girişte bir tane veriliyormuş. Tuvalet kağıdı yok, kağıt havlu yok, sabunluğa su karıştırılmıştı. Havlular delik, kanepe lekeliydi. Çamaşır makinesi var diye kiraladık, çalışmıyordu, ertesi gün elektrikçileri apartmanda beklemek zorunda kaldık dışarıya çıkamadık. Böyle bir ortamda eşyalarımızı bırakmak istemedik. Doğal gaz yoktu anlaşılabilir ama tüplü ocak beklemiyorduk. Ocağın da çakmağı çalışmıyordu. Servis edilen kahvelerin son kullanma tarihi geçmişti. Zaten tamirini beklediğimiz çamaşır makinesinin de içi dışı paslı ve kapkaraydı. Nevresimler sağdan soldan toplama gibi rengarenklerdi. İster bir gün kalın ister bir ay yedek nevresim yok, kendiniz yıkayıp kurumasını beklemek zorundasınız. Bütün kaldığımız sürede tek gördüğümüz iyi yanı klimalarının olması ve çalışmasıydı. Önden ödemeli ve iptal seçeneği olmadığı için mecbur katlandık. Sadece 1-2 günlük yatak istiyorsanız kiralayabilirsiniz. Her ne kadar ismi “suits” olsa da sıradan kiralık evlerden bir farkı yok. Hizmet de yok. Dairenin temizliğini isterseniz (normal otellerde 2 günde bir yapılan, çarşafları değiştirilen, tuvalet kağıdı ve havluları yenilenen) 2500 TL odemelisiniz. Buna Yukarda saydıklarımın dahil olduğunu bile düşünmüyorum.

- Nataliia (9/5): - Отель находится на тихой улице, номера со всеми удобствами, в номере отличный интернет. Расположение для тех, кто приехал ради моря - не самое удачное, 40 мин пешком, можно подъехать на автобусах, но по расписанию они ездят чуть ли не раз в час.

What I liked most was how everything is close by – shops just around the corner, and the beach is only a 5-minute ride away by taxi, which is also very affordable. The staff is extremely helpful and kind – always ready to assist if anything is needed. The rules and terms of stay are clear and easy to understand, which made the whole experience smooth. The rooms were a pleasant surprise – high-quality furnishings, especially considering the reasonable price. Everything you might need is there, from air conditioning to a well-equipped kitchenette. Overall, it’s clean, comfortable, and convenient. I definitely recommend this place! While staying in Sare Suites Downtown you can rest comfortably after a whole day of sightseeing! There was no thing that I didn't like. If I were to suggest something, I'd say that if the price for room service would be cheaper, more people would pay for it. Moreover its essential to keep the room or bathroom clean and hygienic.

Очень сыро, плесень, вещи не высохали. Утром просыпаешься а вся постель мокрая от влажности. И вещи в шкафу тоже. По удобствам в номере было почти всё, но заявленной косметики для душа не было. Полотенца очень старые. Просили заменить номер на другом этаже - отказались, сказали что все номера заняты, хотя заезды были каждый день, без права выбора номера.

- Nurmadi (9/5): Отличная кваритира по цена/качество - Просторная чистая квартира с собственной кухней. Полное сответствие по фото и описанию. Отличный вариант для тех кто ищет квартиру. Нам очень понравилось. Мы выбирали квартиру, а не отельный номер, поэтому претензий к сервису у нас не было. Но кому нужно чтобы меняли белье и проводили уборку, сразу предупреждаю что это можно сделать только за отдельную цену. До пляжа дойти не так просто, но мы это знали при выборе этого отеля. Стиральная машина работала хорошо, однако в день перед вылетом не работал отжим и вещи остались мокрыми.

Отличная кровать. Хорошо выспались. Ванная комната немного пошарпанная, но пойдёт. Тихий район, рядом хорошие магазины и кафе, а также остановки общественного транспорта. Очень хорошее место.

Отзывчивые работники 😊 помогли организовать трансфер в аэропорт рано утром, за нами приехал очень приятный мужчина. Чудесный двор, где можно посидеть вечером. До пляжа пешком примерно 30-35 минут. Были ванные принадлежности и дополнительно туалетная бумага. Мч останавливались на 3 ночи втроем. Но в идеале номер лучше подойдет для двоих или двух взрослых и ребенка. Отсутствие балкона и то, что вода в душевой плохо смывается (

Первый раз встретили,чтобы в Турции была бытовая химия и соль в аппаратах) обычно всегда пусто. Внизу ресепшн, все дружелюбные. При заезде один из кондиционеров сломался, уже на след день его починили пока нас не было. Так и должны решаться проблемы Далековато до пляжа, 30-35 минут пешком. Но это мы так выбрали,не минус отеля, конечно. На тв только турецкие каналы, без ютуба.

Номер полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Доброжелательный персонал. Также помогли сориентироваться по городу и где выгодно обменять деньги. - Natalia (10/5): Великолепно и замечательно! - Это самые замечательные апартаменты, которые я когда либо встречал в мире. В квартире есть абсолютно все и чувствуешь себя как дома. Есть утюг, гладильная доска, соль, немного чая, кофе и сахара на первое время, таблетки для посудомоечных машин, сушилка, много посуды для приготовления пищи, полотенца, новая губка. Для мытья посуды и средство для мытья посуды. Постельное белье можно самостоятельно постирать, за сутки все сушится очень быстро. Обычно в других квартирах этого нет или чего- то не хватает и приходится просить. В этих апартаментах есть все. Есть небольшая терраса для тех кто курит. На первом этаже есть мини- библиотека на разных языках ( как плюс для тех, кто изучает иностранные языки). WiFi отлично ловит на всей территории. Есть маленький двор, где можно поесть на открытом воздухе или выпить кофе. Кондиционер работает отлично, и не дует прямо на кровать, что очень хорошо в жару июня. Апартаменты идеальны для длительного проживания. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть 2 супермаркета Şok и BİM. Расположение прекрасное- тихая улица, рядом парк с фонтанами, детские площадки. До моря прямо по улице 20 -30 минут не спеша. До банкоматов АТМ идти пешком 15-20 минут. Хозяева очень приветливые и гостеприимные. По желанию, могут отвезти в аэропорт за дополнительную плату. Мы желаем хозяевам удачи, процветания в делах и легкой работы. Такого нет

We only spent one night here as we needed a place to stay for the night, they gave us an apartment in the basement which was very hot and humid. Dishes were dirty and blankets were dirty as well and had stains on them. The bedding had a bad smell. As soon as we got there, the power went out for a few hours so no air conditioning for the most part. We honestly couldn't wait to get out of there. Was not worth the money for one night.

Хорошое место расположения, близко трамвай и автобусы, рынок и магазины до моря 15 минут. Работники заранее вызвали нам такси в аэропорт и провели нас. Мы остались очень довольны
- Eduard (8/5): - Приветливый персонал, легко найти отель. Надо отдать должное, белье было чистое, а все матрасы и подушки были дополнительно защищены от "протечек". Все функционировало (плита, холодильник, кондиционер и пр). До 12 ночи относительно шумно на улице (если спать с открытыми окнами). Также, если отбросить соотношение цена качество, а придираться, то все же хотелось бы чуть чище диван. Не особо понравилось то, что мы должны были жить в номере с выходом на террасу и с двумя комнатами, но к дате заезда ремонт не закончился и нас поселили в два одноместных номера (за те же деньги).

Absolutely will get back again.
- OLEG (10/5): - Апартаменты понравились, соответствует описанию и фото, чисто, уютно, продумано для удобства. Есть все, что может понадобиться путешественнику, твердый вайфай. Отель расположен на тихой улочке, бесплатная парковка под окном, 2 минуты магазины BIM и SOK, ресепшн 24/7. До Калеичи можно прогуляться пешком (40 мин.). Отличный выбор, рекомендуем!
- Tamara Alexandra (4/5): - Nos dejaron realizar el check in antes . Las fotografias corresponden a la habitacion otorgada. Queda cerca de varios supermercados y una excelente panaderia. El baño estaba sucio con marcas de excremento si que mal ...... se nota que no hicieron bien la limpieza . Ademas tiene un mal olor a humedad. Antes de llegar al alojamiento te envian un detalle de las normas que debes seguir y al finalizar el check out te piden que saques tu la basura .

- Jennifer (7/5): - It was great to have an apartment with cooking facilities and a washing machine. It is a little bit out of central Antalya but if you have a car this is no problem. There is public transport about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There is a supermarket on the corner. They have a lift. There were a few small equipment issues but these were brought to the property's attention and they have said they will rectify them.

Everything you need is in the room - a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything for washing, 2 air conditioners, an equipped kitchen. The room itself is quite large, there are panoramic windows. Pretty good corridor audibility
