• Alena (4/5): Expected more from such a highly rated place - outdated and dirty - Great location and good upfront communication. Good gym and nice pool. I run a couple airbnbs and have never really complained about anything, but this was just too much. It started with that early check in would only been possible at specific hourly rate (we ended up getting a day stay at a hotel near by). I searched for good reviewed properties and this came up in a great location, just to find it dated, smelling of smoke and dirty. There was mold in both bathrooms, the couch was very dirty (covered with a blanket) and one of the mattresses (in the smallest/extra room) was stained heavily. The host arranged another cleaning, but afterwards it didn't really look different than before. The toilet water supply in one bathroom leaked and the shower in the master bedroom didn't drain. Host was responsive and sent someone to repair - no change to either of the problems afterwards. We only stayed 4 nights and had that many disruptions. I asked for some sort of discount/reimbursement for all these issues but was only offered a late check out which wasn't needed as we had to leave early due to further travel plans. So, despite the great location, wouldn't recommend.

• Ari (8/5): It was a good stay for a short trip to Bangkok especially during the NYE. - The apartment was modern, pristine, and spacious. Everything works and accessible. The property itself is great, but the communication was a bit challenging. Even though the property manager was responsive, whenever I had questions and issues that required more hands on solution, I had to send a separate message via email instead of via Booking.com (which couldn’t allow me upload photos). So the whole communication was a bit more complicated than necessary. The check in and getting into the apartment required a lot of steps, so again it could have been much simpler especially if you’ve had a long flight.

• Biplove (1/5): Highly distressing start of a family holiday and feeling trapped as advance payments were done. Booking.com’s due dilige - Location (1) There is a constant foul smell from the bathroom which seems to be a structural issue. The smell permeates the entire property and makes the bathroom unusable. The owner’s strategy is to supply air freshners. That only makes it worse and may even cause breathing issues. (2) The main bedroom mattress is extremely worn out and does not support the back. (3) The pillows are quite high and hard to sleep on. (4) it is a ground floor property which means even if you open the doors briefly all kinds of insects especially mosquitoes will come in. (5) one bedroom is quite small and both lack any view being on the ground floor. (6) The owner supplied one tower per room for 6 days: extras are charged but annoying. Housekeeping, extra duvet et al is all charged and is simply annoying to keep paying and is available after a time lag. (7) There was not even a single drinking bottle of water when we checked in at the night despite early notice. Even if it is not complimentary, mineral water is a no brainer which people will gladly pay for but should be made available. At least 2 bottles should be available. (8) The owner NEVER shows ups. NO ONE shows up to help if you face any issues. One of the bathroom was leaking when I came but it took 3 days to fix.

It was completely worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Latest check out time was 11:00 and earliest check in is 16:00. Very disappointing. This condo is terrible value for money.

The worst part is the checkin time is 4:00pm and checkout is 11:00am. As we reached in the morning flight , we requested for a few hours early checkin. But the host asked hourly 650TBH. that’s too much. We had to take another room for the day use on the day of our arrival as we traveled with kids. Usually for any hotels checkin is 2:00pm and checkout is 12:00pm.

• karan (5/5): Not upto the mark. - The location is really good. Central to mostly everything you could want in Bangkok. Out of the two rooms, the second room is at best a child room. It's less than half the size of the bigger room. Kept facing numerous problems at the stay in property. 1 of the 2 keycards wasn't working. Wifi stopped working on the second day. Bathrooms were given to us dirty. To resolve all these issues, it wasn't enough to tell the owner on booking.com. I had to take pics and send emails everytime. Each issue took a minimum of 1 day to be resolved from the time of email.

• Raweewan (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist sauber und vollständig möbliert. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es bei einem Bett einen kleinen Mangel, sodass es nicht ganz so bequem war. Insgesamt aber eine gute Unterkunft für Familien, mit fairem Preis für die Lage.

• Donald (8/5): Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Bangkok - Le logement est spacieux et bien situé. Nous avons aimé la piscine sur le toit pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Il manquait de propreté. Un lit entre autres sentait la sueur d’un ancien locataire.

• Ronly (5/5): - סה"כ יש פוטנציאל בדירה, מודרנית ומאובזרת. מיקום טוב דירה גדולה ומרווחת 2 שירותים ושתי מקלחות דבר ראשון - לכל אורך השהות שלנו היה ריח פשוט נורא בדירה (וגם בדירה של חברים ששהו איתנו במקביל) שילוב של ביוב וטחב...שפשוט הרסו לנו את השהות. שנית, חיכו לנו כמה ג'וקים מתים בדירה (נסתכל על הצד החיובי - לפחות הם לא היו חיים) שלישית, המזרנים לא ראויים לשינה. אחד קשה כמו אבן והשני רך בצורה קיצונית. דבר רביעי - אין שירות של החלפת מגבות. כשפנינו להנהלה אמרו לנו לכבס במכונת הכביסה שבדירה, רק ממש חבל שהמגבות לא הספיקו להתייבש ונתקענו ללא מגבות. לסיכום - לא ממליצה!

• Susan (10/5): Another great stay in Bangkok. - Nicely located within emsphere. BTS and metro. Also local restaurants. Coffee shops and bars. Very spacious and clean. Security system was good and communication for entry was well documented. Nothing bad really. The street leading to it is daunting initially but you soon realise it’s safe and there was a great street market with clothes and food stalls on the corner. A 7/11 also.
• Ronrig (2/5): Will not stay on r nor recommend this place. - Just the location Service was pathetic. There were some problems with the ac and the stove and the request for service personnel was taken up with a lot of reluctance. It only got remedied after 4 days.

• Oscar (1/5): colchones llenos de pis, apartamentos sin aire acondicionado, olor a moho, humedad ...huye lejos !!! - nada de nada, una estancia lamentable con mi familia , vergonzoso moho en el apartamento, mal olor , oscuro y lo peor de todo el colchón de la habitación estaba lleno de pis y el olor era vomitivo, nos quejamos y no nos cambiaron el colchón y nos ofrecieron otro apartamento e el mismo edificio qué no tenía aire acondicionado en el apartamento ...un desastre de estancia , el precio del apartamento está muy por encima de lo que ofrecen y sólo por la zona no sé puede pagar ese dinero, totalmente insalubre, llegamos por la tarde y tuvimos que irnos de noche con nuestro bebé a otro sitio sin aire..3 días tardaron en arreglar el aire ...no vale la pena el sitio , son habitaciones oscuras , ventanas con rejas , olor a moho cuando entras ...horrible

• Tay (9/5): - Location is excellent! Very close to Terminal 21 and BTS. The apartment was very clean. Air conditioning was more than capable and water pressure is excellent. A wonderful stay indeed for my family of five.

• Fanny Yap (8/5): Convinient - This area is very convenient, especially the BTS station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby also. Air conditioner or air cooler must be installed at the entrance of the hall and inside the elevator, it is too hot.
