• Nomfundo Ayanda (7/5): Convenient location and spacious apartment - It was really close to the train, there were 2 7/11s near by, it was very spacious and very clean. The host gave very clear instructions If you have suitcases, the staircases can be really difficult. They are very steep and don't feel safe.

• Low (1/5): Bad - HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. The room was okay, but during the last night was our stay, our room was entered by someone else when we were out, and that person left the electricity on. We only found that out when we got back to the place. This is extremely unacceptable as our privacy was violated and we felt unsafe. The reason given by the home owner couldn’t properly justify our bad experience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

• Adventura (5/5): Passable - Its on 4th floor and there is no elevator.. Be prepare to take your baggage up to 4th floor
• Hailu (4/5): Disappointing - The location To noise and the hole day very high noise because of construction on the top of the building. As well when they advertised they should tell the building no have lift. & skery stairs. It's not standard. For health and safety. Especially people with young kids.

The apartment's lack of an elevator posed a challenge, especially with stiff stairs leading to the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the noise from passing cars and train vibrations made it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.
• Chinkee (7/5): Overall, the apartment has its pros and cons, with accessibility and noise being key factors to consider. - Proximity to the train station. The unit is spacious. The apartment's lack of an elevator posed an inconvenience, especially when hauling luggage up four flights of steep stairs. While its proximity to the BTS station is a positive, the persistent noise from passing cars and train vibrations made it challenging to sleep at night. The building's location offers convenience for transportation, but the absence of sound insulation affects the overall comfort. The stiff stairs may be a deterrent for those with mobility concerns.

• Liang-yu (7/5): Overall, it is a cost-effective house, and the transportation is quite convenient. - Close to the BTS, not expensive. The house is so close to the big road, so there are so many cars and motorcycles make big noisy sound at night. The second is that the drain pipe of the washing machine is too high, so the dirty water cannot be drained cleanly, which also leads to frequent failures in the drainage process.

• Cleo (9/5): I would recommend to friends traveling within a reasonable budget. - The place is really spacious and the rooms are also comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional so we were able to eat our breakfast inside instead of going out. The stairs is a bit hard to navigate in.

• Kaung (9/5): Overall, pleasant stay. Would come back again. - It's pretty close to the BTS and there are a lot of food and convenience stores around the area. Just one minor inconvenience. There is no lift at the place. Hence, you might need to carry your heavy luggages if you stayed on the higher floor. However, staff can help out with the luggages if they're free.
