• Katalin (6/5): - Management, location, cleanliness Unfortunately this apartment was not as good as the previous one. The smaller room is practically unusable if you turn on the air conditioning in the larger room, because the outdoor unit of the air conditioning is in the small room behind a false wall. That's why the large room was hot, or the small room was noisy. Later it got even worse because the neighbor arrived and his air conditioning is also ducted behind the false wall of the small room... The sliding door was also unusable, and water started to flow from the wall... Luckily we didn't spend much time there, but we would choose another apartment in this building next time.
• Mikhail (10/5): - Хорошее расположение, рядом крупная дорога для такси и станция метро. На ней, правда, почти нет магазинов и ресторанчиков, но 5 минут ходьбы решают эту проблему. Квартира соответствует фотографиям, в ней очень чисто, на кухне все необходимое для готовки, микроволновка и даже кофеварка (капсулы можно купить отдельно). Отличный вид на город с 30-го этажа. Удобные кровати, плотные, но не слишком жесткие, как писал кто-то в отзывах. Очень отзывчивый персонал, спасибо Dannie за быстрые ответы и помощь. Вторая комната достаточно маленькая, скорее просто для сна, но для нас это не было проблемой. Я точно остановлюсь тут снова!

Przepiękny wyremontowany basen, z obsługą barową. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to trochę głośna klimatyzacja która ma już swoje lata.... Podobnie zresztą całe mieszkanie nie pachnie nowością, ale to zupełnie nie przeszkadza, nadal jest komfortowe.

Small shop for a limited range of provisions - it sold bags of ice which was very welcome. Shower was over very high, wide bath and had to be used with care. Shower head did not reach fully into bath so water flooded bathroom floor . Host was responsive and very pleasant.

A 32-ik emeletről csodálatos kilátás volt az üvegfalakon keresztül. A berendezés kényelmes. Nagyon tetszett a szállás! Nincs ilyen.
• haleimah (10/5): Rating above excellent - The service is outstanding, the place is clean and in a prime location, the reception service is excellent—all the staff without exception. The place is very comfortable and ideal for families or women. Security is very high, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. We highly recommend it to everyone. The toilet in the bathroom needs renovation; the closets in the rooms smell of old furniture that may require some cleaning; the water tank needs replacing; the place is not soundproofed, so there is noise from outside.

Am am Tag meiner Ankunft ging die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer nicht. Mir wurde ein anderes Apartment angeboten, dass aber kleiner war. Ich habe dann mein Apartment behalten und am nächsten Tag wurde die Klimaanlage repariert.

• Ludmila (10/5): If you want to enrich your trip to Bangkok and have a pleasant stay, this is the right choice. The m - The rooms were furnished very modernly and tastefully. Even though not everything was brand new, it didn't spoil the overall impression of the accommodation. The beautiful view from the top and the possibility to swim on the roof of the hotel complex only enhanced the overall experience. Nothing to complain about. Contact with the staff was excellent and the responses on WhatsApp were almost lightning fast. The willingness to make our stay as nice as possible was noticeable. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel complex was also great.

The view at night of Bangkok city was extremely beautiful and relaxing watch a thunderstorm from one of the two comfy beds provided. Two bathrooms one of which was extremely spacious. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I couldn’t say anything bad about my weeks stay at Sky Villas. I did not find anything wrong.

• Andreas (9/5): - Die Lage direkt am BTS Saint Louis ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Tops Supermarkt mit Food Court, hervorragend zur Selbstversorgung. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Skyline. Pool in der 7. Etage absolut schön. Die Gastgeber sind schnell zu erreichen wenn man ein Anliegen hat. • Ma (8/5): Sky Villas apartment is comfortable and homey. The view was stunning! - The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable with many amenities, especially in the kitchen. We felt happy hanging out in the living room area after a long day in Bangkok. The apartment is very close to the BTS.Easy communication and checkin. Questions were answered in a timely manner. The building workers were all friendly. Despite a few glitches, we really enjoyed our stay. We were two friends sharing the apartment. It’s good to know that there’s a lovely master bedroom, spacious and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom. The second room felt more like a spare - quite small, though there’s a queen sized bed - bathroom across the hall. Not a problem, but worth knowing. We had some issues with the hot water which was quickly attended to. Even so, we had to run it a long time before it kicked in ( but it did!) There were two smallish bottles of water in the fridge, a couple of more would have been nice. Unfortunately the pool we expected to use was being repaired.

The flat is just 50m from the BTS station, really comfortable location. There are shops and restaurants nearby, Mahanakhon is across the street, Lumphini park in a walkable distance. The pool is nice and warm, never too crowded. Big plus - I could see the NYE fireworks from the apt! Incredible view! The host Dannie is friendly and helpful- thank you! Nothing I can think of

We stayed at Ascott weeks earlier (same building) and compared to that, this is of course a bit lower value, but the pool is the same and the distance to the bts (50 m) is tge same, so we were happy! Could maybe need a bit of maintenance in the bathroom. Also free coffee capsules for the coffeemaschine would have been a nice touch.

Good quality sofa, beds. Regular cleaning. Responsive staff. Good air conditioning. Hot and cold water. Nothing major to dislike about. Having a phone line to speak to the reception would be good. Limited wall sockets.
• Timothy (5/5): Good apartment, hosts could be more helpful - Great views from all the windows, big TV, kitchen had everything we needed and bed was nice and comfy. The cleaning lady was very kind. The apartment is a bit dated and needs some maintenance. If there are any electrical maintenance, the hosts told me they normally don't notify you. So please check the announcement board next to the elevators so you're not get surprised. The building did some electric maintenance during our stay, so the apartment was shut off of electricity for 5 hours from 9am - 2pm. We got notified the night before. We mentioned to the host that it would've been better that they had communicated before we were coming or during check-in. It would've been no problem for us. But the way Dannie and Salvatore messaged us back was not really friendly or helpful and told us to book another place if we wanted. We notified booking and luckily got 1 day of our stay back.

• Lynn (10/5): Brilliant week long family stay - Great space in lovely apartment block attached to a hotel so has the pool facilities etc. it’s only 10/15 mins from the king power tower block. Our host was fantastic, very responsive to everything we needed and allowed us to check out late. Nothing I can think of
• Chen-yun (8/5): Generally good, and the service is quite friendly, we had good days there. - The space is big enough and comfortable, and there are many cooking tools and refrigerator can be used👍🏻 There’s no “door” at the room, it’s kind of weird. There’s no slippers, it’s a little bit weird for Taiwanese and Japanese that we usually wear slippers at the public space at home.

The apartment is well equipped and the use of the pool was a highlight every day after walking around in 40 degrees Celsius. At night there is not much going on in the district because it is mainly a business district.

• Dana (10/5): Exceptional - Room was really convenient, each bedroom had it's own bathroom. View from window was impressive. The swimming pool was very good and had long working hours. Nearby is BTS station. 5min walk away is Tops supermarket, where is a food court whith good, cheap food. There were also several nice restaurants 5-15 min walk away and Lumpini park 2 BTS stations away. In the bathroom mirrors could have been a bit better lit, it was quite impossible to put on the makeup properly.
