• Belinda (1/5): REFUND PLEASE - HAD TO BOOK AT ANOTHER HOTEL (IBIS) - DODGY, VERY UNSAFE LOCATION, NO SECURITY, ETC - Nothing Booking only for 1 Night 28 April 2024.There was NO sign on the building. The taxi driver could not even find the place. Theres no loby or reception. We had to ask around in this Alley where this apartment is, and even the shops that was in the same Alley did not know aboit this apartment. My husband had to phone the contact person AGAIN from a Thai sim, to find out whwre exactly this place is and it was just a door marked P2 which u had to climb up about +-50 stairs just to get to where this room was with my husband with foot problem & heavy luggage it was excausting. The location was very bad and dodgy, we felt VERY UNSAVE. We went downstairs again and got another taxi and we asked around and had to phone people to look for safe accomodation. We had to book ANOTHER accommodation for that night. When we returned a few hours later as soon as we found "saver" accomodation, that same front door marked P2 was OPEN!!! It seemed like there was Another Room/Apartment with EXACT SAME ENTRANCE could be used for the other apartment. We were totally shooked up by this as well and was so scared when we saw that the ONLY ENTTANCE FROM THE ALLEY STREET, to our apartment was shared with other people that ANYWAY LEAVE THE ENTRANCE OPEN ON THE STREET SO ANYONE CAN ENTER ANYWAY!! I had no wifi access and could not Request a Refund immediate and doing it now when in full wifi access. After massive stress and unknown country looking around for proper accommodation was stressful. We booked in IBIS Hotel for the night. I can send proof of that as well. I do request as this was not up to any Booking.com srandard and I have booked loads of accommodation before via Booking.com. which u will be able tto see under my name. Our whole of Thailand I booked threw Booking.com and ended in Bangkok, and what a rude awajening that was of loacation. I ask for Refund as this was TOTALLY out of Booking.com standards. Booking only for 1 Night 28 April 2024.
• Colin (4/5): Disappointing - It was local to the markets and food. We got to experience life in the Thai community rather than the tourist destinations. We had a local resident who really didn't want us there. First, we found messages on our door saying stop jumping in the unit as it is disturbing the whole block. This was not us but the people upstairs. The next day, I was told to stay off the balcony as it disturbed everyone. I was only having my coffee there. The whole time, there felt like we were walking on eggshells and really didn't enjoy it at all. We enjoyed the local area markets and other people but just not at the unit due to the woman downstairs. She was always watching us and our kids. The only other thing was you can't use toilet paper there according to the sign on the wall.

• Ainun (10/5): Exceptional - this place is highly recomended to those who wants to come to Thailand, especially first timer like me. The Accomodation is very close with BTS Surasak only walk around 5 minutes and there are three 7eleven in that area. The facilities were all ready for u to use till u don't need to bring anything in particular. The owner is also very kind and fast response to our problem. Thank you definetly will stay here if i had a chance later.

• Beverly (10/5): Exceptional - All in all we enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood were silent. It's near to everything, just a walk along silom street and there is this market across the temple that foods were so yummy and had the big servings. It's near to st louse train station as well but not 4meters as per Google It's more or less 15mins walk. The thing is the ac I guess we're defective because the water is dripping inside. Hope they will fix it
