• Avichai (5/5): - מקום יפה וניראה טוב הדרך שלהם לפתוח את החדר כשאין פקיד קצת מסובכת. הבחור בקבלה נחמד ונותן שרות ויש גם גולף כאר לרחוב הראשי לחדר שלי היה ריח חריף של חומר אולי חומר ניקוי אני לא יודע אבל היה קשה לי לנשום. בסופו של דבר ישנתי עם החלונות פתוחים לגמרי זה היה פשוט בלתי נסבל והרס לי את השהות שם מזל שהייתי רק לילה אחד.
• Mark (7/5): Great stay! - Gym on property was a very nice plus. The room was comfortable and clean. Location was great , you are able to use the BTS with ease. I was trying to change my arrival dates due to flight complications and the property manager was not the best at working with the problem.

Restaurant s and food market just down the road close to terminal 21 shopping mall Times Square able to walk along sky rail walkway and miss all the congestion on the footpaths. Lots of nightlife close walking distance. Eg. soi 71/2 taxi rank right outside hotel. And a nice park at end of street. (Dog park) The swimming pool was lovely with a view As it was an air B&B. No breakfast or shuttle or room service

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour notre séjour. Le studio est sombre, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, nous n'étions là qu'à la nuit tombée.
• Florian (2/5): For Students perhaps a deal... - Location Extrem laut und stinkig. Roch nach Camping WC mit Schimmel dazu. Kakerlaken und Schamhaare im Bad. Schlimmste war xie defekte Haupttuer und die ignoranten Bewohner und Angeztellten, die xiese extrem laut und penetrant biepende Tuere nicht schlossen, obwohl sie daneben sitzen/stehen. Es biepst gefühlt alle 2mins für 30Sekunden rund um die Uhr. Die "Fenster" waren kein Lärmschutz von Aussen, wo direkt daneben eine Restaurant Küche Geschir bis spät Abemds lautstark säubert. Ein Wunder, dass niemand die Alles erwähnte. Für Studenten und Notbedürftige ist es ein Schnäppchen für alle anderen mit minimal Anspruch auf Hygiene und Comfort ein Reinfall. Darum konnte man wohl auch nicht stornieren.

It looked nothing like the photos online and there was an extremely strong mold smell that kept us up and coughing all night The room had a terrible moldy smell, even after we opened the windows,the front door and turned in the AC hoping the smell would subside but it didn’t. The bed was dusty like no one’s been in there for ages The bed post material was stained and cracked ! We’ve asked for a refund and to our surprise your company said that was not possible , so we are very upset and appalled at how this experience turned out and how no one is taking responsibility for this horrific situation!

If you book for multiple days make sure to bring your own towels and wash and dry frequently yourself. The Owners of the appartment supply one set of towels (1washcloth, 1 showercloth, thats it) If you ask for more, get ready to pay 50thb per set a set is one washcloth and one showercloth. I know it is condominiums but I wont be ever booking there again as for the same price you can get an actual hotel with quality rooms, good service and no arrogant answer with a payment link when asking for more towels. Roof has a barbeque area but no fun allowed anywhere. and by fun I mean simple eating. you will be overwhelmed with an army of "NO! DONT DO X" signs. one of these hangs directly opposite of the bbq on the roof

• Amylcat (7/5): Decent stay in a great area. Would I return - probably not. - The rooftop pool was lovely, so peaceful in the morning and I liked the fact it opened at 7am. The gym was also fantastic, big and with a great view. The location of the apartment was ideal, super close to Terminal 21 and Sukhumvit. The room was spacious and modern and the washing machine was handy although we didn't use it. It was a very secure building so we felt safe. We were ground floor which meant the balcony was beneath the ground, no view and couldn't sit out on it, only suitable for hanging out washing. The balcony door also didn't lock - which I now note was pointed out a while back in past reviews. Although the balcony area is secure, this should be fixed. There were so many switches, it became confusing trying to turn things on and when we just wanted the lights off we ended up with flashing coloured lights. The room was clean but certain areas had been missed so I feel the cleaner could do a better job - the back of the toilet area for example had hair and dust on.

It has good location, the owner is great, even we haven't met him personally, he left us a perfect guide how to get to and use the room. He was available for us online via booking.com messenger and was answering very quick for all questions we had. The room is cozy and everything you need is in there: towels, hairdryer, soap,shampoo and conditioner even the washing maschine. And the cherry on the pie - rooftop pool. Definitely worth to use it. Nearbay are many stores included 7-11 and money exchange spot. There are always taxis and tuk -tuks around. I recommend the circle rein to stay during visiting Bangkok. Late check-in

• Ek001 (5/5): Good place for a family to stay but the price can be a little lower! - The location was great and a bit away from the noise and the hustle and bustle very close to an amazing forest park and awesome restaurant Cabbage and condoms (Must try don't judge the restaurant by its name :P) The room was not as big as I expected, and was located at the ground floor where there was not much of view. The balcony door could not be locked which was also a major concern.

• Jas (1/5): Worst apartment I have stayed in in Bangkok - Central location -Not a 1 bedroom apartment which it is marketed as. -It is a small studio with a partition. -The ‘kitchen’ is a hallway and if I did cook there it would be like cooking in a studio. -They would not facilitate early check in (check in time is at 4pm, check out time 11am) -Cockroach on the counter upon arrival -Room stinks of damp (I did report this and they said they would send someone but I didn’t want to waste more of my time) -Room would still smell of damp if cleaned anyway -Balcony is tiny and really hot from the air conditioning unit -Japanese contact number that they don’t answer when you call only answer by message -Worst place I have stayed in Bangkok -Accused me of stealing a key card and told me that I would be charged for it when there was only 1 key card. -Wifi drops regularly -Would not recommend and definitely wouldn’t stay again! I do not like to leave bad reviews but this one is justified.

• James (3/5): Previously, I had a good experience when staying in this location (Feb 22). However, the second time around, I was very - Host was polite. Security was good. Top floor provided a good view of Bangkok. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. This included mould on the bathroom ceiling, which was not removed despite my request. The room smelled musty from lack of cleaning and poor ventilation. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

We did not receive the door code on time and spent 45 minutes outside trying to get in. In the end had to call booking.com to get the code. The host sent the code a little later.

There was a smell from sewers in the room. We traveled with friends - they had the same problem.

The owner knew about the problem prior my arrival I realised from previous reviews. He came up with different excuses but did nothing to solve the problem. I had to relocate and the owner did not offer any compensation. All my clothes smelled and I had to get laundry. The owner will probably reply this review with his usual excuses. The apartment is a studio and not a 1 bedroom. I can not recommend to stay there.
